I felt that that the service representative I worked with this week was beyond great. He not only provided me with a new registration card which allowed my A4 to be fully serviced, he made sure that all work on my car was completed in a very timely manner. He seemed pleased to help in any way possible, and made my interactions with the Audi agency extremely pleasurable. I would recommend this service department without hesitation.
