I had an awesome experience with the Porsche Service Department. Javier Gonzalez and his team took great care of my 718 Cayman. I don't live anywhere near the dealership but returned here because of Porsche Conshohocken's great reputation. I had to leave my car for an extended stay and Javier and Josh provided exceptional personal service to pick up and drop off my car! My car was serviced to the highest standard and this dealership is the only place I will get the car serviced on the future.

I was driving my 2008 Porsche Boxster when I hit a hug pothole and immediately had a flat tire. Rob's towing came and hooked up my car using the toe ring to avoid extra stress on my frame. I was extremely please with the professionalism and expertise of the driver, D. Thomas. I hope I don't need their services again but, wouldn't hesitate to call them. I highly recommend them!

On 11/6/15, I visited Porsche of Conshohocken for rear tire replacement and alignment on my 911 C4S. I am very pleased with the service I received from Josh Phillips-Shaw, Service Manager, Mike Pelberg, Service Advisor, and the Service Tech (whose name I failed to ask. My apologies to this young man). The service was performed while I waited, was quick and effective. Kudos to Josh, Mike, and my Tech friend for their expertise and professionalism!

We just bought a beautiful carmine red 2018 911 Carrara from Eric Exley. It was an awesome experience working with Eric. He loves the cars and is extremely knowledgeable about them. He was very patient as we kept changing our views about what we wanted. And he worked very hard to help us find a car that worked financially. He made searching for and buying the car really fun for my son and me. Cannot recommend him highly enough. He is also really funny.

I didn't buy my 2008 Cayman here but i decided to do the service there and i was very happy with the service, the team are professional and friendly.

Warning:once you have owned Porsches it is very difficult to go back to a "regular" car.Bought my CPO Boxster S here and it is a really nice machine.The facility is top-flight and the staff in all the departments are pros.(Special mention to Mike in Service).Only reason this is not 5 star is the prices for ownership and service are a bit crazy,to be honest,but that is the brand ,not the dealership,per se.

Wow. Great job by Dana at MMCO. She was the reason I chose that dealership and made the car buying process easy . . . ending up with exactly what I wanted. The products are available everywhere, so the only differentiator is people. If I need another car/SUV I'd go back to Dana at MMCO in a heartbeat. Great experience.

I have purchased 3 new Porsches over the past 5 years at Porsche Conshohocken. A 2016 Boxster Spyder, 2018 GT3 and 2020 GT4.

I brought a 2015 Panamera GTS in Oct 2014. Ed was the first guy I met at the dealership who immediately got me into a brand new Panamera 4S for a test drive. He took his time explaining the features and went over my desired color and trims. After leaving the dealership, I received a call from Eric about a new Panamera GTS being available for a test drive. My experience with the car and both Ed and Eric was fantastic during this trip. They made a deal that I couldn't pass on and I brought the car (Black on Black with Black rims) although my initial choice was a silver.

Both Ed and Eric are excellent Sales Personnel who knows how to treat customers. I can see myself going back in a couple of years for a 911.

I have a 2002 C4S that I bought from Porsche of Conshohocken in 2009. I have taken it in for routine maintenance yearly. Two years ago I replaced a clutch and a catalytic convertor which I attribute to routine wear. The service personnel have always been friendly and very helpful. So I don't usually post too much reviews, but our experience with the overall purchase has been terrible. My wife and I drove from DC to this dealership so we can pick the exact vehicle with the features we wanted. The initial experience was good, however, after we discovered when we drove the car back there were defects with the consoles which needed replacement on a brand new car, the dealership and sales person Brandon and sales manager were pretty much non-responsive. We got the defects replaced at our local dealership and it was a breeze. We asked for a detail to be done at our local dealership given that the car was never detailed. They both agreed so I spent the money to detail the vehicle. That was back in June time frame, I have yet to receive the check and and to add insult to injury, the dealership lost our registration so we are essentially driving without registration. That was 3 months ago when we purchased the vehicle! So I guess that's my 2 cents on the quality of customer service, not sure why is it this bad.......

The sales team was fantastic. They were very attentive to my specific needs from first contact through point of sale. Both salespersons that I worked with were professional, courteous, and accommodating. They were willing to stay late, past normal hours, to finish the sale since they knew I was from out of town. I recommend this dealership.

