Service that I thought might take all day took an hour in no small part because of the service manager's deep knowledge of the car's features. But then I go there because of this kind of expertise

I brought my car in, expecting to leave it to be worked on the next day. They were able to check it out right away and identified a minor problem that they corrected then and I did not have to wait very long or leave the car. Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions. I left very pleased.

Tried for a week to work out a sale with this dealer. Could not get them to respond after providing me a bill or sale. This dealer obviously is not worried about their sales or making a sale. I am a very willing buyer and wanted to buy a vehicle from them. They have simply stopped responding to my inquiries. With no reason given. I even emailed all the management team. No one responded. It is in the system. I was dealing with Matthew.

That is far from true. I don t have two trades. If I did have two trades one is paid off. I explained that to your salesman on the phone. He didn t explain any of that. He just stopped talking to me. I have 4 cars. 3 paid for one with a loan.

Avoid this dealer at all costs. Rude staff with no knowledge of the cars they are trying to sell you. Hidden fees and fake online pricing. Different once you get to the dealership. Salesman spent more time staring and drooling over my 16 year old daughter then trying to sell me a car.

The people at Audi Wynnewood make the entire car purchase/lease experience a pleasure (not typically a term associated with car buying!). They're easy to work with, provide fair deals, are knowledgeable, and extremely accommodating. I actually traveled from NYC to work with Audi Wynnewood not once but twice, rather than working with a local dealership, because they made it completely worth my time! Highest recommendations for them!

This is my second Audi that I have purchased from Debbie Lessin at Audi Wynnewood. With my first Audi, the sales and service experience was terrific. The staff across the board is knowledgeable and helpful. The physical plant is well laid out to accommodate shopping for a new car and servicing a purchased vehicle. My strong recommendation is that you ask for Debbie if you are thinking about purchasing an Audi. She knows her inventory and unerringly matches the customer s interest to the right Audi product. My first Audi was an A3 and I just upgraded to an A5. I recommend the whole team at Audi Wynnewood and especially my point of contact, Debbie Lessin, without reservation.

The most unprofessional sales operation in the region. Suzannah Zakarian the sales manager is combative, rude and is oblivious about how to deliver customer service. I got a call last week from someone asking about an S5 sport back and if I was interested in scheduling a test drive. When I arrived, after they finally found the person who called me, he informed me that he called but he only did pre owned sales. The sales associate Parul tried his best to close the sale until Manager Suzanna intervened when I asked for more for my A4 trade in. She proceeded to grill me about why I was going to a competitor for service and lectured me about why the car business is the way it is. Suzanna is toxic and abrasive. Do not buy from this dealership, you will be overcharged and verbally abused. UPDATED REPLY TO RESPONSE FROM OWNER - I was able to get a significantly higher trade in value for my A4 from another local dealer then the ZERO DOLLARS that Audi Wynnewood was offering. Literally every dealer from every brand claims to be #1 or part of some elite metrics club no matter where I go. Also "#1 in Audi sales" doesn't speak at at all to professionality, customer service or doing business ethically.

Leased a car for my son here. Audi Wynnewood offers the best pricing with a real emphasis on the customer's time. No BS and they treated me like family. Matt Kwatyra, or sales person is extremely knowledgeable and a great young man. The service team is top notch as well.

Great sales experience. Emailed Kevin Tran for a lease quote on a new q5 on the lot. Worked with him to get to the best sell price, doubled checked his numbers, and picked up the car 72 hours after our first email correspondence. Couldn't have been more pleasant, transparent, and courteous. Spent less than an hour at the dealer signing prefilled paperwork. Recommended for a great, hassle free deal.

Mike Walsh in sales has been working with us for some time as we were thinking of transitioning from our older (2004) S4 into a new model. He was both very informed and patient in showing us potential alternatives and really heard the criteria we wanted in a new car. I was leaning toward a new S3 and then the old S4 developed issues that made sense not to fix and move on. Mike found us exactly the S3 we wanted and had it delivered to Wynnewood Audi, prepped and ready before having to leave the next day for DC. He helped to achieve a fair deal for all involved and then took a lot of time going over the new car and its features. The dealership helped in that regard as well and had some nice touches for presenting the new car, paperwork, etc. Through the entire process, Mike was a real pleasure to work with and we came up with the right car for us. I have an uncommon variation of C5 Audi A6. I did my repair work at Audi Wynnewood, many times. I have been working with service adviser Jeremy on this car. He has presented me the highest level of professionalism and courtesy. (Other service guys are cool too, sorry I don t know their names). For my recent service, I received an email from Jeremy at 10:30 PM last night, explaining the situation. I have been in service industry for many years and I have my view of standards. Audi dealer service is more costly than others but I certainly get what I am paying for, and from Audi Wynnewood it goes beyond expectation. I hardly write review for anything but right now I need to write something here for Jeremy. Hey Audi boss, are you reading this review? Give Jeremy a raise.

