One of the worst car buying experiences ever. I was purchasing a Audi Q5 for my mother and I sent over the exact sticker of the vehicle I wanted and the terms of the lease. The Sales associate Parul agreed to the deal. I was asked to come in and pick the car up at 7pm. When my mother and I arrived at the dealership, the car that they had for us was not the car we agreed to purchase. After we explained to Parul that this was the wrong car he explained it to the Sales Manager Suzanneh. She came over to the table and basically told us that this was the car we they had for us and we could take it or leave. I ve worked in the car industry for many years and I have never been treated with such disrespect and dishonesty. I implore those who are reading this review do not waste your time going to this dealership. The sales staff are dishonest and the sales manager Suzannah is very disrespectful.
