I'd like to personally thank James Merriman. He's been more than helpful during the period my vehicle was at Audi Plano. He kept me informed and that was very important as my vehicle was there much longer than originally planned. He also helped in prioritizing the work on my vehicle in order that the work could be done over the next few months.
