I purchased my second vehicle from Auto Tech and Body and had the best buying experience! I purchased a pre-owned Kia Sorrento for an excellent price considering how smoothly the vehicle operates still. My SUV looks and drives like new. I will definitely buy from them again when I am ready for an upgrade! The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and super professional. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the service by auto tech and body/auto technologies group.

Jay and his team are the best automotive professionals you would find around, hands down. They indescribably painted & installed my Fiberglass kit, I was amazed by the quality & finish. A state of the art spacious facility, with high-tech capabilities.. Highly recommended :) keep it up guys!

I just had a truly great experience at Auto Tech & Body and so I wanted to show my gratitude with a review. In the last month I had a rash of unrelated car issues come up. Every time I came in, the people here were genuinely attentive, courteous and patient in explaining the problems and my options. Everything was done timely, and one thing the replacement of a brake rotor and pad was even rushed at no additional cost so that I could have my car back when I needed it. Finally, the pricing was understandable and very fair. Altogether a really nice experience.

came in for a job and the owner thought it was ok to tell me I'm not ready for his shop because by industry standards I believe a damaged portion of a vehicle should be replaced and the owner said that's not how you make a profit.. to an extent that is how the business is.. but as. a licensed tech I can not ethical write up cars to be repaired in such a fashion... I'll stick to doing work for the dealers. safety comes first, not money.

My car had an unusual issue that would not show up on computer testing. They went above and beyond and actually test drove the car and did other diagnostic tests to figure out the problem. I highly recommend them. Great service.

Does a great job for body work, but mechanical work isn't great. Please before you take your car back/your baby, don't sign the release form. Go for a test drive yourself to feel the car.(Beware of Jay, he's a mechanic true, but he's more of a business man and will B.S. you)

I was referred to Auto Tech & Body just over 2 yrs ago for an insurance inspection. I recall at that time I was pleased with the prompt and good service.
Recently my son s car needed mechanical and body work so he could use it to work for Uber. I arrived at the facility ( without an appointment) where two young ladies attentively listened to my needs.
Before I knew it the President of the company, Jay greeted me, passionately went through step by step of what the car needed to restore it to good condition. Jay has a fantastic customer service car side manner, was able to render an on the spot estimate, and start work on the car that night ( a Saturday.). He called me the next day with the exact price of everything and said I would be contacted in 4-5 days. The 2007 Chrysler looked and ran like it just came out of the showroom!! He took the time to show my son how to maintain the shine of the hubcaps. Needless to say, I have not experienced this kind of integrity, customer service, quality, and value of a job done extremely well. I am grateful that I remembered this class act facility. All my car needs will be taken care of in a place where I am confident I am getting high quality care at a good value. Next up, Jay and his crew will work their magic and make my 2004 Lexus SC as good as new. I cannot wait!!

I have been a customer of Auto Tech & Body for 20 years now. Throughout the years we have had mechanical as well as bodywork completed on our vehicles. I can honestly say each time we visit the shop we leave extremely pleased and satisfied with the work performed. The service reps take the time to walk us through the process and diagnostics of the vehicle. Honestly, we have found that we receive above and beyond repair services with Auto Tech & Body versus taking the vehicle to any dealership repair shop. I highly recommend Auto Tech & Body for peace of mind repair services that you can depend on.

Took my car in to get a few things done: Break lights replaced, a few blown fuses replaced, bumper re-installed, windshield wipers replaced, 2 new tires (purchased beforehand) mounted and balanced. All of this cost me about 200$. I was very pleased with the price, and the service. The mechs did an excellent job. The young girl and woman at the front desk were extremely sweet and helpful. I ended up waiting about 2.5 hours for everything, and they ordered pizza for me and another woman who was also waiting for her car to be serviced. Definitely taking my car here for any future services. One other thing to note is that I wasn't bombarded with "you need to have X done, and X needs to be replaced and it's going to cost X amount" like every other car servicing place. They did exactly what I asked for + a full inspection, and didn't try to sell me a ton of things that I didn't need done.

This place is a family run business and as such they care for their customers. Customer service is excellent. I can say, if you care about your car, Auto Tech is the place to go. Do not be fooled by their fancy showroom and excellent customer service. What matters are the technicians and what they are instructed to do. My BF was recently a tech there and a Mercedes needed a IMRC, instead of a normal replacement, he was forced to GLUE the plastic part of it back on!! Another vehicle needed a tire, he was told to put on a used Chinese tire. He then test drove the car to ensure no vibration and got in trouble for doing so!! Technicians are forbidden to speak to customers bc Jay may have tokd the customer something different than what the vehicle really needs. Also, they do not have handwash for the technicians...what kind of place does not provide a basic necessity? Beware of the facade. They smile and are kind to your face meanwhile they are rigging your car!!!!!! Typical South FL swindlers.

