I have taken my vehicle to Auto Tech and Body for all types of issues from body work to mechanical matters. They have always been very professional, effective, personable and prompt. I would highly recommend Auto Tech and Body for any of your automobile needs.

Who tells their customers, to not come back because they are costing them money? I would not recommend this place. Management needs to get it together.

My family takes all of our cars to get fixed at Auto Tech and Body! The staff goes above and beyond to help you. When I need more work done I ll keep coming back here!

I have known Jay, the owner of Auto Tech and Body for 15 years and he is a man of principle and integrity. I recently took my vehicle in for repairs and was quite taken by the level of personal effort and care that he and his team provided. Not only did they do an amazing job ( my truck looks better than the day I purchased it), but he made sure that my insurance company paid for the correct parts, and also finished the work earlier than expected. In a world where it is common place to be dissatisfied with the auto industry, Auto tech and Body redefines customer service and quality.

My wife's car took a turn for the worst last week and she rolled in here because it was close to where her car started acting up. The place is clean, professional, and very attentive. My wife was taken cared of by Moe. He told her the car needed a new transmission and ac compressor. After all's said and done she was driving home in less than 2 days for a major repair like that. They were very courteous, and helpful throughout the entire ordeal. I HIGHLY recommend this place even if it's not close to you. We'll be coming back here for our auto repairs from now on.

Jay and everyone at Auto Tech & Body amazed me with how they handled my car repair after a devastating accident which led to major body work needing to be done on my passenger door, fender, and tires. I was able to drive the car to AT&B and as soon as I walked in I felt like Hope, at the front desk, was completely understanding about the aftershock of the accident. The entire staff quickly helped me deal with the entire insurance claims process and had me on my way in a rental car in no time.

The staff took their time with my car and treated it like it was their own personal car. Where I thought it would have been totaled, Jay found a way to fix it that allowed for me to get it back within weeks. AT&B was timely and even took the initiative to give my car a deep cleaning before I got it back.

I can't see myself going anywhere else for car repair ever again.

I recently had service done by Auto Tech & Body. They did a fantastic job. It's been three weeks and so far so good! It was very affordable too. I got an oil change and my side mirror fixed as well. Thanks a lot for helping me out and getting my car back to normal.

The staff at Auto Tech made my first experience with an accident and working with insurance companies a pleasant one. JR worked with my schedule to have my car back to me very quickly. They also worked with the insurance company directly, removing all of the drama. I d refer them to anyone who s looking to have work done to their car. :-) My car looks like new.

The staff was extremely professional and explained the work thoroughly. I was very surprised at the quote and found it to be extremely fair for the work being done. When I got the car back, I could not even tell that any work was done. It was perfect. I will go back for any future repairs (although I hope I don t get any).

STAY AWAY!!!! A bunch of crooks! Over priced. PLUS they straight out tell you if you only want to do an oil change they will NOT help you. Be very careful. Don t be fooled. Check around. Don t let his company be one of your options.

I was recently involved in an accident and unfortunatly my car was deemed a total loss. I was more of a wreck than my car was but the staff May, Hope and Michelle held me together. Even though Jay didnt have the opportunity to fix my 2017 Nissan Maxima SL, he took the time to show me how fortunate I was that the car sustained the damage and protected me. Auto Tech and Body is professional while still maintaining a personalable, caring and sympathetic establishment. I have and will continue recommend this shop.

This place is a rip off my friend brouhgt his truck there because the tow operator from aaa recomended them. And they charged him over a thousand dollars to replace the intake manifold gasket spark plugs and wires. and the intake was never removed from the truck and they left the same old spark plug wires.most mechanics over here are nothing but rip off.and bunch of thieves. look for second opinion even if the work has already been done.make it look bad for real honest people. The staff that I have interacted with are all super nice and friendly. It makes you feel very comfortable. They are trustworthy something that it is hard to find these days.

I dont give 1 star reviews often but this one is well deserved.

I have been to autotech 3 times and each time they have made a critical mistake. My last visit is the last time they will ever touch my car again.

I went for an oil change for my A5. The tech came out and told me I had the wrong oil filter on my car and acted like he knew what he was doing. Well, turns out they installed the wrong oil filter on my car and i have been leaking oil since the day of the oil change all over the engine from the oil filter.