I purchased a 2012 911 Turbo S working with the seller and Porsche Conshohocken. I worked with Robert (Bob) Palidora at Porsche. When you work to purchase any car, you want someone with integrity and knowledge to make things go smoothly. Bob's passion for Porsche's and commitment to excellence made the entire process go smoothly. I live in Texas so there were several steps required. Bob even reached out to service on a couple questions and a referred a transport company to ship the car to Texas. I e-mailed Bob and talked to him multiple times. We shared stories beyond what was required in the sale. I consider Bob a very knowledgeable contact when I go searching for my next Porsche. Initially had a slight issue with some miscommunication after buying online, however after expressing my concerns, Bruce (The GM), Rob (The used Car Manager) and Anne (Sales) worked hard to correct the problem and went above and beyond taking care of all of my concerns. Great place to buy a car. Bought my cayenne 2 years ago. They are very helpful with anything i need for it .Their service and parts prices are much better than other local porsche dealers if warranty is up. They offer brand new porsche loaners also not some other brand like others do. Staff is great and helpful and waiting area is great also. Overall great job . Ill be by soon again for a newer model .

Candi and I have been buying Porsche's from Eric Exley for over 20 years. He is very patient, a pleasure to deal with and always delivers the car we are looking for. He is always available to talk even after we have purchased a car. Not too long ago, our Cayenne key became locked in the ignition. I called Eric on a Saturday from a plant store and he talked us through the procedure to unlock the key. It was some kind of safety problem built into the car but easily fixed with his help. What more could you ask for.

The service department is terrific and very professional. Over the last 20 years I have not had any problems with my cars. I only come in for yearly checkups and setting up an appointment is a breeze. I do come in with season changes and either Eric or Michael Pelberg will adjust my tire pressures and top up the oil.

Ed Kress is a pleasure to work with. He has generously loaned out a Boxster for a weekend to help support an event I sponsor for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

From the time you walk into the dealership, everyone is friendly and wants to help you. You feel like you are part of a big family. Coffee and tasty snacks are always available. Of course, the best thing about the dealership besides their terrific staff are the incredible selections of cars they have to test drive. It makes it tough to leave without a new car.

Poor quality used cars sold here!! Bought a used BMW from their lot, the salesman expressed that it was in immaculate condition and had been gone over by their mechanics. Somehow they ended up missing roughly $3500+ in repairs. The week I got it I couldn t even drive it due to a massive coolant and oil leak which was $2200 to fix. Took it for inspection a month later and had $1500 in suspension work. I expressed the issues to the salesman when he followed up but he seemed to not care or offer any help.

I recently purchased my second car from Porsche of Conshohocken. This dealership has always been excellent, but this most recent experience was above any reproach. The experience was positive from the moment I walked into the showroom to the day I picked up my new car. From the salesperson to the person that handled all the financials and paperwork, I was treated with respect and with a genuine friendliness. The interactions were always appropriate and never overbearing. Subsequent experience with service and sales have been outstanding. In my mind this is the premier Porsche dealership in the entire Delaware Valley.

I took my Macan for the yearly maintenance and everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything they were going to do and had the car ready in the requested time. They also provided a loaner car for me with no hassle.

Bill Rawlings my sales advisor was very forthcoming and we were able to close a deal on my 2017 Cayenne with the best price by far. The whole Porsche team at Conshochocken including Randy in finance were efficient with the whole buying process and disclosed all hidden fees and charges. Although I had to drive 3 hours away to get my car I was totally satisfied with the who buying experience. 5 STARS!

I've owned a number of Porsche twin turbos and have has them serviced at Porsche of Conshohocken. I have found the service team and the technicians to excellent at what they do and fair about the estimates on the work performed. Due to having another Porsche dealer very close to my home, I tried them for service on one occasion and was completely disappointed. I got spoiled at Porsche of Conshohocken!!

My experience with Bill Rawlings, our salesman was superior in every way. He met our price and put us into a new Porsche Macan. His knowledge about his product is great and his introduction to the new auto was precise. He is always a gentleman and made everything go as smoothly as possible. He truly enhanced our experience at Porsche.

