I felt welcomed from the moment I came in. There was a bit of a wait on my first visit (Saturday) but the receptionist puts you on a list and calls you when ready so you can wander around the showroom and browse. I have to say my husband and I don't exactly look like we could afford an Audi. We're covered in tattoos and we look like we're around 22 years old. With that being said I have been to places that made me feel unwelcome (ahem Land Rover of Frisco). But the sales people at Audi didn't judge me or appear to question my ability to buy a car. I feel as though I was treated like anyone else walking in. They worked hard to make me happy with my deal and were excited to earn my business. I had a great experience from the car buying point of view. I have yet to service my vehicle but when I do I plan to review that aspect as well. I bought a great service plan and I'm excited to drive my new Q3. Note: cars I was seriously considering were the BMW X1, Range Rover Evoque, Hyundai Santa Fe, and Honda Pilot. The Audi Q3 by far had the best price, luxury options, maintenance plan, and service without a doubt.
