Just purchased a 2015 A6 at Audi Wynnewood. The entire sales experience was the best in my 40+ years of car shopping/buying. The pressure was low, and so were the prices. I left with a new car, well informed of all the whistles and bells, and most importantly happy with my entire tran$action process. The fact that the A6 is a great car was an added bonus. Thanks!

I purchased the car in June we are now in August. I have not gotten my tags which have expired over a week ago. I've called for 2 months straight and finally spoke with someone on Friday who advised me GA dmv was closed, paper work was backed up, my LIC was rejected ALL LIES!!! Ga DMV never closed and never rejected anything! I want to purchase the car from Audi financial they are now telling me the payoff is way different than the amount I was given. I've called Jason and left numerous messages, no call back! They told me my sales guy left a note on the paper work he has been trying to reach me for weeks, LIES!!! Audi financial is now telling me if i do not make a payment in a week it will be reflected as a late payment. WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever experienced, and this is NOT my 1st time purchasing a car. Everyone is using COVID-19 as an excuse to do their job and instead of communicating with the customer, you make up lies as if some people do not have common sense.

My experience was great yesterday. My service consultant Jason Mitchell was top notch. He had a valet come into Center City to get my car, and then dropped if off later in the afternoon when the work was done. It was painless.

Don't waste your time going to Audi Wynnewood. Avoid this place at all costs, rude and unprofessional staff. I wish I read reviews before I bothered going here. I've never had such a terrible experience at an Audi Dealership in my life and that says a lot. I've owned 10+ Audi's over the years. After having numerous conversations with the sales department about the state of the car and that I was intending to come down and buy it and that it should be ready. I showed up and the S4 was in terrible shape, it wasn't clean inside or out, there were service lights on, rims were curbed and god only knows what else. When the staff got called out on it they all faded into into the corners. Again don't waste your time.

Best dealership on the Main Line!

We refer a lot of friends to Audi Wynewood because they are the nicest people and always take care of us way above and beyond what we've experienced at any other dealership. We consider them family.

After many, many, many cars and many different brands including BMW, Infinity and Acura, I can honestly say that AUDI Wynnewood is the BEST dealership I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are kind, courteous, very fair and give great customer service. Every time I walk in many of them know me by name and ask about me and my family. My salesman Mike Walsh, the sales manager Susanna Sarkahian, Ted Sotirakis, and Lisa Kourbeh in Finance are the best people you'd ever want to meet. I consider them my family at this point, after buying 6 cars from them. The service department is also top notch. I highly recommend AUDI Wynnewood. I love AUDI's but it's THIS dealership that keeps me coming back each time.

This place cares only about themselves from the GM to the service people. I took my car in there and they allowed it to be stolen right off the lot. My keys were left right on the desk, the alarm system was not working, and they watched on camera on Monday how the thief broke two windows walked right in picked up my keys and drove away! I never even got an apology. Then the loaner car they gave me broke down on Christmas weekend. I pushed it about 300 yards to get it off the highway so I wouldn't leave their car in harms way. It was over a month when I finally called to return the car and finally met the GM, what a loser!!! The culture of this place blows!!! I would highly recommend the one in Devon, they are awesome!!! If I could give a negative score to this place I certainly would!!!!

Did not overly contact at me, but at the same time always let me know that he was there if I needed anything. Very courteous at the dealership - really made you feel like he valued your business.

I bought (leased really) my first new car from Audi Wynnewood. The process was much smoother than I had expected, and I'd recommend the dealership to anyone in the market. My contact, Debby, was engaged, knowledgeable, and personable. Plus I was able to do much of the upfront work with her electronically, which I found preferable.

It's always a pleasure coming into Audi of Wynnewood. I've had my previous Audi serviced here and recently picked up a 2019 S5 Sportback here. I was graciously assisted by Xiao who helped me through the entire process. As most people know, it can be dreadful going through the car-buying process. He made the whole process seamless and quick. Even after taking the vehicle home, Xiao has been extremely responsive if I have any questions/concerns. Everyone here is willing to help and I feel welcomed every time I come by even if it's just looking around. Special thanks to Keith and Cali who always say hello and are helpful - and Jason, the finance manager.

