Worse place to take your car , they scratch my car paint by putting thoughts a car wash. they only offer to wax it. "Best they can offer" they said. Went ask to speak to manager no answer or never available.

On November 13th, I purchased a 2017 A3 from Mike Walsh. I must say that I was completely blown away by everything he did. Mike truly wants to ensure that you get the car you deserve the first time. He truly understands Audi and how the cars operate. The entire dealership works with you, and makes you feel at home. Even Bruce Hendrixson, the General Manager, made sure I got the car I wanted, for the price that fit my budget. I have never been to a more family-friendly dealership before. Excellent job to the Audi Wynnewood Team.
Genuine willingness to help with a decent knowledge of the product. Why decent? No one has a great knowledge of these products as far as I can tell, Audis are complex, and made much more so by covers and cowlings and guards and beauty strips and the like. They have unexplainable proclivities that only online forums can illuminate, like a 3 liter diesel that has a hitch in its giddy-up caused, after two botched attempts to fix, by a bad adblue pump. Who would have thunk? The sunroof took me three months to figure out and made me feel dumb as a rubber thumb after it revealed itself to me (just had to speak friend and enter!) and I still do not fully have my head around why such a vehicle would have no USB port of any kind when my 2011 Buick had one.
But I digress, the dealership is fully aware of this and does everything they can to ameliorate the mayhem well-intentioned German engineers cause, five stars.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Audi Wynnewood. Though the service team was helpful when buying my car, they have all but ignored me afterwards. I am currently driving around with expired temporary plates for 6 days now. Though the team had more than two months to get my new license plates and assured me multiple times when I called that they had all of the necessary information, I was then asked to provide additional documentation only SIX days before my plates expired. I have already received a ticket for this. In addition, I was misled about my car payments. Every time I need to get in touch with a member of the team, I have to spend days trying to track them . It is not uncommon for me to send five emails and leave five voicemails with absolutely no response. I definitely would not recommend buying a car from Audi Wynnewood. I am especially disappointed in Todd Stone and Jason Bufka and the lack of customer service they have provided.
I had an excellent experience and can't say enough positive things about how I was treated as a customer. Suzannah made sure I got an excellent price on my car (well below the local competition) and was very friendly, low pressure and respectful. Matthew sat with me for over an hour showing me every amazing detail about my vehicle and teaching me the technology. I rarely write reviews online, but when I have an amazing experience like I did at Audi Wynnewood, I feel compelled to share. I encourage you to buy your next car here. I am glad I did.
This location has undergone many changes over the last few years. The service department is horrible with untrained, unprofessional staff that should not be in customer service. Deborah Lessin, one of the sales representatives that I had the unfortunate experience to deal with is a charachature of everything the consumer hates about car sales. I noticed in the other reviews that I am not alone in my experience with her.

Great experience from start to finish. Was referred to Keith A. at Wynnewood. Keith met with us and listened to our requirements. He worked to find the A5 Sportback we wanted. I called in to book an appointment PA Inspection Test my Volkswagen Vehicle, and Mr. Donovan McLean assisted me with this. I confirmed with him that Audi Dealership will service on my Volkswagen for PA Inspection test before I came in the dealership. When I came to dealership to have my car service. Without asking me, He called the Volkswagen dealership close by. And later he asked me to go there for a service. I was not expected this treatment like this from a big dealership.
I've serviced my car since Wynnewood opened and have always been satisfied with sales and service. The dealer has a great bunch of employees and they are always looking to the extra step to make your Audi Experience great!
My experience buying a car here was fine, but coming back for service was horrible. They ordered the wrong part (although I confirmed it over a month in advance), and I'm still chasing it down. They did the standard 25,000 mile service, but didn't finish putting together the roof rack that was purchased with the car as requested, and should have been done at purchase anyways. They also quoted outrageous prices for additional repairs they claim are needed, which I declined. Jason Shaw, the service person who "helped" me, had the audacity to tell us that we'd be getting a survey in email, and to "just give him a 10, and if we're not going to give a 10, just delete the email." They also returned the car filthy, and only after specifically asking, gave us a certificate for a free car wash in the area. I am so frustrated with the level of service provided and will never return here. I would never recommend these people - go to YBH Audi in Newtown Square, they actually take good care of you and have better loaner cars!
Never take your car here for service. They are robbing everyone. I get its an Audi service not jeffy lube. They charged me $190 for an oil change are you kidding me?! Every other dealership in the USA charges around $100 or less! You can just go to the other dealership owned by the same group charges $100! I would highly recommended to stay way even if your car breaks down in front of this dealership!