I shopped around for quite awhile and worked with a few other dealers in my search for a new vehicle. When I called Audi Wynnewood, I was connected with Debbie Lessin. What a difference working with her in comparison to the other dealers I had experienced! She really took a vested interest in what I was looking for and worked with me to find the best car for me with the best deal. She was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and even followed up to make certain I was happy with the car. I would definitely recommend Audi Wynnewood and Debbie Lessin to anyone in the future!

Update: I appreciate the response to speak to Kostas but I don't think it would change much. I'm not much into lip service while things remain the same. I've noticed other reviews on Yelp and Google similar to my experience. I am aware that one of your service consultants is no longer in the position which I believe is a good thing because they proved to not be capable. Without knowing the behind the scenes I question the efforts of the service manager Javier. I have reached out to Javier and received zero response. That to me trickles down to the team so I'm not totally surprised of how things function because service overall seems poorly managed. I'm not for anyone losing their job but it's your dealership and Audi's brand that ends up looking bad. Maybe a serious amount of coaching and training need to be implemented. Good luck!

I'm shocked at the service department as a whole, I can't speak for the sales side. But, after my experience I'm scared to death of my Audi getting serviced at Wynnewood. I have to find other options....Cherry Hill, Devon, Wilmington??? I mean, they all can't be like this could they??? I just had no clue that a high-end auto dealer's service dept. could be this bad. Am I being punk'd??? No.....REALLY.....this CAN'T be really the way they operate. The service shop might as well say Moe, Larry and Curly's and the service counter might as well say Walmart. Yeah, they look and sound the part but, no worries, go to Audi Wynnewood and you will find out unfortunately for yourself. Forget getting updates and when you finally chase them down they respond like you are interrupting their day. LOL, unbelievable! Owning a certain brand car is only as good as who can service it!!!! I've never in my life had a dealership turn my stomach towards certain brand of car. This is my first and last Audi.

Very professional and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Tony Lucas if you prefer a hassle free sale. Everything was open and honest, I left feeling good about buying a car. And, the car is amazing!

Had a pretty terrible experience with Deb. She's abrasive, rude, and talks too much. When I walked in, I was sent over to her to her desk, but she was on the phone. Rather than having me wait elsewhere, she gave me the "hang on a sec" finger and had me awkwardly sit at her desk for 5 minutes while she finished her call. After 2 hours of mostly her talking and not getting to the point, she wouldn't budge on my offer, and I wouldn't budge on her ridiculous opening number. When she wouldnt budge and I got up to walk out, she threw a tantrum and said I wasted her time. She claimed I came just to test drive a nice car and had no intention to lease anything. I leased my audi the following weekend elsewhere for just above what I offered her and way below what she was offering, since ya know, we actually negotiated. Deb wouldnt negotiate and was miserable. She made sure to tell me plenty of times that shes the number something salesperson in some obscure ranking of some obscure geography multiple times.

2 stars because she gave a good test drive and knew her stuff about the car. Too bad she's rude and can't sell. Maybe the other people are better but watch out for her.

Audi of Wynnewood, and especially Karen, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They made the entire car buying experience from beginning to end seamless and painless. Karen was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommend dealing with her or any of the other great employees.

Although my car was there for a extended period of time. Jeremy was the best in handling the situation. He is very knowledgeable, Mike the service manager is also top shelf, luckily they put me in a very nice loner or I would miss my car.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Do not trust anything they tell you regarding price of leasing a car. They will tell you one thing on the phone to get you into their showroom, but provide documents that say another. Read these carefully if you choose to deal with them. My recommendation: find another dealer.

Just bought my new Audi Q5 from here and the people were fantastic got a great deal and I'm loving my new car !!!

Last Christmas I came in looking for a car for my wife, and the manager Rick did an amazing job helping me pick out the perfect car based on what I told him my wife was looking for. Within a week we got all the paperwork together and I took home a new Audi Q5 and we've been incredibly happy with it since. Came back today to get one for myself as well and left with a beautiful Audi TTS Competition. Definitely recommend anyone coming in here to talk to Rick and his sales team, they will hook you up ASAP with the best match for you or your loved one.

