Buying a car can be a loathsome experience, but that was not so in this case. I had already done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted. Eric provided supportive information to help confirm my decisions and worked around my busy travel schedule to get me off and on the road in my new Crosstrek without complication. The rest of the staff was also friendly and competent. I could not have asked for a better experience.