Audi Wynnewood is the best dealer in the area that knows how to go above your expectations! I ordered my custom A6 about 3 months ago and it finally arrived this week! My sales guy Mike Walsh kept me updated throughout the whole process and even went the extra mile by getting the factory to add last minute options in for me! I will not go to any other Audi dealer from now on! This is the 2nd car I've leased from them and yet again I am 100% happy with my purchase. I felt that that the service representative I worked with this week was beyond great. He not only provided me with a new registration card which allowed my A4 to be fully serviced, he made sure that all work on my car was completed in a very timely manner. He seemed pleased to help in any way possible, and made my interactions with the Audi agency extremely pleasurable. I would recommend this service department without hesitation.

I honestly don't know where to begin. My husband and I have collectively had over 10 experiences at car dealerships over the past 8 years (yes, we go through a lot of cars)... and this one was better than all of the others combined. Debbie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and empathetic to my needs. I was trading in my TT for an A4, because we're looking to start a family. Giving up my little sports car was not something I was excited for, but by the time I left I was out of my mind with excitement about my new car. They were able to get me EXACTLY what I was looking for, down to the trim package.
Not only did they get an AMAZING price, considering I was rolling a substantial amount of negative into a lease, but because my A4 wouldn't be ready for a few weeks, they even got me into a loaner vehicle, free of charge, to save me from having to make another payment on my TT. I've never been so bent over backwards for at a car dealership in my life.
Suzannah, the sales manager, was also extremely accommodating and friendly, and the entire experience was just a total pleasure. We can't wait to go back and get my husband something from them when the time comes.

Worst service experiences I have ever had. Foolish to keep trying Audi wynnewood but Conshohocken not much better. Zero communication between employees when information is given. Just trying to make money not satisfied customers.
Last week I found an exceptional example of the exact pre-owned Audi I have been searching for at Wynnewood Audi. I was fortunate that my online inquiry was answered by a sales associate named Mike. I am quite particular and had questions about certain options and condition of the vehicle. Mike responded to my questions quickly with honesty and provided additional pictures. The car was priced fairly, but there were two hurdles that had to be overcome to purchase the car. One, and most importantly, is how to buy the car during the COVID pandemic/restrictions safely, and two, I live in Ohio and was not willing to buy the car without seeing it in person. I am pleased to report the experience was seamless and everything about the buying process was handled professionally and was truly Touchless . The car exceeded my expectations and was worth the 830 mile round trip. I would recommend Mike and this dealership to my family and friends.
Since Google doesn't allow responses to Audi Wynnewood's reply: It's impossible for you to say the only issue with my experience at your dealership was due to not meeting my required monthly payment WHEN I NEVER PROVIDED MY DESIRED MONTHLY PAYMENT. Also, the inventory listed online IS NOT the inventory actually located at the dealership. Since not only was the salesperson totally unprofessional, but your response to my review was totally inaccurate, I'll contact Audi Corporate directly. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. Michael Walsh & everyone at Audi Wynnewood were a pleasure to work with. I bought my car on Black Friday and It was as quick and easy of a car buying experience you could ever had. I had been in discussion with Michael Walsh for about a week before I came in and finally decided to pull the trigger on my new A4. I had traded my car in to another dealership close by. I did research at several dealerships online and was able to get the best price at Audi Wynnewood. I was surprised at how I did not feel pressured at all to purchase anything. Everyone was extremely friendly.