Terrible Customer Experience. Recommend buying your Audi somewhere else. Bought a Q7 on 12/1/17 and still don't have my registration. I was harassed twice by dealership about 2 months post sale.. due to their inability to process the sale correctly. They came back 2 months post sale asking me if I still owned the Audi used for loyalty credit. Of course.. in fact, I have 3 Audi's in the family and 6 since 2004. Then they call and tell me I never paid the $1,000 deposit.. of course they had authorization two days prior to the sale and confirmed all this at the time of the sale. Sales completed, invoice completed Pinks done...Alas, they did screw up and never pulled the money, but never told me that. after being insulted and finding out that they screwed up and didn't actually pull the money I of course re- authorized them to pull the money again. Which they did in 30 seconds.. but still not registration and no follow up on that since they got their $1,000. They botched up the trade in and the finance company for the trade in pulled an additional payment from my account since Audi never processed that in time. Spend 3 hrs picking up a car that was supposed to be quick given I sent all the information in days ahead of time. The dealership can't process insurance, registration, loyalty, deposits or any basic core sales function. Finance team is incompetent and the GM and is rude and doesn't understand customer service at all. Numerous screw ups by this dealership...never once a sorry - we messed up, only accusations and putting the burden of their failed processes on the consumer. Of course the answer is... we process 100's of cars every month without issues. you just happened to have a bad experience. Oh well. Good luck to the next buyer.

Just bought my 5th Audi and couldn t be happier! Deb Lessin made the whole experience painless.. always there to answer questions, making sure we got the best deal possible and gave us great personal attention! Deb is the BEST! Audi Wynnewood service is also excellent.. they are never to busy to help with even the most simple questions/problems! If thinking about buying an Audi, Audi Wynnewood is where you want to go and Deb Lessin is who you want to deal with!

Complete liars. Performed completely faulty diagnostic tests, told me I needed a new engine! Completely false. Don t trust them. Their diagnosis was complete nonsense! Complete con.

In the recent weeks weather has not been helpful and I came to Wynnewood Audi for a wash. They know how to get your car detailed so that s always a plus and she s back to her glam shine.

Having driven a Mercedes and a Mini (BMW) for a while, last April I was looking for a change. A close friend recommended I try an Audi. So we searched around for a CPO Audi Q5 and found one at Wynnewood Audi at 323 East Lancaster Avenue, Wynnewood, PA 19096. The vehicle looked good, the sales guy was very nice and the negotiation (with the usual back & forth with a 'manager') was relatively tolerable. We arrive at a price; my trade in an E500 was assessed to my satisfaction. Paper work was done quite easily. So, all in all, a fair experience in car buying. Right after driving out of the dealership with my CPO Q5, I noticed that there was a squeak in the brakes. I called the sales guy the very next day and he said that the noise was common with Audi s and that with a CPO I did not have to worry about it. After a few weeks I called him again to say that the squeaking nose did not sound normal and he put me on to his service manager. I spoke to the service manager who said that the noise was probably due to a particle stuck in the brakes and asked me to just brake hard a couple of times and it would go away. Now having had a decent car buying experience, I recommended a friend who bought a new A4 a few months after my purchase (and of course the sales guy was very happy). I accompanied my friend to the dealership and during the visit I brought up the issue with my brakes again. This time I spoke with the service manager in person and he again reassured me that nothing was wrong. Last Saturday I took the Q5 in to the dealership for a service (that was already paid for as I had purchased Audicare). Now the service guy tells me that my rear brakes need to be replaced and that it would cost me $400. I tried to explain to him the history with the brake issue and that I d expect Audi to take care of it. But he just refused to listen and insisted that 10 months ago the brakes would have passed Audi s stringent CPO standards and that now after approx. 10,000 miles the brakes were shot. In addition they now say 3 of my tires need to be replaced. Audi CPO passed a vehicle with tires that would last you 10 months!! Audi CPO passed a vehicle with bad brakes!! Shame on you Wynnewood Audi!! Buyers beware and enter at your own risk!! Stay away from Audi, Audi CPO and Audicare. Once the sale is done there is no after sales service. The service department at Wynnewood Audi will look at every possible way to rob you. If I could have given them any lower a lower rating, I would have! And I will never buy or recommend an Audi again!!

