This was my first time shopping for an Audi, and I had one of the worst interactions ever with a dealer here.

This is not a review about the dealership as a whole, but the overall encounter I had with the brand specialist, Deborah Lessin, ruined my entire experience there. She began to talk about my character after a deal did not follow through on her end. After I ended the text conversation with her, she proceeded to call my direct cell phone line to go on again about how I should not be doing business the way I am and that I should hold more integrity as a learning lesson moving forward. The text messages prior to the phone conversation were unpleasant, so I apologized and wanted to end it there, but she decided to call me.

If you are a business salesman/woman, your conversations are about business unless you are attempting to be kind or respectful to the buyer. The conversation should never be directed at someone, especially if you do not know that individual personally beyond your brief encounter with them on a sale.

I really hope whoever is reading this that you do not have the same nasty encounter I did at this dealership. I would avoid her if you can.

Again, I m not talking about the dealership as a whole. Just my encounter with an individual there that has made it unpleasant.
