Can't speak to the car buying experience, but the service side has been painful. I've left four voicemails over a week without getting a call back. Have never been able to get through to the service team after calling for 3 days straight and waiting on hold, and have had my call dropped or been hung up on (accidental, i hope) 3x.
Update: After going in to the shop in person today I received great service from the technician handling a repair on my vehicle. Balancing the two experiences out and adjusting my rating to a middle of the road 3 stars instead.
