Called them asking about a used vw wagon and said ...

Called them asking about a used vw wagon and said that I would be trading in a Honda - The salesman told me that he would call back with a rough estimate on the value of the Honda, as I live 2 hrs. away. Did not hear back from the salesman,, and I called them a second time the next day, leaving a message on his machine, asking for a return call. No response at all. Do not believe the publicity narrative about how they run a unique dealership...... In my humble opinion,of course....R. Walsh