Service department is horrible!!!!! Came in on my 2017 Q7 for the first service, and asked to make sure my tires are rotated. When picked up the service advisor told me again when asked that everything was done and tires were rotated. When I got home i noticed grease finger prints on my hood, so I decided to open the hood and look under. To my disappointment, I found oil spills and stains on my engine cover and the left side of the engine block. The tires were never rotated and tire pressure was never corrected. When I contacted the service adviser, he gave me a lot of excuses, and even told me that the tires did not need to be rotated, even though in my manual and everywhere online it says "rotate every 5k miles". Also they never checked for safety recall that was suppose to be done on my 3rd row seats. Would not recommend this service department to anyone, this is not PetBoys or JiffyLube, one should not encounter sloppy techs and lying service advisors at an AUDI SERVICE CENTER!!!!

Just brought my 2014 A4 in for my it's first service and to upgrade the airbag control module. Everything was done with minimal pain on my end. The guys at the service desk even noticed that my PA inspection was due in a month and were able to take care of that for me. I didn't have time to wait for the work to be done so they arranged for a rental car to get me back to the office. Only complaint was that I had to go through Enterprise rather than have an Audi loaner, which added a little bit of time and paperwork, but all in all a great experience.

The service tech who answers the phone gave us a quote for our trade in- when we went to confirm the quote with a sales rep.. the sales rep told us they don t buy used cars..

Same service rep gave us an update on our car.. when it was the wrong car.

They have no idea what they are doing here. Avoid.

The worst dealership I ve ever been to. Avoid them at all cost. You can have an appointment schedule at 9am but still be put last if you aren t willing to sit there for hours as they don t see you as a priority unless you re willing to spend your whole day waiting. I pick up my car for inspection and they have paperwork for a totally different person in front of them and tell me my total is $500. After I look at the paperwork see it has a totally different name and is not my paperwork. Got my car back from inspection after they replaced a tire only to wake up the next morning and have another flat tire. Incompetent people put the defective tire back on my car. I will drive an hour away before I take my car there or recommend them to anyone. The Worst!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worst car buying experience I have had so far. I was told by Randi Rapkin (salesperson) that the car would be delivered in three days only to find out that they didn't ship it out for another seven days. The car was delivered with zero paper work and the wrong owners manual. Lastly, Audi Wynnwood never sent a bill of sale so that the car could be properly registered.

I have left several messages for "Chris in finance," the manager, and have received no return phone call. The car was bought 11/15, today is 12/28 and have received nothing from the dealer.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! If you do, chances are good that you will still be dealing with them a month later.

This was my second visit to this service departmen...

This was my second visit to this service department as we recently move to the area, the first was as excellent as this one. All the service advisors were courteous and Genuinely nice if you know what I mean.
My vehicle had a intermittent problem which was difficult to diagnose but Jeremy the Service Advisor made sure we were able to replicate the problem, he even had the service tech joining us to test drive. As soon as the problem was identified, their knowledge kicked in and it was just smooth sailing from start to end, a brand new loaner car was issued while repairs were done. I picked up my car and now it's a pleasure to drive again, my main reason to drive an Audi.

Thank you again Jeremy and everyone at Wynnewood Service !

Bought my 2008 Acura RDX Tech Pkg from here in January 2017. Aubrey was really nice and helpful. But they would not budge on the price so we were pretty frustrated.
Almost 4 years later and my car is so reliable and awesome.

Was in for my 15K service and had a pleasant experience. I choose to wait for my service which was complete in the frame of time that was stated to me. While the waiting area is tight, I found the chairs to be comfortable and the internet fast enough to stream a movie while waiting. Everyone at the dealership worked hard to make my wait pleasurable. Things should only get better when the new building is done in a few months.

Mark and Howard from Audi of Wynnewood made purchasing our car a hassle-free experience and I would highly recommend them to other buyers.

My initial contact with the dealership was through their website where I found a nice used 2012 Q5. I sent a message requesting the "lowest" price they will accept for the car and I would make my decision based on that. I quickly received a response from Howard with their offer and I set an appointment up to come view the vehicle.

