This was my first Audi buying experience and I was replacing a very old GMC Envoy - so a large upgrade. I inquired on line initially and received prompt response from Don Evans. We made an appointment and he was great - no pressure. Told him I was still "shopping" and considering other vehicles and he didn't press to close immediately. The car sold itself and fit our family needs. Don, Neil and Pitor (finance) were great guys and made me the process easy. Had to follow up with after market install and also activating the car tech and received great attention. I'd recommend Audi Plano.