They also over filled the oil so i had to drive back immediatly after the oil change as the car lets you know the oil was not changed correctly.

In another instance I sent a friend to Auto tech to do some insurance covered body work.
They returned the car to her and the bumper fell off as they failed to install the clips in each of the required locations.

I will NEVER trust autotech with another car of mine or anyone I care about.

I will also advise those i know with fleets to go elsehwere...

if your car is not relaible ---- it might not be your car --- it might be autotech!!!

Autotech's pricing is also ridiculous. If you ask them to install tail lights they will charge you $140. The staff I encountered are incompetent. and they are so ridiculously overpriced because of all of the overhead they have to cover they pass all of it on to the customer.

I will say one nice thing. Whenever they touch your car --- they give it a car wash which is awesome but hey....that does not excuse incompetence.

Auto Tech and Body is is now my favorite repair shop. I just got my 2016 Toyota Highlander work done and tge car looks and ddives great. I highly recommend the folks at Auto Tech abd Body

This shop is awesome, been going here with different cars for over 15years. Jay the owner is so professional.

BEWARE!! Our vehicle was towed there after breaking down by AAA. After telling us they ran a diagnostic and identified the problem, they gave us a price and agreed to fix the car. Several phone calls and days later they changed the diagnosis four times and kept adding on parts and COST. They sent phony pictures and actually damaged our car so they could claim to fix it and get more money. Jay is extremely dishonest and unprofessional. He hung up on me when I was only asking why this was happening. He threatened us with not releasing the car unless we paid him even though he didn t fix it. He said we were harassing him if we called to inquire about the status. I can t stress enough PLEASE be careful if you re dealing with Jay and this place.

Jay and the staff at Auto Tech and Body went above and beyond to take care of me. They always put my best interests first in every step of dealing with my vehicle. Everything they did was as they promised, by the time they promised, and at the price they promised. This level of honesty and fairness is almost unheard of this day and age. I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of a great body shop.

All the 5 star ratings are probably fake . I see the pics they use and see these faces on other websites sites. Long story short they lead you to believe you think wow this place is great I'm not paying for anything because they never told me I have to pay . It's a case of don't ask don't Tell .... Wait for it .... Wait for it.... Boooom . When you pick up your car they hit you with the bill. You stand there in shock and can't believe you have to pay hundreds of dollars or they won't give you your car. Your little secret is out . The truth has been told

The service I received at Auto Tech and Body was spectacular! Their staff treated me with class, kindness, and professionalism. My car was a disaster when I brought it into the shop, but was running perfectly when I left. It was ready when they said it would be - there were no delays or unexpected inconveniences. The staff treated me with such kindness and hospitality, I forgot the initial frustrations of my damaged car. I cannot recommend this shop enough, as they efficiently turn annoying problems into enjoyable solutions. A real 10/10!

Auto Tech has an overall, solid reputation. So I went to get Bodywork done and it was a positive experience. Jay has trained his technicians and office staff well. He is a professional as are the employees. Their aim is to be detail oriented and they certainly are. Expectations being met is Jays minimum.
He actually strives to go beyond your expectations.

This company is great when it comes to quality and customer satisfaction. They take their time to establish genuine relationships and create a trust before work even begins on your car. They use top notch equipment and maintain professional standards to ensure your car looks as good as new. This is place is a great if your need body work done!! I took my car to them and they fixed it up great in a days time. I had a problem with it maybe a month later and they then fixed it again when it wasn t even there problem !! The guy Jay who owns the place is very sweet and humble.

My air shocks on my Mercedes Benz failed and the car was just off of warranty. Mercedes would not do anything for me and wanted to charge me an exorbitant price to replace the air shocks. A friend told me about Auto Tech and Body so i looked them up and brought my car in for a quote. Price was dramatically lower than Mercedes and the work was professionally done and very fast. I would say they did a better job than what Mercedes would have done at a much lower price. Great Service and very friendly. I would highly recommend!

