I have never, in my life, given a repair shop 5 stars. As a matter of fact, I've not given a repair shop more than 3 stars. There's something about these places that make me cringe and, at times, physically ill. The customer service is usually the worst; and the quality of work is left to be desired. Then came AUTO TECH AND BODY--a AAA blessing and a God-send! Thank you AAA for the recommendation!!

Before I say anything, please know I am NOT getting paid to say any of the things I say here.

That said, EVERYTHING about this place stood out to me--from it's unassuming location to the staff to the skill of the workers and the quality of the workmanship!! At other auto repair shops, there may be one or two pleasant staff members you may meet, IF you're lucky. Here...EVERYONE (even to the Accountant) was pleasant, kind, understanding, helpful, and patient. Another thing I love about them is the fact they THEY COMMUNICATE WELL WITH ONE ANOTHER. There are few things worse than to have to deal with some unforeseen repair, and no one knows or can tell you anything. I never felt like a number here. I never felt overlooked here.

Debbie, the Front Desk Angel, greeted us as soon as we walked in. She promptly took our information; and got our paperwork started (all while showing a lovely young staff member the ropes). I had my 2 yr old with me; and they made sure he was taken care of as well. Shortly after we sat down, Jay (the Owner) sat with me--explaining what was taking place and what I could expect. He is SUCH a pleasant man--professional, well-dressed, attentive, knowledgeable, understanding, a good listener and communicator! This is a plus, in my book!
Chadia was diligent and patient in closing out my work order right at the close of the day. THANK YOU!!

The customer service, knowledge and skill of the techs, the quality of care and the pricing make this place an A+ repair and body shop!! After spending so much time in the sea of repair and body shop piranha, it was absolutely refreshing to experience the oasis that is Auto Tech and Body.

It's my pleasure to leave this well-earned review.

Prior to my visit on Wednesday, I never heard of this place. Now, they will be my go-to place for all my car care needs!!
