Very friendly when car gets checked-in, and shuttle service is nice as well. However, checked in my S7 for a software update of 1 hour, around 12:00pm. 5 hours later I ask for an update and am being told it's going to take over night. I would not have minded too much if I got this update before I had to ask, and if I wasn't told with a "that's quite normal, kid, live with it" tone. Not going there anymore.