Went to get a simple oil change. Asked about Tire rotation,then told them I didn't want that,just wanted the oil change. Then the tech from the garage takes me out to show me my rear axel is leaking a little by the tires which they were rotating. I told him I dint want rotation. Then went in and told ladies at front desk they were doing rotation and I didn't want it,they said they would look into it. A hr and 45 mins layer they call me to give me the bill. Tire rotation was on bill! I told the lady who was very nice I didn't want it,she said she would take care of it,and comes back with that tech. He decided to inform me they were a good shop,and he had found a problem with the tires off like I should be thanking him. Tells me it's only 25 bucks. I told him I didn't ask for it. He then started showing his anger,and informed me he has a shop to run,he pays his guys 37 dollars a hr,and with attitude tells the ladies don't charge me for anything,trying to make me feel petty about complaining,i informed him I wasn't there to get anything free,i just wanted the service I asked for. He basically made me feel like I did something wrong,but in reality he was trying to make me pay for his mistake. I went there thinking it was a reputable company,but after this,i know that's not the case. Couldn't believe he would try and make me pay for something I didn't want. There was alot more attitude from him the i put on this review,but just wanted to let everyone know that this guy's not a good guy to have deal with customers,very disappointed.

The shop did an excellent job on my repairs. Customer service and very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this shop and I would use them again. Mechanic shop doesn't communicate with the customer and keep you updated. I have to call to check on the progress of my vehicle when it's been there for days.
I filled out paperwork for mechanical work when I dropped the vehicle off and the mechance shop didn't know anything about it 4 days later. I love the business because I have history with them but the mechanic shop has been a constant problem for me.

I live in Kissimmee and my vehicle broke down on I 95 , I was fortunate to have a friend that lived in south Florida that recommended this shop to us. The vehicle was towed in, we received personal attention. The lobby and staff were very professional and helpful. I was able to have a rental vehicle immediately to continue on my trip . They had my vehicle repaired by the time promised and with fair pricing . Great shop , I wish they they had a location by Kissimmee.

I have a 2006 BMW seven series in pristine condition. I was from out of state and experiencing a complete electronic failure . Jay was awesome. It was technically a challenge but he figured it out. After I picked it up there was still one code message that was not working properly. I brought it back in and he took care of that with the help of calling his German counterparts. Great follow through and great service. Thanks a bunch!

The owner is a two face snake will rip you off for every cent. Don't bother wasting your time look for another place to work or shop to get your car repaired.

This business allows their customers to suffer for poor business planning. How dare they tell me that I can no longer come to their establishment due to only getting oil changes. They mentioned that since I am not getting other services done, the oil changes are costing them too much money. It's like going to Walmart and only buying milk and the manager tells you not to shop there anymore because you didn't go to the pharmacy, buy clothes, or appliances. They are stupid. If oil changes are costing you too much money, then raise your prices to balance the cost. Attached you'll find a copy of the receipt as proof.

Everyone was super nice. The customer area was comfy and clean. I was kept informed about the progress of my service and I was made aware ( right from the start) of what service was being provided, approximately how long it would take and what the charges would be.

Jay & Chadia take care of me like family. Always looking out for me, my wife and my daughter. We drive some older cars so it's good to have a trustworthy "auto mechanic" in the family.