When I arrived, I was greeted by Mark who handled the sale. He was very polite and engaged with us without using "high pressure" tactics to push a sale. He went over the vehicle with my wife and did the best he could to answer our questions. By this time, it was already 8:15 PM which is well past their 8 PM closing and yet they did not rush me or tell me to come back. At the same time, another couple came to talk to sales and this is after closing and they still helped them out. I told them I appreciated this and felt they truly did put the customer first. Howard evaluated my car for the trade and we arrived at a number that I think was fair for the both of us and we agreed on the purchase price and trade. We scheduled to pick up the car the following day and left for the evening.

During our drive over to the "The Warehouse", my car threw a CEL and it couldn't have happened at a worst time. I drove into AutoZone to have the code scanned and it was a relatively cheap fix if you know what you're doing. I arrived at The Warehouse and told Mark and Howard what happened and that I did not want them to see the CEL after I've left them with the car. He appreciated my honesty and did not try to beat me up to lower the price of my trade. This right here solidified my confidence with these two and how they conduct business. Howard is very knowledgeable about cars and is a very straight shooter. If you're looking for "no BS" people to work with, these guys are it.

My advice for folks looking to buy from The Warehouse - Don't come in with a chip on your shoulder. Treat others how you would like to be treated; these are not the car salesmen of yesteryear and online competition drives them to fight for your business. Do your research on prices/packages and have a number in your head when you email them. Try to hash it all out before you come in so neither of you waste your time. Everyone likes a good deal and no one wants to pay the "listed price" but be reasonable in your expectations.

I can say that I look forward to purchasing from them again and will be a returning customer.

I was referred to Mike Walsh at Audi Wynnewood by a friend. From the time I walked into the dealership, it was clear I'd was going to experience a different kind of car buying experience. Everyone, including Mike and the finance manager, Rob Hannigan, was exceedingly helpful. I was attracted to another Q5 at another dealership but in the end decided that the TDI version was not really what I needed. Nonetheless, Mike had assured me that if the TDI was ultimately what I wanted, he would bend over backwards to get it for me. There was really no hype or pressure, just a genuine concern that I get the best deal and the best service. As a business owner, I know the value of good service and also the fairness and necessity of making a profit. A good deal is where everyone gets something because that way, good deals are repeated with confidence and trust. Mike & his team have earned my confidence and trust. I highly recommend them.

Helping me over a couple obstacles and a few hours later I was the owner of it and extremely happy!

Matt Angelucci was the salesperson from whom I purchased my Audi last year. I never look forward to dealing with new car salespeople, but doing business with Matt was an exception. Matt was knowledgeable, professional, forthcoming and genuinely wanted to make the care purchase a good experience. He worked to understand my needs, negotiated on the pricing and went above and beyond the call of duty to provide service and follow up after the purchase of the car. As well as patiently answer many questions. Matt is truly exceptional!

As happens my original sales person left... Deb Lessin kept calling and I finally went in (my lease was almost up)... I love this woman!! I got a great deal, she calls just to see if I need anything - if I'm still pleased with the car, called on the one year anniversary. How funny is that!! I was in for service Deb wasn't there but Suzannah happened to walk into the service area, remembered my name and greeted me like an old friend.

I've recommended the dealership to a number of friends. When you have a great experience you want everyone you know to be as happy...

Initially I wasn't as happy with my service experience, but it seems they've got those issues resolved. Really you want a great buying experience, great service visit Audi Wynnewood, make sure you ask for Deb!! : )

Update: recently leased a 2019 S5. Tatianna helped me find the perfect car for me, all the specs as I wanted them. Jason made the financing process quick and easy.

------We had a wonderful experience leasing our 2017 A4. Pablo, our Brand Specialist, helped us find exactly the right car. Rob, the Finance Manager, helped us find the perfect financing arrangement. The new building is beautiful, and well-appointed.

Jeremy in service is fantastic! He went above and beyond to explain work done as well as spent time discussing various options for the vehicle down the road. Jason is also an outstanding service advisor that I had the opportunity to work with when I had a blowout after hitting a pothole. He expedited the replacement tire and ensured a very quick turnaround. Both Jeremy and Jason are excellent service advisors.

Unless you are buying a brand new Audi, do NOT was...