I'm a NJ resident and thanks to Conshohocken Porsche in PA, I will never buy in NJ again. This place is the way car shopping and buying should be. Guy helped us with purchasing a pre-owned Mazda3 they had listed. No hassle and no haggle because it was clearly priced to sell. It was to replace the same model/year that got totaled in an accident and this car was $100 lower than the insurance settlement EXCEPT it has upgrades - Bose system and moonroof. They offered gold and silver warranties, without pressuring to buy. This is a quality dealership I will be happy to do business with again.

My very professional, courteous brand representative (Eric Exley) showed my wife and me the car, arranged for several test drives, and offered his opinion when asked to assist me to select option. I also got a very decent discount on the purchase price of the car. Buying the car with the finance manager was PAINLESS - I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. He even offered a less costly financing package, despite the fact that the deal I got from my bank was very good. Overall, it was a great experience.

We have had a total of five spanking new 911's over the years and all from your Conshohocken dealership.( not to mention our daughter's Audi A4) My husband and I both drive 911's, mine the 911S Coupe (2009)and he, the 911Turbo S Coupe (2014). If we didn't think that we got great service, we would have shopped in the dealership 5 miles away. Our most recent rep is Eric Exley who is very professional. Mick Pelberg in Service is someone we have known since our original Porsche purchase. He KNOWS us and knows about our kids..there is a "family" atmosphere in the dealership which is priceless!

I have been overcharged on the mileage on my lease. The speedometer is incorrect and recording to many miles. Has anyone else experienced this?

Terrible people to do business with. Your typical lying thieving car salesman. Salesman Guy along with management will lie to you while having you drive to there dealership 2 hours away only to go back on there word. Not a trust worthily dealership. They think because they sell Porsche s it entitles them to be snotty stuck up people that won t look your direction if you don t look like money.

I just bought my 3rd Porsche from Conshohocken Porsche. Obviously, I have been very pleased with my experience. My salesman, Roger Marty, was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and was willing to go to any length to make my experience as pleasurable as in the past.

Purchased a CaymanS for my birthday. Our sales rep, Bill Rawlings, was pleasant and easy to work with - no pressure.

The best ambassadors of the brand in every way. Eric is the undisputed best representation and advocate of the brand. Bob handled the financing and additional coverages in an honest and efficient manner. To illustrate my point, I moved 3000 miles away from the dealership, but made the easy choice to continue my relationship for my fifth and sixth porsche with my latest acquisition, and would not have it any other way...forever. I am adding to this post 6/2020 as #7 is due to the PEC in LA this week. All handled by Eric, Bob and the team. I can happily say that nothing has changed. THEY ARE THE BEST!

We purchased a 2012 Cab a few years back..... We walked into the dealership looking to kill a little time while waiting for a dinner reservation down the street. My wife fell in love with a speed yellow 991S sitting in the showroom.

After a brief conversation with the sales team we were on our way, and after a few days we were back to pick it up. The process was smooth and painless and they took an hour or so going over all the functions on the car before we left.

Our Cayenne is a truly amazing vehicle. Exceptionally smooth, quiet beyond reason and super comfortable. The MPG is unbelievable, 38 on the open road and 30-32 back and forth to our farm. The heated seats are really appreciated, but I wish I had ordered the towing accessories. We don't tow as a regular practice, but on occasion, it would be really great to have the option available. We use our Chev. Truck, when the Cayenne would be completely adequate. I would recommend that anyone considering the Cayenne to get the Tow option. Our Son who lives in Germany has a European model of the Cayenne and strongly urged us to get one here in the USA. Most likely, so that when he comes over for a visit, he can continue the exceptional Cayenne experience....THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE...HK

My experience was very good - Mike Pelberg is an excellent service department representative. My only complaint was that I requested the light in my rear trunk to be replaced / fixed and it is still not functioning.

Overall though the service was done quickly and accurately. I also appreciate having a loaner car to get back and forth to work during the servicing.

