I was referred to Mike Walsh at Audi Wynnewood by a friend. From the time I walked into the dealership, it was clear I'd was going to experience a different kind of car buying experience. Everyone, including Mike and the finance manager, Rob Hannigan, was exceedingly helpful. I was attracted to another Q5 at another dealership but in the end decided that the TDI version was not really what I needed. Nonetheless, Mike had assured me that if the TDI was ultimately what I wanted, he would bend over backwards to get it for me. There was really no hype or pressure, just a genuine concern that I get the best deal and the best service. As a business owner, I know the value of good service and also the fairness and necessity of making a profit.