So PRIOR two previously scheduled road trips. I set up my new used car with a used car purchase inspection.
During my INITIAL VISIT for the inspection it was pointed out that I'd need tires in the near future. Aligning it at the same time. "NOTHING FURTHER IS NEEDED FROM WHAT I CAN SEE"
During the days that followed I ordered tires and went on my road trip. Which is when the brake pad replacement due notification appeared.
SECOND and final visit to Audi- in-between road trips. I state my concerns to the service advisor who seems confused and unconcerned.THEN producing a sheet of paper that states: COMPLIMENTARY MULTI POINT INSPECTION
Which in black and white confirmed something that i NOW already knew. At the time of FIRST inspection my brakes had less than 1k of life. And not just the axel that was casing the fault. But the other was going to be due too.
So prior to storming out with out having my issues resolved i communicated this to the service manager. Who did offer to set up an appointment and figure it out. This is before and after i had explained that id be needing to use the car for the 2nd buiss road trip. So my last straw was when he in place of offering a loaner suggested a date upon return.
BOTTOM LINE: I trusted Audi of Wynnewood to inspect my car and tell me if id be safe for the next 3k miles or 1 month of driving. It is not something that went WRONG with my vehicle it is a wear item and Audi of Wynnewood knew this and did not make this known. And therefore put my life at risk.
This review covers my experience getting my Audi A3 repaired at Audi of Wynnewood. Our vehicle had a transmission issue which was difficult to diagnose and repair. The experience had a few ups and downs, but Audi Wynnewood and the service manager Mike C. as well as service writer Ed P. and Donovan all did their best to get things resolved in a positive manner. This is why I am giving five stars although the experience (largely due to Audi Corporate initially pushing back on our request for repair assistance due to the vehicle's low mileage at the time of the issue) was trying at times. I can't blame Audi Wynnewood for that. They were equally frustrated and continued reaching out to their contacts to help us. I had to file a case with Audi Corp but ultimately by working together we got the repair done and due to the special circumstances Audi was able to cover it under warranty although the warranty had expired. Tough times will happen but what matters is how you are treated in the end, and it never got unprofessional or nasty, we just kept our professional back and forth going until we had a solution that was even better than I had hoped for. Thank you Audi Wynnewood for your diligence and not giving up and ending up with a very satisfied customer, we truly appreciate it!
Please do me a favor and ignore these negative comments. Audi Wynnewood is by far, the only place you should go to in the greater Philadelphia area if you are in the market for an Audi. I have bought 2 Audi's from them and have sent MULTIPLE friends/family to them. Reason why...They will be treated like family.
The staff at Audi Wynnewood is like a big family and you can tell as soon as you walk in. That feeling really made me want to do business with them. (Remember, I did buy 2 Q5's from them.) I never once felt "out of control" when working on my deal. They listened and we came up with a terrific deal that I wanted in a very quick time. They didn't play the negotiation game at all. Also, the Q5 model that I wanted was not available at their dealership. They got it from the other dealership and brought it to their dealership so that I can see first hand and do my own test drive.
I know it may sound crazy, but I look forward to bringing my car in for the scheduled service checks because it gives me an excuse to visit Susannah and the other awesome staff at Audi Wynnewood.

Service People are nice, explained the services needed to be done. Had to come back 3 times for the problem of my car. First time, they do not have enough time to figure out the problem. The second time, they do not have the part in stock. The third time, finally it is fixed.
Mike (Sales) and Jason (Finance) made the buying process really easy given these challenging Covid times. They adjusted their work style to meet the new work requirements without creating a burden for us. And we love the car!
My car buying experience at Wynnewood Audi was very positive, thanks in large part to the sales person who assisted me, Mike Lacovara. I already knew exactly which model and trim I wanted, and was able to negotiate a satisfactory price without a lot of hassle. The car had to be ordered, which the dealership said could take two to three months. A month or so after I placed the order, I became concerned after learning that Audi was experiencing long production delays that could have added months of wait time. Mike, however, was diligent in keeping a watch for the model at other dealers, and found that my exact model and trim, plus a couple of extras, had just arrived at another dealer Within a few days I had the car. Wynnewood honored the negotiated price, and threw in the extras, the cost of which was $500. I cannot comment on Wynnewood's service, because the car has not yet needed service.