This Shop did an awesome job on my car last month and earlier today...., I picked up my wife's car after an oil leak left a stain on the pavers. The car was completed as promised today. It looks great, since I had them repair the rear bumper damage.
I shopped around, for the value and quality, they were impossible to beat.

I just picked up my 2011 BMW M3 from Auto Tech and Body and I was very impressed. I was in a bad car accident-front end collision- and they had to replace the bumper, hood and the air bag. They also fixed the mechanical issues since the ABS light and the check Engine Light were lit up. The car looks and drives like new. The service was excellent. They took care of handling my claim with All State, getting me a rental car and kept me updated on the repair process. I greatly appreciate my friend for recommending Auto Tech and Body and in turn, will start recommending Auto Tech and Body to all my family and friends.

Excellent facility. Great service. I had some problems with my A/C and I took the car to several places (including the dealer) with no results. This place diagnosed the problem correctly and fixed it and boy was I relieved (considering how hot it gets in FL during the summer). Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I have been using Auto Tech and Body for four years now . They keep my Lexus and my wife's Lexus in tip top condition. I just had my wife's car repaired due to an accident and the car looks and drives like new. I referred my father to Auto Tech and Body and he came back raving about their service and quality of work. The people here are very nice. I'm sure they do a good job as far as body work is concerned. An oil change takes forever.

If I could give these people a ZERO star I WOULD. They don't deserve the one star required. I was told that I can no longer get serviced there because I'm costing them too much money due to only getting oil changes. If I'm costing you too much money, why not raise your prices to balance the cost? I Get my nails done in 3 different places (1 for a pedicure, 1 for eyebrows, and 1 for a manicure) and never did they tell me I can't come anymore because I'm not getting all my services done in 1 place. How dare they!!!! The two ladies at the front desk were a pleasure but the two managers are the worst...

Drove in with a major body issue traveling to Denver for a change of life and looking for work. My Jeep needed immediate body work in the rear to handle the weight of my cargo. I was approached by friendly staff who got Jay right away. They did all the work on the spot and charged a fair price. It's an impressive place willing to take on problems and deliver solutions. Auto Tech recently repaired body damage on my Toyota Tundra. A true one stop shop. Not only was the work done perfectly, they handled everything from the insurance company to getting me a rental vehicle while the truck was in the shop. Friendly helpful staff too!

I think this place is owned by price gouging environmentalists. I clipped a coupon out of the local paper for the $19.99 oil change. They wanted a $10 surcharge because it is not a car, even though it has the same engine and transmission as a car. They really had no explanation as to why they charge extra. I will avoid this place in the future and wouldn t recommend it to anyone

I bought my first car from here. Absolutely amazing customer service. They are extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of cars and were very honest throughout the whole process. I have been going back to them for routine checks and service. Highly recommended and will definitely keep going back.

Auto tech and body is a no brainer! We found them about a year ago and always bring our cars for service, repair and recommendations. Whether it's an emergency or just an oil change they are super prompt and very reasonable. And they even have wifi free while you wait!!! Amazing! Definitely go there for your auto needs!

I was hearing a noise from my suspension that did not sound safe so i went to a tiresplus and getting quoted for almost $900 to change my entire control arm assembly. I was telling a family friend about this; Felix Abraham and he recommended me to Jay's shop to get it checked. I have to say i was amazed by the flawlessness of this establishment, i was in and out in less than an hr with a diagnosis. It turns out all i had to change was my outer tire-rods, saved over $700 in repair.

The president and staff at this place have NO INTEGRITY!!!

I called and asked for a top off on my oil because I still had 2,000 miles left before an oil change but was going on a road trip.

I was told I can come in for one and realized I was waiting there for more than 45 min for a simple top off. When I went to go ask why it was taking so long I was told the car was being inspected and I owed them money for the inspections and diagnostic work they did on it without my consent. I refused to pay for the service I didn t ask for and Jay gets upset and tells me this isn t charity work and that I should pay his employees for the work they did but yet for work I didn t ask for.

He then tells me they added oil to the car and that I should be good but when I went to check my oil nothing was added so they lied to me knowing my oil was low and that I was going on a long road trip and it wasn t safe to go with my oil level like that. This business and the employees obviously have no integrity and I will no long take my car there to get serviced again

Not all cars are perfect, but fortunately some mechanics are.
Coming from Italy and loving the car as they were beautiful women, it was not easy to find a reliable and trustworthy mechanic. But in the end I met Jay and his team at Auto Tech and Body. They provide superb customer service, and in the end the price you pay is a small check for the mechanic job, which is clear and well-done.
The professional service and the friendly environment are an invitation to come back just for a check up every now and then.
To me, Auto Tech and Body is the best mechanic in town.