For a person that travels for a living It was a great experience to have done business with these guys Jay stayed in touch with me for the four days it took for me to get back on the road to my home town of Jacksonville. The work performed ( car body and mechanical damage repair) by Auto Body & Tech on my damaged 2014 Toyota Rav4 is so bad I believe it constitutes fraud and I will be making official complaints to both my insurance company and appropriate state and other consumer agencies. A car hit mine on the driver's side between the front door and the front wheel, body damaged and wheel pushed in while my heavily pregnant wife was driving in Miami. I picked this shop based on Angie's List and based on this review I hope to save anyone from making the same mistake. The first and most obvious problem with the car was the mis-aligned door and front quarter panel, plus a piece of plastic trim was hanging off of the are near the windshield and the hood. I instantly complained and they simply glued it down/pushed down in a half-***ed attempt to correct it. The problem can't be corrected until their body work gets redone(properly align door and front quarter panel). I get in the car and the technicians who performed the work put grease and dirt stains all over the ceiling and the interior cloth door panels. I complain about that and once again a half-hearted attempt was made to clean-up the mess. The paint on the exterior has the texture of an orange, a real poor paint job. The manager I believe his name is Jay informed me that his techs didn't perform a road test despite the steering rack having to be replaced because the front wheel was hit and pushed in. THEY DIDN"T DRIVE IT TO MAKE SURE THE CAR WAS OK. The manager tells me there is a 10 year warranty on all their work and don't panic if there are any issues just call him and he'll take care of any issue. I get in the car and grab the shift selector/knob and it's loose for some reason. I tightened it down myself just because I'm so exasperated at this point and I just want the car to be fixed and I can use it to drive my wife to the hospital and then drive her and our newborn home. I get out on the road and when I approach 50 mph a low humming noise starts coming from the driver side front , same wheel that got pushed in, and the brake on that same wheel is squealing whenever I stop. I come back in less than 2 hours of getting the car back because I just can't drive around in an unsafe vehicle, especially with a new family. The manager has the "mechanic" drive the car around and when he gets back he claims he can't hear anything and that the car is perfect. I drive the "mechanic" around and I point out the very obvious humming noise and he grudgingly admitted that there is something wrong with the wheel. We get back to the shop, the car gets put back on the rack and the manager comes into the lobby and tells me that the wheel bearing is failing but the brakes are fine. I take it back the next morning and get it back that afternoon and the humming noise is gone but the brake is still noisy. They just don't want to fix it so I don't see the point of going back. Don't be fooled by how great the front office staff are(polite/kind), the people doing the actual work are utterly incompetent and unprofessional and put the safety of myself , my wife and unborn child at risk by their negligence and poor work.

Fast service, good price, friendly staff. Best in town.

I have never, in my life, given a repair shop 5 stars. As a matter of fact, I've not given a repair shop more than 3 stars. There's something about these places that make me cringe and, at times, physically ill. The customer service is usually the worst; and the quality of work is left to be desired. Then came AUTO TECH AND BODY--a AAA blessing and a God-send! Thank you AAA for the recommendation!!

Before I say anything, please know I am NOT getting paid to say any of the things I say here.

That said, EVERYTHING about this place stood out to me--from it's unassuming location to the staff to the skill of the workers and the quality of the workmanship!! At other auto repair shops, there may be one or two pleasant staff members you may meet, IF you're lucky. Here...EVERYONE (even to the Accountant) was pleasant, kind, understanding, helpful, and patient. Another thing I love about them is the fact they THEY COMMUNICATE WELL WITH ONE ANOTHER. There are few things worse than to have to deal with some unforeseen repair, and no one knows or can tell you anything. I never felt like a number here. I never felt overlooked here.

Debbie, the Front Desk Angel, greeted us as soon as we walked in. She promptly took our information; and got our paperwork started (all while showing a lovely young staff member the ropes). I had my 2 yr old with me; and they made sure he was taken care of as well. Shortly after we sat down, Jay (the Owner) sat with me--explaining what was taking place and what I could expect. He is SUCH a pleasant man--professional, well-dressed, attentive, knowledgeable, understanding, a good listener and communicator! This is a plus, in my book!
Chadia was diligent and patient in closing out my work order right at the close of the day. THANK YOU!!

OMG This place is amazing. Not only they care about providing top notch quality service but what got me was the incredible customer service they offer. I have had pretty bad experience with mechanics in the past, they have scammed me, being rude and at the end I ended up losing money and with a terrible taste. At Auto Tech, my experience was completely different, It was amazing, I felt they talked to me with honesty, their facility is state of the art and you can clearly see the professionalism and integrity they handle their business, staff was incredibly nice and helpful and they explained me step-by-step what was wrong with my car and how they were gonna fix it, and they did a wonderful job. Hands down THE BEST place , highly recommend it.

My car broke down on the highway so I contacted AAA. The AAA driver Willie T . Was very professional and accommodating and had my 2004 Nissan Maxima towed from I95 to my new favorite repair shops - Auto Tech and Body . The customer service was excellent and my car was repaired for a fair price . Auto Tech and Body kept me updated on the repairs and when I picked up my Nissan, I was impressed that they had it washed and cleaned. The folks at AAA and Auto Tech and Body are the BEST!

Requested this shop for my accident repair. They did terrible work. Said that they were getting paid a fraction of the price to fix my car compared to a regular paying customer. Shows how much they care. The work was absolutely horrifying. They ruined parts that's weren't even involved in the accident!