I was looking for a decent car for my Son on his graduation and admission to the Medical college, I had been looking around in the neighboring dealers, but not many had the capacity to talk to you professionally and wisely, which this dealer did have (Leo Nicastro ). So I drove up here with confidence, and worked out a deal with them at a price which I was looking for and a car that I needed. The process went through very pleasant and smooth. In response to the response below - we had an appointment at 2 and drove out at 4:35., to be clear. Went in to look at a vehicle but it was not what my wife and I wanted. Guy our salesman suggested another vehicle that had just come in on trade. Car had not been detailed yet and was a heavy smokers car. We test drove the car and were assured they could remove the smell if we were interested in the vehicle. Ended up working out a deal but needed to come back the next day after the car had been cleaned and for us to bring in our trade. Went to pick up the car the next day and they were very busy. Took almost 3 hours to get the paperwork done in between Guy helping other customers and waiting for the finance guy to give us the "warranty spiel" . He was not the very friendly especially after declining the $4800 warranty he was pitching. Finally done with the paper work and getting the car ready. My wife had a mother daughter event we were now late for so we get in the car which has a heavy cleaner smell. We expected that. Immediately noticed the headliner was not shampooed as promised but I figure they took care of the smell and we were in a hurry at that point. Guy hurried off to go back to his customer with a promise to follow up on Monday with a call. He never called or followed up. Upon closer inspection there was still cigarette ash under the seats, behind the head rests, around the vents, under and behind the rear seats and lots of areas where there was no cleaning at all. Really disappointed in the way the car was delivered, I would have never let that car go out to a customer in that condition. Battery was dead as well so I spent my Sunday replacing the battery and detailing the car. Still has a heavy smoke smell so I will need to take it and have it bombed to remove the smell. Overall we trusted Guy to deliver on his word and that did not happen. Hopefully the vehicle ends up being better then experience of buying it.

Just purchased a 2018 Panamera Turbo SE-Hybrid and all I can say is "Wow". Of course the car is unbelievable, but the whole purchase experience from start to finish was first class. I found Brandon Rogers to be incredibly knowledgable about all things Porsche....he is the consummate professional, even checking in a couple of times since I bought the car to see how I was doing and to answer any questions. The sales manager Sean Johnson was likewise very helpful and again, highly professional. Looking forward to having both my Panameras serviced there.

Even I didn t buy my Porsche at POC but the after-sales service here deserves a five star. I went there because a sign of engine control fail showed up on screen. It only took an afternoon to get my car repaired. They are all very patient with listening my questions and are very likely to help solving problems. I m glad we have these people in Porsche family. This is definitely the home for all Porsche owners in Philadelphia.

Recently had the best experience with Ed at Porsche Conshohocken. I was in the area only for the day and had been in the market for a Cayenne. I saw online Porsche Conshohocken had the one I wanted. I called at 8:45 a.m. and Ed had me in my new car less than four hours later. My trade-in value was fair as was the final price, and Ed was fabulous to work with all the way around. Would absolutely make the trip from New England to work with Ed again!

Did anyone ever even look or did you just guess? actually no, i liked your overly aggressive service person the best. they followed up 3 times by phone and email and wouldn't listen to my issues. then i filled out the survey and they said they resolved my issues. I'm good but thanks won't ever be returning here. would advise people to take their business elsewhere.

Chis Bell is my Porsche ambassador and he does a great job keeping me in the fold. My purchasing experience was excellent and the service department does a great job as well. Looking forward to my next purchase.! It will likely be a turbo non turbo.

I have been using this dealership for the last 10 years and have been incredibly pleased with all aspects of their operation. The sales aspect has always been straight forward and smooth (I have purchased 4 over the years) and the service just can't be beat. We bought our first Porsche (a Boxster S) 11 years ago with Bill Rawlings at Porsche of Conshohocken PA and over the many years he has given us the same measure of service that you would expect the day BEFORE the actual sale...so when we were looking for a small SUV / crossover we went right to Bill to buy the new Porsche Macan. Just picked up my 2017 Porsche 911 Turbo last night! It was a painful 3 month wait while it was being built, but well worth it. This is my 5th Porsche from Porsche Conshohocken. It's says a lot about the dealership when you're able to work with the same people over the past 10 years. I've worked with Eric Exley as my salesperson for many years. He's an excellent low key salesperson. He is wonderful to work with and he's always looking out for your interest.