Being new to the area, I googled repair shops to have my car serviced. I picked this Auto Tech and Body shop last week and took my car there..I was very impressed by the cleanliness of their shop , the presentation of their staff, for their industry awards and for being a top repair shop in Angie's List for 2 years in a row posted in their lobby.
This place got my business for life. They were fair , professional and delivered my vehicle by the time they promised, with less cost than the dealership (they even cleaned my dog's mess from the passenger seat )
I highly recommend them.

Just wow! Jay and the front desk ladies Kim & Hope are all amazing. My car came in via tow, just died on me Wednesday, and within 2 days Jay and his team had my Mercedes up and running again. Jay is a professional with a heart. Hit a snag and was willing to work with me but was able to get everything taken care of. My car is in great shape now, and I owe it all to Jay! Kudos to the front desk ladies as they assisted me with getting my payment done virtually and didn't have to come into the shop to handle it. Will definitely use you guys again. Thank you all!

Went there to get an inspection done for my insurance. Place was clean and the staff was very helpful. Took me 5 mins and I was done.

Was referred to Auto Tech and Body by AAA roadside service and I ll never go to another mechanic South Florida! There is a culture of exceptional service that is instilled by Jay the owner that you can feel right when you walk in the door. Jay treats everyone like family and I feel lucky to have a reliable mechanic to trust my car with!

As far as I'm concerned it was a great exprerience. I like my car, it's a good car. When it was damaged by a falling object from a truck on the highway, I was concerned. I brought the car in and Jay inspected it thoroughly. Afterward he interacted with the insurance company in Canada. Following that I brought the car in for repair. A few (8) days later, i picked up the car and it looked as if in was coming directly from the manufacture. Brand new.

So, they are nice people who do great work fast. What else do you need?

I used to only take my car to the Lexus dealership after having one too many awful experiences with being raked over the coals by other repair shops and then a friend told me about Auto Tech and Body. I was reluctant to bring my car in, but gave it a shot... Boy, am I glad I did!! Auto Tech's team doesn't pressure you (shocking I know) and is extremely knowledgeable. Not only do they do things right the first time, they are affordable and willing to bend over backwards for their customers. Top rate indeed!!

LoAfter waiting more than an hr for a simple synthetic oil change and inspection with an Angie's List coupon for my jeep 2005, they charged me $31 more by lying to me saying they needed to put 2 more quarts...neither I was told about the overcharge before ...never in my wildest dreams I knew my jeep can hold 7 quarts of oil. I decided to ask them after they start whispering they came up with the story lying in my face that suddenly my jeep can hold that much oil... I end up paying $45 cause they found some lights burned in the back that I never new about it either on top of the Angie's coupon ...I paid but I will never ever be back...no good referrals either for this crooks !

Had to go and get a USAA Insurance inspection done on my car this morning Auto Tech and Body was open on Saturday witch was great! I work Monday through Friday 5 to 5, so I have no time during the week to get my insurance inspection done so having somebody open on Saturday is a big deal! The girls in the front were extremely helpful walk me through the process got the inspection done fast and efficient. So if you're looking for somebody to do your insurance inspection this is the place to go.

And each time I come away impressed with the staff (both behind the counter and in the shop). The owners (Jay and Chadia) have clearly hand picked the best of the best to work with them. Not only have they saved me money, they have given my family true sense of security knowing that they are taking care of our automobiles (and our driving needs).

A bunch of crooks. Told my good friend that she was not allowed come back anymore because she only gets oil changes and it is costing them too much money . Auto Tech, if you cannot afford to do services at the prices you currently offer then raise your prices! That s common sense.These people obviously do not know how to do business or run a business. They have now lost a loyal customer of two years because they are trying to force their customers to get all their auto services done there. Incredibly absurd. Save your money and go somewhere else where they will actually value you as a customer and won t price gouge you because you re costing too much money .

There is no other place to go other then Auto Tech and Body. The customer service was fantastic, the skilled techs did a phenomenal job. Honest, professional, and kind. Highly recommended.

Auto Tech and Body (AT&B) is the best auto care company! I ve lived in South FL for 20+ years and have tried many auto shops, but AT&B is by far the best! They are always professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to accommodate their clients. They are also reasonably priced and never try to up-sell me on services/parts that I don t need like other auto centers. They are an honest shop run by caring, professional experts. Stay away from this place! How dare you tell someone they cannot come back because they are not getting enough services at your place? That s like going to Walmart and the manager tells you you cannot come back to the store because you buy some of your groceries at target as well. Management needs a serious overhaul, not a good way to do business...

