If I could give them zero stars, I would. Incredibly dishonest dealership! I would highly recommend (even though it's a further drive), Audi FTW. Audi Plano told me they could meet payment terms I was looking for and even gave me a final (printed out) proposal and then when it came time to sign, tried to sneak in longer lease terms and a very high down payment - none of which was discussed or agreed upon in the initial proposal. I went to Audi FTW and it was an amazingly smooth and easy process - NIGHT AND DAY difference.

I would NOT recommend this dealership!

Had the most pleasant vehicle buying experience ever. Found the truck I had been looking for,for a long time on Autotrader. Sent an inquiry to the seller Audi Plano about availability and received an immediate answer from Kelly Morck. Went for a test drIve the next day,met Kelly,who was very nice,drove the truck and SOLD! From test drive to driving it off the lot in about two hours. Awesome!
Can highly recommend Kelly and Audi Plano!

Went in for 25k servicing today and was told it would take about 2 hours and I waited like a fool. 3 hrs later the service tech comes up to me states they are running behind in car washes and stated it would be another 15-20 before the car is washed and ready so I waited. When they told me the car is ready they brought me the wrong car. When they finally brought me my car it was unwashed and not vacuumed. So basically waited additional time for nothing. I didn't have the time wait any longer and I was already frustrated so I left. I have left multiple messages for management and have yet to get a call back. Worst possible service experience I have ever had. Problem is that I have had this type of consistent service issue with this dealership. Last years service I had almost a identical experience. Likely hood if me buying any vehicle or service from here again is slim to none unless management calls me to rectify the experience.

I called in to inquire about the Audi A7 that I wanted. Mike told me that it wasn t there yet, But that he would show me other inventory that they had on the lot. Once I arrived he had 4 options pulled up for me, and we went through all of them.

Once we choose which one I liked he had it delivered for me (for a delivery fee), and also serviced me after we signed paperwork.

It s a great brand, and great dealership and everyone there was friendly.

I appreciate that even after the sale Mike answered all my questions, and even helped me get hooked up with service.

I would refer friends and family to them anytime!

Had a great experience with Audi Plano! Tyler Jones coached me through the whole process and topped it off by helping me find the right car. His knowledge and love towards AUDI-the brand is something admirable. And his manager Neil is the person made sure I got the right price. The entire facility is great and the entire staff took great care of me. I'd definitely recommend reaching out to Tyler and Neil if you're in the market for an Audi!

The worst buying experience I have every had. I was lied to several times. Price changes after the deal was made and financing in place. Was told to get the papers signed on Wednesday and we will have your car delivered before the weekend. I'm still waiting on the car to show up a week later. Very bad commutation skills on the dealerships part. Just bad bad bad.

Overall the experience was good. The dealership called us in to discuss our lease that was expiring soon,. There were some delays in getting a final sales person to speak with, we were assigned one initially and he did not get back to us for more than 45 minutes after we told him what we were interested in. We were transferred to another sales person who helped us through the process and was patient with our 2 year old daughter. We were able to settle on a lease and ultimately left that evening with a new A5 Convertible.

The finance department was a well-oiled machine and kept everything moving so there was little down time.

Unfortunately my car purchase experience was not a positive one and it is doubtful that I would use this dealership again for a car purchase. For clarity, the service department has been great just a poor buying experience. I purchased a CPO 2016 Audi S3 for my son's 16th birthday. My experience is noted below:

---- Paperwork (cash purchase) was not ready when I came in to purchase car even though I was late for my scheduled appointment. I was there over an hour and ended up having to return later in the day to finish the paperwork. There was some excuse about office personnel arriving late or something like that. The salesman did deliver the car to my house given my schedule and the paperwork problems which I appreciated although having the paperwork ready and complete would have saved me quite a bit of time/hassle.

----- car had flat tire within the first week purchase leaving a 16 year old stranded. Ended up being replaced free of charge by Audi due to a side wall bubble problem but I'm surprised a CPO car would've been sold with a faulty tire. A blow out for a 16 year old who had been driving all of one week could have been very bad. I'm very grateful this turned out fine.

-----random check came in the mail for ~$70 with no letter/detailed explanation so I assume I overpaid for something. I've left a voice mail to understand and make sure it's correct. I assume something went wrong with the paperwork and I'm due the money but I will know more when they call back.

-----paperwork provided to me in a folder when I left the dealership was an unexecuted version. I failed to look in the folder at the time. I will follow up at some point to obtain a signed version.

