I would not even give them a 1 star. I was hesitan...

I would not even give them a 1 star. I was hesitant to even write a review due to the fact they were highly recommended me to.

A back story, we had our accident back in July, we were highly recommend to bring our car to their shop. It took awhile for our car to get repair due to the insurance company, not their fault. I contact with my insurance company, and for some odd reason our insurance company kept making more payments for the repairs & different parts, that s what they explained to me.

I contacted them once every week to know the progress on the car and it was always 1-2 more weeks. The last time I contacted them they told me 1 more week. We were expecting a hurricane, so I received a call the next day stating our car was ready to pick up.

*Our mistake for not taking the car for a spin before picking it up. When we got home my dad realized that the repairs were not neat (marks/ starches, material was very flimsy, door does not close unless slammed, missing nobs and if seated on that side of the repairs the noise is significantly louder etc.

I contacted the owner with the pictures, and he was kind enough to help but he did say I was rude and that he did not make any mistakes with our vehicle and that every car comes out in good shape.

I was very irritated already due to the fact we waited so long for the car, and the payments from insurance company were a lot that the material used to repair the car was not even sturdy. I even apologize if my tone over the phone come off as being rude or confusing because it was difficult to explain what s as wrong with the car unless you have the vehicle in front of you but there s one thing he said that stuck with me.

He stated, that since it was a hurricane coming, it made me as a women felt anxious and emotional and I did not know what I was saying. (Basically he said I was a bipolar female) no misunderstanding or nothing. Also, that there are more important things in life than a car. (As if we can throw away our current car and just go out and buy a new one as we please)

I stated, don t put my emotions in to this because you think I m anxious due to the hurricane, if you wanted us to get our vehicle back before the hurricane that is fine, but if you needed more time to repair the car, then don t rush the process of the repair and return our car to back early because of the hurricane . If it s not complete expected to what we would like, are we not allow to let you know what we think is wrong with the car?

He was not happy about that, the owner is very egotistic, narcissistic and always arguing with the customer. I understand it is business but that s not an honest business.

We finally took our car back in to the shop so they can take a look at it, they drove the car in loops and they stated nothing was wrong with the car. Clearly no repairs done here. Also, he spoke to my dad about how mean and rude of a person I am, talking bad about a customer behind their back.

Will never recommend.