This place is nothing but price gougers and a rip-off!! I am leasing an Acura tlx and took it in to get an estimate on what i thought was a small dent on my trunk and they quoted me $690 which I thought was ridiculously high but the manager said it was because they need to take my trunk off and abused my lack of knowledge. I held off, and then took my car to get serviced for an oil change at the acura dealership and asked them just out of curiosity if they could quote me and they came back with $350 WITH LABOR!!!! That's HALF the price! I highly recommend shopping around or even going to your actual dealership which I thought would be more expensive but in fact it wasn't. I don't recommend this place at all, the manager clearly tried to take advantage of me.

Had my car Inspected for insurance purposes, was in and out in 20 minutes.

There is a good reason that when I needed a body shop for a post-accident repair, Jay and his team got such a great endorsement from my friend. They handled everything for me from beginning to end graciously, professionally and completely. It was worth the half-hour travel to work with them and I highly recommend them for any work you need done. My car never looked so good!

This place was incredible with service. They did a out Standing job on my Lexus. The Bodywork And the Paint Job was the Best Job I ever seen. They took care of the insurance Company for me only paid my deductible. After seeing the car I talk to the owner Jay asking him about a headliner in my Dodge Caravan. He told me they could take do that Job Also. I had it done from a different company which was the worst job I ever saw. So after Having it re done with them. It now looks like it came from the Factory.

Amazing service. I received no less than 5 phone calls and videos updating me on the progress of my repairs. The work was more extensive than initially thought, but this team worked through the night to get my vehicle back on the road. Exceptional experience, And while I hope to not have to need their services again for quite a long time, I will certainly be back if necessary.

More fake reviews than you can shake a stick at. Don't get your car fixed here, they do sub-par work and will hold your car hostage until you pay the ransom.

Car was brought in for a shifting concern that ended up not being covered by the ext warranty, I was told they were going to fix for free at no charge to me due to history with my mother and issues going on. After waiting over a week was told they were unable to come up with a solution do to issue with the company for the parts, after questioning them and mention I work in the auto industry and was trying to fin out what was going on they became defensive and aggressive. Was told i could come get the car or leave it and they will fix it when they could, family member went to pick up car at which point they said they were charging us because we wouldn't leave the car to be fixed for free. Horrible company taking advantage of us during a very bad time. Would never recommend to anyone.

I had a big problem with my old "gardening" Jeep (solely used to haul whole lotta plants home at one time - fairly often - and as a loaner to out of town guests): and my mechanic told me it was unfixable! So I took it to the dealer and of course, were they going to gouge me. Somehow the goddess of car repair got wind of my dilemma and guided me to auto Tech and body. (As it turns out I knew of them from way back when I was in BNI, but at that time I was I had a good relationship with my dealer. ) yeah!

The Best paint and Body shop in Northeast Florida I've rate this business a 20 out of 10 . Excellent work and attention to detail.

My car was involved in a car accident. I was pretty shell shocked. But there must have been an angel with me that day ,as my son and I were thankfully not injured and my car was towed to Auto Tech and Body. They were so efficient and kind in their dealings with me. They were upfront about everything and helped me through the process. Their customer service is second to none.
After the accident I needed to get home and needed a car to go to work the next day, but most of the local car rental companies were closed. The one that was available was almost closing. The managers wife drove me in her personal car, as quickly as possible, so that I was able to make it with 5 minutes to spare. This is just one example of how they went above and beyond to help me.

I don't usually write reviews but this shop truly worth my time to do this. My car needed repairs while I was out of town and It was a outcome. This got me realizing how fortunate all my family is having this shop within 25 miles from our home.

They were referred to me by a coworker after a fender bender and we've been using this shop for body repairs , mechanical work and tires needs for over 4 maybe 5 years now and have not been to a dealership once since then. Since they do warrantee work and process insurance claims on site, it is good to have one shop stop. They are trained and certified to work on many brands and I leaned the last visit that they are a Tesla authorized repair and body shop. If they can repair these Aluminum rocket ship, my family cars are a piece of cake for them. they are always professional , courteous an do great work, also, their large lobby area and work shop is very clean and well kept. I highly recommend them to all you body damage an mechanical repair needs

The service is great, I've been a customer for over 6 years now.
They offer awesome dealership quality service but save you money, they document everything they do and send you picture as per your request!
Very friendly environment, nice place, professional service and they use the right up to date tools & equipment!

The worst place to come get your car fix had to keep bringing car in to get the same thing fix .The Staff is unprofessional especially Chadia Yells to her customers and even to her employees infront of us . I DO NOT recommend this place A bunch of Gold diggers who talk behind every customer back and steals your money !