Unless you are buying a brand new Audi, do NOT waste your time with this dealership. I bought a 2014 used car (not an Audi) and did not feel taken care of by any of the staff. The salesman took advantage of me (probably because I am a young woman), hid reasons for certain fees I was being charged, and even overcharged me for my registration and plate by hundreds of dollars. They did send me a check for a very small refund, but there's no way it was accurate. I am absolutely positive that I was owed around $200 because they promised me a 5 year tag and when I finally received it, it was only for 2 years. On top of all that, when my temp tag expired, they claimed that UPS lost my plate during shipping, and it took an extra 3 MONTHS to get my permanent tag. Whenever I called to discuss the situation, they did not seem to care and I was never a priority. They kept telling me every time that my registration would be there within a day or two, and that went on for those 3 months! So they constantly lied to me over and over again to probably cover their ass. That is your job! How do you not know what you're doing??? I have worked several customer service jobs and have always gone above and beyond for my customers. This dealership is full of money-hungry employees who will not put in any extra effort for you if they don't have to. Maybe if you were there to drop $50k on a brand new Audi, they would treat you like royalty, but even then I highly doubt it. Best of luck if you choose to shop here. Good riddance to having to deal with them ever again!

My buying experience at Audi Wynnewood was exceptional, after the suggestion of two friends who purchased there with Mike I made my way to trade in my car and purchase a new A4.

It's important to point out that Mike had already done his homework before me even arriving with cars with the equipment I was looking for readily available making the selection process painless.

The entire transaction took 3 hours from start to finish with one of their associates even dropping me at an eatery while the car was prepped. From sales, financing to service it's been a great experience all the way around.

I live in New Jersey and the other guys didn't come close with price and personalized service.

Im writing this review after reading a recent review and was troubled by the content. I consider the review to be a generic bashing of a dealership that routinely earns the highest ratings. I ve purchased six cars from Audi wynnewood and referred others, who have purchased at least another 10 cars. I currently drive an A6 and Q5. In the 10 years that I ve been a customer, I have never been disappointed with the treatment by their sales or service teams.

Debby Lessin is my sales person and is unlike any other sales professional you will encounter - she delivers as promised, exceeds your expectations in doing so and makes the whole process fun. Yes, it s fun buying a car from Audi Wynnewood. Suzannah Sarkahian, the manager, is a rock star. She has made things happen for me many times where there seemed no answer. Both have offered use of their personal cars when loaners are not available. Javier, the service manager at Wynnewood is attentive and emphatic.

I challenge anyone to find this service elsewhere. [ note: The previous reviewer mentioned Audi Devon. There is no comparison. I ve leased an car from Audi Devon as well and will never go back. Then experience felt like the old way you purchased a car. Left waiting, guarded, non transparent negotiation and most troubling was little attempt at genuine customer engagement.]

The best way to summarize the customer experience one receives from the Audi Wynnewood team is this - it feels like a family and you are a welcomed guest.

When a dealership welcomes you from the minute you walk in their doors, treats you with respect and is considerate of your time, works with you to secure the car you want and in a transparent manner, delivers your car where you prefer (dealership, home, workplace...), promptly resolves any issues that arise, and gives you their own cars - I say you found a dealer that values relationships.

Six cars, same experience, same feeling driving off the lot and five return purchases. In fact I am looking forward to the next car!

I am extremely happy and impressed by Audi Wynnewood. I called for an inspection and was immediately offered a loaner car. The loaner was new and clean and an Audi! Jeremy was professional, made sure I knew all the issues, called me twice to confirm the amount and when the car was ready for pick up. The car was ready as promised. I couldn't be happier with the experience.

Called Audi Wynnewood for lease number on A6. Received a quote from Mathew Kwatyra. I gave him my counter offer. The representative did not even have the courtesy to return my call/message. This is my second bad experience with this dealership.

Just received owner response.
I looked at many negative reviews.Owner response is always the one that put everything thing on the person who is writing the review.

I wish I read the reviews on this dealership before going...I had the same issue a few others did...I called a dealership and was told 115$ at the most for an oil change this dealership wanted to charge over 215$...when I said the other dealership charges 115$ they said its a different Audi family...I also had my car fail inspection because of the wrong size tires!!! now I had many cars with after market tires on every car and never failed inspection...in fact the audi dealer I went to 4 years straight passed the car every year I got it inspected...not this one!! Then they said I needed front brakes which I got done 16,000 miles prior...I also expected them to clean the inside of the car and wash it which they did not...this dealership is definitely the worse Audi Dealership and will NEVER go back...