Hopefully customer care finds this helpful so you can remediate such items in the future. I will say this is only my second used car purchase ever. My first purchase was a CPO convertible from Lexus Plano for my daughter when she turned 16 and the process was flawless. Paperwork took 30 minutes, car had no issues, no random refunds and they came up with the idea of loaning me one of their holiday car bows to put on the car for her birthday. I would give that experience a 10 and my Audi Plano experience a 4.

Overall, my experience at Audi Plano was excellent. The service advisor communicated the status of my vehicle quickly and effectively and everything went smoothly. My only complaint would be the cost. Although I had Audi care (which is not cheap), I was quoted nearly $1500 for four new tires and an alignment. I decided to skip it for NTB or tire rack where I can get the same new tires for half of the price.

For the life of me, I cannot imagine how this place has decent reviews, because I haven't talked to a single real person who had a good experience with them, and I certainly did not. I won't go into details, but their offers were not competitive, the sales manager seemed indifferent and did not follow up on a specific quote request, and we waited way too long to drive a car after making an appointment to drive a specific model days in advance. GM emailed me asking for feedback, which I provided in great detail, and he ignored (and I waited a month before giving up and posting this, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt). Don't waste your time with this place. It is a tragedy when a company with a fantastic product has no idea how to sell it.

Great Service from Mike Aman and Evelyn in Finance!!!

Being an impulsive buyer and no plan to buy the vehicle, we went to test drive a Lexus RX350 at GMC dealership... we liked the vehicle there but simply didn't buy due to sales person demeanor.

Second stop was another Lexus RX350 at Volvo and we almost made that purchase but we wanted to look at the 3rd one which was the RX350 at Audi Plano.

It was about 7 PM, randomly I dialed Audi Plano to make ensure the vehicle was still available.

Mike Aman, answered and checked the availability and informed it was available and welcomed to come by for a test drive, though it was getting close to closing time of the dealership, we got there around 7:30 PM.

To make the long story short, from start to end the experience was fantastic.

Mike was Courteous , Humble, Knowledgeable (though it was not an Audi), he was prepared with what the vehicle options and beyond.

The moment we had a first look at the RX350 F Sport and greeting from Mike, we had already made up our mind that to make the purchase.

We decided to come back next morning at 9:00 AM with consent with Mike and buy the Vehicle.

Next morning when we arrived , the vehicle was washed and parked upfront and ready to go. Mike had already made the paper work ready and we were just waiting to go to Finance. (While waiting we had very knowledgeable conversation with Mike, basically he was well Engaged with us)

The fantastic experience continued and we met Evelyn in Finance , she was very pleasant, professional, and made the finance process seamless.

Guys- its all about customer experience and these two individual made our experience superb and earn my business for long time.

Kudos to Mike and Evelyn!

Marcio Velasquez is the sales manager who handled all the purchasing details for my Audi Q5 . He and the staff were polite, funny and greet you upon entering. Marcio made the whole process very quick and smooth, from scheduling of a test drive down to having it delivered. I feel this has been the best service shown to me by a dealership in a long time. He went above and beyond to work around my hectic job and busy family. No high pressure or pushy salesmen here. My SUV is very very clean and I've had no issues. I will be a returning customer in the future!

I was floored at how accommodating the Audi Plano team was as I came to a decision on my purchase (Audi RS5 convertible). I did not feel pressured, and I appreciated the fresh baked cookies for my daughter and their understanding of fingerprints here and there. They are a class act over there and I understand why buying at the Plano store is an EXPERIENCE not just a means to make a purchase.

I purchased a vehicle at this location and began to have issues a few months later. I made an appointment which I had to wait in line for. I told the service department what I thought the issue was. They then charged me $170 for a diagnostic fee which was pointless because there were no codes being thrown. They told me that coolant was expanding and leaking out of the coolant reservoir, I then asked them to explain to me why there is no mess or any sign of coolant in the engine bay and the response I got was "that's a good question" I asked if any pressure test had been conducted to attempt to find a leak and this response is my favorite "no, most of the time it's the cap so that's where we should start." They did wash my car though (most expensive car wash of my life) Two days later my car needs a new engine with a heafty price tag which also is not being covered by the warranty that when I bought the car was a "necessity" because I do not have the proper knowledge to deal with issues on my own or the tools to fix any issues. Now they have had my car for a week and a half and have done absolutely nothing with it. I received a phone call stating I have to pay an additional $1200 for them to tear down the engine to get a better idea of what the problem is... A week and a half... We still don't know the problem.... I bought the car and warranty at this dealership and as of now it was a mistake. I do not recommend spending your money here, unless you are in the market for a $170 car wash.