Great experience with Mike, who sold me my 2014 A4. Just brough it in for my 15,000 mile checkup and was treated well. Would definitely recommend the dealer to a friend.

Super crowded! There is NO parking. The used car lot is not well marked and it feels like you're a second class citizen, because they shoo you over to the service center. They don't fix cars before reselling them, priced to go, only because they know you'll need a reliable Mechanic that charges an arm and leg!!

They were very supportive and helpful. I was in a jam and they helped me. I am from new York but my car got a problem and I went to help. Needless to say they got me a rental to finish my to do things and fixed my car. They are the best!

Tyrone was extremely helpful and spent the day, literally, patiently going over all of the cars I was interested in until I found the perfect one for me. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed. The entire team was a pleasure to deal with and I was very happy with the level of service my husband and I received.

I was very pleased with my interactions with Audi Wynnewood in the purchase of my new Q5. My salesman Ilya Iofik was very helpful and efficient. He was also flexible as it was snowing on the day that I picked up my car and he came into work early so I could get home before the snow got too bad.

I just bought a car and considering my need to get the best price I'm sure I drove the staff nuts. Given that, my experience with the sales staff was OK.

What the public needs to know is that the more cars sold, the more money agencies receive from the manufacturer. Don't accept their final offer.

I live close by and plan to get the car serviced there. But I'm dismayed at all of the bad reviews I'm reading! OUCH

My wife and I went car shopping a couple of weeks ago, to look for our "perfect car". We wanted lots of cargo space, stylish looks, city-like maneuverabillity, and all the bells and whistles you need (or at least, think you need)!
We went to a few showrooms and walked away feeling either too much pressure from the sales person and managers or, underwhelmed with the vehicle itself.

Needless to say, the experience with Debby at Audi Wynnewood went far beyond what we expected. She made the process so seamless, while keeping us informed about everything we needed to know. She guided us through the entire process, explaining all of out options, and "schooling" us on all the benefits and virtues owning an Audi brings.

I personally loved the way Debby lead her tutorial regarding all the features and equipment operation the day we picked up out new car.

Nowadays, it's rare to see anyone in any type of sales to be as knowledgeable and as passionate as she is. She delivers an incredible service, that did not go unnoticed or unappreciated .

Purchased my all-new 2020 Audi Q7 from here on July 10, 2020. The sales rep was very helpful. I like the vehicle but the guy was the reason why I actually purchased from this location.

From beginning to end, this dealership helped me find the car with all the options I was looking for. They were very helpful, always returned calls, and had a great professional attitude answering all my questions. When I first called this dealership, I spoke Bryanne. She went on vacation the day after I contacted them, and Anthony immediately stepped up with the same level of professionalism as Bryanne. Anthony was great on helping me trade in my previous vehicle. When I got to the dealership, Matt showed me all the car had to offer. This is the best Audi dealer in the Philly area. Best deals and best customer service. Just purchased my third Audi, a 2018 Q7, from them and I'll never go anywhere else as long as I live in this area. No other dealer even came close to the deal I got here. Do yourself a favor and check them out before you sign with another dealer in the area.

Just an update... this past week I stopped in ther showroom and decided to take home my 4th car from Audi Wynnewood. An Ara Blue Crystal Effect 2018 S3. My second S3 from these guys and as usual they hooked me up big on this one. If you're in the market for an Audi, or even if you just want to see some nice cars at very reasonable prices, you can't pass them up. You'll be sorry if you do.

After years of beating on an old Honda it was finally time to upgrade our vehicle. It was a big decision for my wife and I. We would also be changing all of the paperwork for NJ to PA so that added some extra complexity. We were very lucky to work with Parul Sharma at Audi Wynnewood. Parul is very knowledgeable and passionate about Audi vehicles but he does not make you feel rushed or pressured. He gave me a great deal on a very sleek Audi A5 sportback which I absolutely love. I recently traded in my car and purchased a CPO car through Tony Orivivo at Audi Wynnewood. As this was my first car purchase, I had a lot of questions and a specific budget I wanted to maintain. Tony was extremely helpful and never once made me feel like I was asking too many questions. They were very fair with the price of the CPO car and my trade in; they were willing to work with me (within reason) on the price to try to meet my budget. Tony and Joe (from finance) made me feel like a valued customer, as was expressed by they're willingness explain everything to me. I would definitely recommend Audi Wynnewood to a friend.

They are very good at their job. Only downside is they don t have the car wash in house. But they give a coupon for a car wash which is closeby.