Took all the time needed to make sure the entire Audi buying experience was a great one. Just waiting for my complimentary Tim's sunglasses to complete the deal. Will definitely buy another Audi. Audi replaced the seat on my Q5. Their flexible service allowed my car part to be freighted directly to them. Upon install my used product had an issue, Audi service called me with the problem, and solution, and I received my car back in a very fast turnaround time. Happy with their service. Thanks to the entire service team for their service and professionalism + Jeremy Solomon

Brought my car here for service, since it has been an ongoing issue to connect apple carplay to my car for around a week. Fear not, one of salesman showed a setting in my car that isn t enabled apple carplay to connect. Maybe due to the latest software update and it disabled it?

One of the cons is that they weren t able to check my initial issue. I came to the dealer due to my Menu button in the center console that control the MMI became stuck since last week. I m a very careful person with my cat and treat my car like a baby, never had an open drink in the car and never spilled anything. However, the day I m driving the car to Audi service, the button became unstuck. They were unable to do any check or diagnosis just because the button works and functions properly. I expected them to at least do a quick look and if there is anything that causes the button to stuck.

This was my first time shopping for an Audi, and I had one of the worst interactions ever with a dealer here.

This is not a review about the dealership as a whole, but the overall encounter I had with the brand specialist, Deborah Lessin, ruined my entire experience there. She began to talk about my character after a deal did not follow through on her end. After I ended the text conversation with her, she proceeded to call my direct cell phone line to go on again about how I should not be doing business the way I am and that I should hold more integrity as a learning lesson moving forward. The text messages prior to the phone conversation were unpleasant, so I apologized and wanted to end it there, but she decided to call me.

If you are a business salesman/woman, your conversations are about business unless you are attempting to be kind or respectful to the buyer. The conversation should never be directed at someone, especially if you do not know that individual personally beyond your brief encounter with them on a sale.

I really hope whoever is reading this that you do not have the same nasty encounter I did at this dealership. I would avoid her if you can.

Again, I m not talking about the dealership as a whole. Just my encounter with an individual there that has made it unpleasant.

Where do I begin! Audi Wynnewood is a great place to do business especially if you're in the market for an Audi. On more than one occasion the sales manager was kind enough to loan me her personal car as the service department was out of loaner vehicles and my car needed to worked on. That is some service!! The people are kind and friendly and they really know their cars! They make you feel like family!!

To start off I am not someone who publicly complains about products or services. However, my experience at Audi Wynnewood was so terrible that I need to make potential customers who are shopping for a used car aware of the gross misrepresentation of their products. I found a used 2008 Audi A6 with low miles at their dealership listed on eBay. I dealt with the used car salesperson Christopher A. (last name omitted purposely) We negociated a price, and had many conversations via email about the vehicle, and the condition of the car. I asked if there were any mechanical or body damages I should be made aware of because I was traveling 250 miles to purchase the car and I wanted to have any pictures of damages so I was no surprised. With check in hand, I drive 250 miles to Wynnewood Audi to purchase the vehicle and was promised by Christopher A. that the vehicle would be clean, full of fuel, and ready to go when I got there because I planned on finalizing the deal and driving back home the same night. When I got to the dealership Friday afternoon at 4:45PM, Chrisopher A. lead me through the parking lot to see the car. From 25 feet away I could tell that the vehicles body condition was very rough. There was fender damages, the paint looked like a 4 year old washed the vehicle with a Brillo pad, and one rim had a ton of gouges. NONE of the pictures posted or emailed to me showed any of these damages, nor was I made aware of the condition prior to coming down. Christopher A. proceeded to pop the trunk so I can start to inspect the interior vehicle condition. Their was a few handfuls of what appeared to be grass or hay in the trunk- was never vacuumed or cleaned. I jump into the front seat of the car only to find that the inside of the car was just as bad. There was nasty coffee stains and loose change in the car, big scratch on the middle of the dash board, and a goofy grocery list from the previous owner in the cup holder. You would expect that if Christopher A. knew I was coming from 4 hours away to purchase a vehicle he would do the following things. A) Clearly define and explain/ provide all damages that are present to the vehicle. B) Have the vehicle washed, interior detailed, and vehicle fueled Since none of these small requests were not granted, I came up with the following excuses. A) Knowing they did not accurately describe the vehicle, they were hoping I was going to be excited to purchase the vehicle and they hoped I would take the car AS-IS. B) They are just completely incompetent and this is the way they choose to practice business. After spending 5 minutes at the dealership, I told Christopher A. that I would be spending the night and we had some serious issues to address in the morning. He replied with "we can wrap up the deal right now." I declined. The following morning I offered them 1,200 less than we originally negotiated for the unforeseen body conditions. They declined my offer and I went on my merry way back home with no vehicle. Sorry for making this long and drawn out- should any of you wish to see the transcripts between Christopher A. and I, I would be more than happy to expose the malpractice. Have a nice day.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Audi Wynnewood. MIKE Lacovara is the BEST and went above and beyond in finding us the perfect grey Audi A6 preowned vehicle at a great price. When there was an issue with one of our keys, Mike and his team took care of it right away! Always great communication. The service department was informative and polite.
We HIGHLY recommend Mike, Todd and the dealership for making the process smooth and easy for us!

