We purchased an Audi A4 from this dealer. In the first winter the brakes started squeaking loudly and consistently when the temperature dropped. The cooler the weather became, the more the brakes squeaked. The dealership stated the "brakes are not warranted against squeaking". They offered to do a brake job for $1000 which would also not be warranted against squeaking. No thanks. Have had the brakes replaced by an independent garage and they now operate quietly regardless of weather conditions. Audi Plano could have solved this easily but chose not to.