Horrible service! I went to look at a vehicle I was interested in purchasing and met Todd. The hood of the car wouldn't open so I asked him to email me the CARFAX (I saw it online, but wanted to see if he wanted my business), provided him with my business card, that was 8 days ago, I still haven't received a follow-up call or email. He DID NOT WANT MY BUSINESS!!! I'm so Happy I went West German BMW where they care about their clients!
Called them asking about a used vw wagon and said that I would be trading in a Honda - The salesman told me that he would call back with a rough estimate on the value of the Honda, as I live 2 hrs. away. Did not hear back from the salesman,, and I called them a second time the next day, leaving a message on his machine, asking for a return call. No response at all. One of the worst car buying experiences ever. I was purchasing a Audi Q5 for my mother and I sent over the exact sticker of the vehicle I wanted and the terms of the lease. The Sales associate Parul agreed to the deal. I was asked to come in and pick the car up at 7pm. When my mother and I arrived at the dealership, the car that they had for us was not the car we agreed to purchase. After we explained to Parul that this was the wrong car he explained it to the Sales Manager Suzanneh. She came over to the table and basically told us that this was the car we they had for us and we could take it or leave. I ve worked in the car industry for many years and I have never been treated with such disrespect and dishonesty. I implore those who are reading this review do not waste your time going to this dealership. The sales staff are dishonest and the sales manager Suzannah is very disrespectful.
The experience at Audi Wynnewood was like no other I've experienced. From the first moment, there was no pressure to buy or the feeling that someone was hiding something. The pricing was entirely transparent, even to the fact that the factory invoice was presented. The staff worked diligently for several days to find a vehicle that fit my requirements, eventually locating one that was exactly what I wanted. It was delivered on time and Brittany spent over an hour explaining the operation and features of the car. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
I have been working with Mike Walsh at Audi Wynnewood for a few years. I leased my first Q5 a couple years back and just picked up my new Q5 last week. Mike located the exact vehicles we were looking for and took the time to walk us through all the features. The Audi Wynnewood staff made the experience flawless. We'll definitely be returning customers and we highly recommend them.
It's bad experience. Especially finance guy. He didn't reply to me when I attempted to cancel my auto warranty. I really upset his attitudes. I am not sure he cancelled my warranty, because when I called to the warrant company, my contract is still alive. I will not pay any cancellation penalty fee because this guy did not cancel my warranty within 30 days..
I started shopping on line and was contacted virtually immediately by Debby. We discussed the features of the A5 I wanted as well as the color. She searched the inventory throughout the country, locating one at a dealer willing to deal. We negotiated price over the phone along with the value of my trade in. Everything and I mean everything was as we discussed. The deal was better than I could do elsewhere and was better than predicted by Edmonds and KBB.
I was looking for a new 2015 Audi Q5 TDI among more than 10 dealerships near State College, PA until I found Wynnewood. Debby (Deborah Lessin) answered my email very fast and made an offer that could not be declined. Personally I don't like bargain at all, so I was really happy when I would not have to. Debby saved me about 4 grand on the out of door price, which was incredible.
There were only less than 30 miles on the odometer, and the tank was filled up (when I bought my last car, I had to drive to a gas station immediately after making the deal...)
Now I've driven my new car for about 500 more miles, and every thing works perfectly.
Very disappointed in this dealer. I drove 2.5 hours from NY State to pick up a car. Which unfortunately was not there when i got there and i had to wait over an hour before they admitted the car was not there. They then said they would drive the car i wanted to my office. The only problem is they did not show up and never called me to let me know. The second attempt to deliver was successful but the car had no front license plate holder. it took about 5 weeks to get the license plate holder but it was the wrong part. I am still waiting for the correct part 10 weeks later. I will never again deal with Audi Wynnewood
My wife and I experienced outstanding customer service at Wynnewood Audi. I didn t matter if we were being helped by Todd, Mike, or Tony, they all went out of their way to make sure we found the right car for us. In this case a beautiful one owner 2017 Q5 black on black with 18,000 miles at a great price. Could not recommend Wynewood Audi high enough after our experience with everyone there.
Update: When I went to the dealerships I spoke to an associate I never got his name but he started cursing and yelling at me. So if you have a problem look out for the curse of the day. So this is Audi ?!! GREAT He said you have a sensitive car so it will keep beeping just turn it off. So I shouldn t care if the car alerts me when something wrong with the tires. He said due to heat, well it was much warmer few weeks earlier and was driving the car and nothing happened before. He tells another associate I spoke with don t talk to her she doesn t understand anything. My bad. I m the one who trusted you and gave you my money and chose you over others. THANKS - Oh Dear God. They wanted to fail me inspection for bubbles in my tires that no one else can see but them, told me if I don t replace 2 tires they will have to put failed inspection and I have to come back.
1-For the record I am a very very very careful driver. And I am very good at bypassing pot holes
2-The car isn t even 1 year old and still didn t reach 5k miles and fails inspection?!!! Is that pot holes that cheap and old cars survive(AGAIN I AM VERY GOOD AT AVOIDING POT HOLES) or Audi cars that are supposed to be different luxury car than other brands or something else?
3- took 4 whopping hours to get out of there.
4-I asked for the old tires to be placed in the car trunk and yet my bill still reflected a disposal of old tires fee?!!!! The new tires came very dirty
5- Not even 3 days later and on the highway the car alerts me of loss of tire pressure so I called them and they told me if it doesn t resolve on its own in a few hours, since it s not a specific tire, I should call road side assistance. IT DID NOT RESOLVE ON ITS OWN And road side assistance said I have to go back to the dealership