I have been coming here for at least 6 years and am very saddened that I have to move out of state and will miss the service provided. Won't be coming back here EVER! Performed a false diagnostic test because my vehicle is still acting the same from when i left it at wynnewood. I literally paid for nothing cause my car problem isn't fixed. Now i have to go to another dealership for a second opinion. Gave you a one star because its my only option. Audi owners enter wynnewood at your own risk.

I've now purchased two cars from this dealer - both times, the process was quick and painless. I live about 40 miles from this dealer and the cost savings on the cars have made it worth the drive both times. I took the time to extensively research the Audi Q5 online, including used/CPO pricing and found that Wynnewood had by far the best price anywhere on the vehicle with the options I wanted. I looked at a nearly identical vehicle at another Audi dealer, except their 'best price' during negotiations was $4k more than Wynnewood.
Todd was easy to work with, answered all of my questions, and was flexible in working around my schedule. They offered a fair value for my trade and easy financing process. We worked with Chris in the finance office both times and he took the time to explain everything, made sure we were comfortable, and got the paperwork completed quickly.
Everyone at this dealer was very professional, communication was excellent and the overall process was very efficient. I'd recommend them to anyone looking at a new or used Audi.
I'll be returning to this dealer for any future Audi needs !

I have always loved going to Audi Wynnewood! They truly are the best and are not your typical "stealership" as many dealers are referred to nowadays. Truth is you can get ripped off by anyone anywhere but it won't be at Audi Wynnewood! Bruce in the service department has been PHENOMENAL and was able to get me a loaner car that I am allowed to take to Pittsburgh where I go to school while the car is repaired in Wynnewood for a broken axle. Not only did they go above and beyond in my opinion with the loaner car considering how many miles I would be accumulating (close to 1000 after all is said and done likely) but they made sure that I was able to get back to class on time and made that just as much a priority as fixing my vehicle. Regarding the repairs, my car is still under warranty by about 45 days. Bruce without hesitation informed us that we would not have to pay a dime and that the warranty would cover the broken axle. As a law student, this was a HUGE help and weight off of my shoulders. I could not be more pleased with my experience for the past 10 years now but Bruce really did a terrific job and simply went above and beyond. I cannot wait to get the car back and absolutely trust that they will do a phenomenal job making the car drive like new again!

On September 23rd I dropped off my Q5 for my inspection and emissions, as well as to get a quote on the piece hanging from my car. When the dealership called me to give me a quote they said it would be around $400 to replace the entire piece because they could not do a temporary fix and that I would need a tire rotation/balance plus alignment. When I go to pick up my car they said they did not do anything with my tires because they looked at my records and I didn't need anything done. Fast forward one month and I take it to another dealership and they said that my car was fine and didn't recommend anything at this time. PLUS they were able to secure the belly pan.. all for FREE! I am so thankful to have found another dealership because this wasn't my only terrible experience with Wynnewood and Conshohocken.. this was just the straw that broke the camel's back.