The entire staff here is very professional and courteous. The work performed on my Mercedes was of perfection. I cannot say anything bad about them. The owner Jay is very honest and polite. I would highly recommend if in need of body repair.

Some rude person backed into our car and left. I went to 3 different places for an estimate and not only was Auto Tech the best price, they had the least line of B. S. about how they were going to fix it. Simple, done the next day and absolutely perfect. No trace of a crunch.

Auto tech and body is amazing! People there are responsive and attentive. My car had an accident and it usually takes 2 and more days to finish the repairing. But at Auto tech and body, it explained everything to me and helped me to expedite the repairing to finish in one day. The manager was very professional and nice, he brought some unnoticed scratches to my attention and patiently asked me what I want to do with these. The estimates they gave me was reasonable and they took really good care of my car!!

My experience with Jay & crew has been very good. The office staff were courteous , knowledgeable & helpful. Jay did what he said he would do. Comparable to national franchises, the facility and operation was clean and smooth. I can see that the staff know how to fix cars and are trained to be customer focused. I am very pleased about the value and good quality work I received at this auto facility.

This place is scamming insurance agencies. DO NOT allow AAA to send your car here; send it to a local collision center. I had AAA come tow my a car after an accident, when the tow- driver came he took the car to this place and not the original collision center I had requested. After two days I went to pick up the car and was told they could not release the car off the lot because the insurance agency had to tell them how much they were going to pay out for the totaled car. They were trying to charge the insurance company $1000 for two days of a 03 Corolla being on their lot! They also called the insurance agency with out our knowledge saying that we were upset and wanted them to work with this shop. What kind of reputable shop does that? After raising hell they changed the rate but still charged the insurance company $185 administrative fee (FOR WHAT), $50 Gate fee (not a gated facility), $25 mobility fee. This place is a SCAM!

I recently used the services of Auto Tech and Body after someone hit my car and drove off in a parking lot. Jay gave me a fair price, his team was very professional and nice to work with but most of all they followed through and did everything they said they were going to do in a timely manner. This is probably the second or third time I have used their services and their quality of work is always EXCELLENT unlike what you usually encounter in South Florida. If you're looking to get body work done on your vehicle this is the best place, I'm always happy with my experience. I highly recommend Auto Tech & Body.

My neighbors suggested to me to try Auto Tech and Body for my diesel silverado, after I tried several others shops who didn't have enough knowledge about diesels. I explain to Terry and Jay the problem I was having they estimated a couple of hours to resolve the issues. I spoke with them at the end of the day and they told me it was ready to go. And it was under the 3 hrs estimate. Its been several days since i picked up my truck and its been running like new.
The front desk was very nice and they even called me a few days later to follow up. Thumbs up

My daughter's car got a deep scratch in the driver's side passenger door. Using a compound treatment removed some of the damage, but the rest was clearly too deep and needed professional attention.

I called some friends for a referral and one who cares for a small fleet of high-end cars suggested I speak with Jay at Auto Tech & Body. I was a little reluctant because my daughter's car is simply a Hyundai Elantra and there was not enough damage to go through my insurance, so I though I might get a high quote and little attention.

I was overwhelmed by the welcoming reception at the front desk and the personal attention the President and owner of the shop gave to me regardless of the size of the job or the type of car. In fact, my daughter needed the car to go off to college in a week and Jay took it in the next day. Not only that, but I don't live close and didn't want to have to have someone pick me up or pay for a ride. Jay quickly suggested that he would get it all done in one day and have someone on his staff take me in to work after I dropped it off in the morning and have someone pick me up to retrieve the car at the end of the day.

Well, the painting process can't be rushed and the job was not done at the close of business. Jay called me and let me know, then he surprised me. Jay told me that if I was willing to wait, he pay his guys overtime to finish and pick me up himself. I agreed and that is exactly what happened.

I can't tell you how pleased I was when I saw the end result and it was slightly less than the other two quotes I received. Jay even told me to come back so he could buff the car out at no charge, so I took him up on it and he had it done. Jay even had them professionally clean the inside of the car and the car looks like new.

