I went to Auto Tech and Body for my 2013 Chevy Sonic. Indeed, I was in a head on collision. I had to get the front bumper, the hood and both of the front lights repaired. I also had radiator and a/c damage that they took care of. When I came in for an estimate, they immediately took care of me. They did a free estimate and printed it for me with all the details. After reading it, I decided to leave my car at the shop and I picked one of their in-house rentals . They gave me a date and a time for me to pick up my car. When I came back, my car was waiting for me in front of the shop. I did not even have to wait for it. My car looked brand new. Everything was repaired, washed and cleaned for me. I was so happy to get my car back. It looks and drives better than before the accident. The staff is very friendly, professional and well informed! I would definitely recommend this shop to all of my friends. Thank you Auto Tech and Body.

i brought my bmw to this shop a few days ago to repair the bumper. I was happy to recieve friendly, profesional and curtious service from all the staff. I most happy with the work done on the bumper. It looked new again, and the price was fair. I do not miss going to the dealership, this was just as good ,actually better. Im very pleased and would reccomend them to everyone.

Amazing customer service, they have worked on mine and my parents cars always and have been honest the whole time. At some point my moms car needed so much work done that they actually recommended she sell it instead of pushing her to get the work done.
They treat you like family and even hook you up with some of the minor stuff sometimes, I m sure there are cheaper mechanics out there but I am looking to get the work done well, not to be back every other week. Still way more inexpensive than a dealership and probably the same or better worksmanship

I went to this place respectfully asking for the service that was needed but didn't get it done because the service that I ask for was way over the price. Long story short I had walked out the place and on my driver's side I seen all types of coffee on my driver's door and my driver side mirror and I asked the mechanics that was working outside did they see who did this and they had no clue who did it so for my experience if you black please don't go there because somebody's got to do something to your car.

Had my Prius there for a minor issue with the hatch back and they improviseD a repair for me within minutes! Love these guys! Any issues we have with our cars will be handled by them from now on. The technicians are nice and do quality work, the staff inside are very friendly and caring. Top notch service!

I took my 2008 E 350 4Matic fix what I thought was a ball joint. They called me and told me it was struts and shocks. I asked for a total, including tax, and I was told $1584.84. When I went to pick up the car after several days, about a week, I was forced to pay over $3,500. I later found out they put the wrong struts and shocks on my car. So I got screwed all the way around. BUYER BEWARE these guys are far from honest.

I have been going to Auto Tech And Body for about 5 years. They will continue to be the place that I not only use for my own vehicles, but refer all friends, family, and clients. Their service is outstanding and always at a great price! The staff is absolutely wonderful and make you feel welcome at all times. It never fails... the customers are wonderful too!!! I have literally made a friend every time I've been here. :)

Professional, Detailed Work, Organized & Great Customer Service! BY FAR one of the best auto shops I've taken my vehicle to. The staff at Auto Tech & Body are some of the mostly friendly and accommodating people in this industry. The body work they did on my car came out beautiful & I am very pleased. And they made the ENTIRE car repair process so smooth. Forever grateful for this auto shop, bring your car to them you will not be disappointed! Auto Tech & Body has me forever as a customer.

If you go there expecting them to communicate with you at all, you'll be disappointed. Spent 4+ hrs there cause of a check engine light. They told me it would only take them 30 minutes to get a part and 2 hrs to install it. After waiting that allotted time no one was telling me what was taking so long, so I left. Had to call later that night, (because no one was still telling me what was up) and was told that my car wouldnt be finished until 4 days from when I went in because they couldn't get the part til the 3rd day.
A day after getting it "fixed", the check engine light came on AGAIN. So despite them being supposedly "VW certified," I'm currently sitting at a VW dealership, $900 bucks out, getting something fixed that was supposedly fixed at this place.
100% would not recommend

Okay so I don't know where to begin but I want to start with the ladies at the front desk!! I promise you from the moment you walked in, it is like you just stepped on to airforce one!! Then there is this gentleman name Jay!! I want to say he is the pilot. He cares about every single souls that walk through that front door!! I mean!! He takes your hand literally and take such good care of you! I promise I live in Miami and I will drive all the way to Auto Tech And Body just to know that my car and my bank account is in JAY'S HANDS!! THANK YOU SO MUCH GUYS!!! you all truly know and understand customer service and satisfaction means!!! and even after all the support, he still gave me a massive discount..

Just came in to get a battery check. Got a new battery and a car wash. I waited about an hour.

The estimate which included an area of my car to be repaired was left undone and when I inquired about why it was not done at the time the other body work was and was told it wasn't on the original estimate and would cost me another 384.00dollars.
This is deceptive I could have taken my vehicle to another body shop and had the job done for the same price which included the area they neglected.
Dissatisfied!

If you ever need work done on your vehicle this is the place to go. Ownership is amazing, staff here is amazing and the work they day is amazing!!!!! They go above and beyond to make your experience here enjoyable!!! I will never bring my car anywhere else to get work done.

I literally left Deerfield Toyota after taking the car there for a battery issue the fourth time in three years!! I barely had the Car in park and Jay was pulling it into the bay and immediately getting all of the battery acid covering my engine neutralized. Myself and my Family will NEVER go anywhere for anything pertaining to our vehicles. Best service and honesty you will find anywhere!!!!!!
