This place is scamming insurance agencies. DO NOT allow AAA to send your car here; send it to a local collision center. I had AAA come tow my a car after an accident, when the tow- driver came he took the car to this place and not the original collision center I had requested. After two days I went to pick up the car and was told they could not release the car off the lot because the insurance agency had to tell them how much they were going to pay out for the totaled car. They were trying to charge the insurance company $1000 for two days of a 03 Corolla being on their lot! They also called the insurance agency with out our knowledge saying that we were upset and wanted them to work with this shop. What kind of reputable shop does that? After raising hell they changed the rate but still charged the insurance company $185 administrative fee (FOR WHAT), $50 Gate fee (not a gated facility), $25 mobility fee. This place is a SCAM!