Not only do I recommend Auto Tech & Body for your collision repair and detail needs, but Jay and his team has my personal business now without question. I hope I never need it again personally, but if I do, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

After meeting the owner who try's to intimidate and use profanity for the ESTIMATE, I would never bring my car there. I read another 1 star person who perhaps describes the owner better.

Professional and courteous staff! Car repairs are no fun and can be very expensive. The Auto tech staff made this round a breeze for me. I felt taken care of and had peace of mind. I just happened to be in the area when I was helping a friend purchase a car down the road when I decided to get a rather annoying dent on my hood fixed. I got on google maps and saw that Auto Tech and Body was the closest shop to me and decided to give them a call.

The woman who answered the phone was extremely friendly and helpful which made me feel like I wanted to check the place out. As soon as I stepped out of my car, the owner just happened to be outside and he immediately shook my hand and welcomed me. ( I'm not some rich guy driving a ferrari; just a bum driving a vw ) so I was taken back with how friendly he was.

When I walked into the building I was greeted by two beautiful ladies at the front desk who were very friendly and knowledgable. I was quickly given an estimate and told that they could fix my dent/chip immediately and I would be back out the door in a few hours. I was ecstatic when they told me that and I agreed.

After I walked down the road to get something to eat, I came back and lounged around on their very comfortable couch and looked through a book displaying all the thank you notes from the charities that they have donated to over the years and it made me realize this was a genuinely great company owned by good people.

My car was finished way sooner than projected and I was very pleased with their work; what kind of shop can get you in immediately and finish the work within two hours??

I guess all I can say is that I am very pleased with this company and the friendly people working there. I will definitely recommend them to anybody who is looking to get work done.

Was impressed with fast service, courteous staff and overall professionalism

I would not even give them a 1 star. I was hesitant to even write a review due to the fact they were highly recommended me to.

A back story, we had our accident back in July, we were highly recommend to bring our car to their shop. It took awhile for our car to get repair due to the insurance company, not their fault. I contact with my insurance company, and for some odd reason our insurance company kept making more payments for the repairs & different parts, that s what they explained to me.

I contacted them once every week to know the progress on the car and it was always 1-2 more weeks. The last time I contacted them they told me 1 more week. We were expecting a hurricane, so I received a call the next day stating our car was ready to pick up.

*Our mistake for not taking the car for a spin before picking it up. When we got home my dad realized that the repairs were not neat (marks/ starches, material was very flimsy, door does not close unless slammed, missing nobs and if seated on that side of the repairs the noise is significantly louder etc.

I contacted the owner with the pictures, and he was kind enough to help but he did say I was rude and that he did not make any mistakes with our vehicle and that every car comes out in good shape.

I was very irritated already due to the fact we waited so long for the car, and the payments from insurance company were a lot that the material used to repair the car was not even sturdy. I even apologize if my tone over the phone come off as being rude or confusing because it was difficult to explain what s as wrong with the car unless you have the vehicle in front of you but there s one thing he said that stuck with me.

He stated, that since it was a hurricane coming, it made me as a women felt anxious and emotional and I did not know what I was saying. (Basically he said I was a bipolar female) no misunderstanding or nothing. Also, that there are more important things in life than a car. (As if we can throw away our current car and just go out and buy a new one as we please)

I stated, don t put my emotions in to this because you think I m anxious due to the hurricane, if you wanted us to get our vehicle back before the hurricane that is fine, but if you needed more time to repair the car, then don t rush the process of the repair and return our car to back early because of the hurricane . If it s not complete expected to what we would like, are we not allow to let you know what we think is wrong with the car?

He was not happy about that, the owner is very egotistic, narcissistic and always arguing with the customer. I understand it is business but that s not an honest business.

We finally took our car back in to the shop so they can take a look at it, they drove the car in loops and they stated nothing was wrong with the car. Clearly no repairs done here. Also, he spoke to my dad about how mean and rude of a person I am, talking bad about a customer behind their back.

Will never recommend.

Auto Tech and Body has been a great place to get my car and my parent s cars repaired. They are honest, courteous, and have top mechanics and car Painters in town. I dealt with them for over 10 years and 3 cars later. I know them, trust them and I receive detailed explanation of the services needed on my car. They have the cleanest, most sanitized lobby and are set up to keep all of us safe and healthy. I highly recommend Auto Tech and Body.