I ve been in the market for a new car for a few months now and have spent quite some time in dealerships. I must say, Wynwood Audi was by far the best experience, even though I decided to hold onto my car for a bit longer.
Eric Stein spent a good amount of time with me discussing the vehicle I was looking for and not rushing through the deal numbers. A true gentleman who understands what no pressure sales is and at the end of the day wants to see his clients happy, with or without a deal.

We had a great experience buying our new Audi Q7! Rick Martinez was very knowledgeable and patient. He helped us decide on which vehicle was the best fit for our family. The finance process was quick and easy. Our beautiful car has plenty of space for our 4 kids Sofia, Abby, Ginger and Cassie. They don't fight in the car anymore. The atmosphere and ambience of this dealership is exceptional. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous personnel. My experience was very good. I am positively, will be back for some other service in the future, and I have told my family and friends that this is the place to visit if they are in the market for a new vehicle.

The sales counsellor was very knowledgable, personable, easy to work with and patient. The absence of of sales pressure was much appreciated. Other team members who helped us were 1st class. A bonus was that plates were installed, insurance contacted, registration processed - all done while we enjoyed a latte. Went back several times to get help understanding the electronics. Same outstanding experience!!

I walked into a gorgeous showroom with all the best Audi bling.
When I mentioned that to the person at the front desk that I was there to see a pre-owned Allroad in their inventory, it was as though the dealership went silent as she directed me out the door and across the parking lot to the used car building.
That building lacked any semblance of the pristine opulence of the new car showroom. It also seemed like it was run on a shoestring budget by one guy who was overwhelmed.
The entire process was quick, easy and price was palatable... The atmosphere was unpretentious and everyone was approachable. Ask for Amy Connolly she's adorable and a sweetheart. Loving my Q! Thank you!
