Mechanic shop doesn't communicate with the customer and keep you updated. I have to call to check on the progress of my vehicle when it's been there for days.
I filled out paperwork for mechanical work when I dropped the vehicle off and the mechance shop didn't know anything about it 4 days later. I love the business because I have history with them but the mechanic shop has been a constant problem for me.