Worst buying experience ever from salesman to sales manager and finance. They won't return calls promises are not kept bought '15 Q5 with damage reported it to salesman and sales manager at time of delivery with promise it would be taken care of but refuse to repair damage that was discovered during delivery it's been a month now they are ducking and dodging me.
Placed call to general manager Riley Walker he won't return my call either such a poor experience e. I wouldn't recommend any one buying here they are the worst dealership in the DFW area.

She treated us great and made sure the Q7 was up to par and up to the Audi, and Audi Plano standards. I went in with very little time to spare, just needed to test drive a car I saw on their website (used Infiniti). Not only did they let me test drive the car, they let me keep it over the weekend, to test it out with my family. I loved the car and their flexibility. It was a pretty smooth process, though i had to take a day off of work to go through the paperwork etc.. it was well worth it. Love my car! And would recommend this dealership for both Audi and non-Audi cars.

I bought 2010 A4 and took it to Audi Plano and asked for a oil change and to take a look at why this car is consuming so much oil. This is a common issue with these cars I guess. Basically the advisor wasn't very knowledgeable and not very confident on anything he was telling me. Just handed me a $11,000+ estimate and said that they couldn't help me anymore unless I wanted to pay for it. My response to him was with this being such a known issue there has to be some kind of recall. He just laughed and said "ya right". Then just walked away. I haven't heard another word from anyone. I understand it isn't their fault I got screwed over on this car. Just disappointed with the service I received and the lack of care to wanna stand behind there product. Basically felt like since I didn't have the money to spend, he was ready to move on to the next person that had money.

In the end, I was able to reach a mutual agreement and I drove off in my new A4 Sline. Love the car, loved the service we received at Audi Plano. Highly recommend Avery Harris!

I could not be more disappointed in a luxury car dealership. Simply put, this has been the worst car-owning experience of my life throughout the four years that I owned by Audi S7. The service department is horrible, and they take forever to service my car each time. It takes two-three weeks just to get a service appointment with a free loaner car. This dealership has gone down the toilet since Auto Nation took over a few years back. Potential BUYERS BEWARE!

I've had 4 Audis and love the brand... Been to this dealer 3 times, twice by myself and once with my wife (moved here a bit over a year ago). Of those visits, got ignored twice and the 3rd time got a new guy who was nice but with no knowledge of the product or what a premium dealership experience is supposed to be. I expect the dealer experience to match the brand identity, and not finding it here. That sent me over to BMW who would have got my money except they didn't have the car I wanted.. Back to the drawing board!

When there is a customer issue after the sale, Audi Plano's modus operandi - ignore. We expected more from a luxury car dealership. Our benchmark is Park Place (15-year customer).

11/5/18 follow up: Just as I expected, they contacted me asking ME to call them so they could remedy the issue. They never take a proactive approach to fix a situation they created. Next they MIGHT contact me but it ll be to say let s schedule you back in, will you need a loaner or are you dropping off . My Maserati dealer provides home-curb-side service.

My experience at audi plano has been fantastic. Thanks to one man, Andrew. He has made our experience seamless. He made sure what we wanted exactly and found it. The first time you visit the showroom, he'll show you what you want. The next time you visit, he'll make sure you go out with the car. He'll do everything in his power to give you a reasonable deal. If there's one person I would want every salesman of everything I buy to be like, I'd want him to be like Andrew.
Make sure you ask for him and thank me later.

I live in Austin and found a car on Audi Plano's inventory via their website that I really liked. Craig Entis was very helpful making sure all my questions were answered and helping me prepare for a purchase all over the phone and via email. We even agreed to a value of my trade-in based on an appraisal I had done locally. All I had to do was go up there and test drive it. If I liked it, all the paperwork was ready for me to sign and if I didn't, I would drive home in my new car. I'm happy to report the car was as good (or better) than advertised and I drove home in my NEW car. Great experience!

Can't recommend enough! Audi Plano was fantastic in all facets during my recent visit, from the fantastic showroom, great selection and wonderful no pressured employees. I was in the market for a new vehicle and decided to stop by to check out the Audi A4. I was greeted by the staff at the front desk and offered water while I waited for a sales associate. My sales associate Kenneth Fleeger was friendly, informative and just a nice guy. He listened to what I was looking for and we ended up test driving the vehicle that I wanted. They were were straight up with their pricing and after some good natured negotiating we ended up with a price I was more than happy with. From the financing to drive off the experience was top notch! I had to return the next day to get something left from my trade in and was taken care of quickly and even got my car hand washed while I waited. If anyone is the market for a new Audi or just a vehicle in general I highly recommend stop by and see Kenneth, you won't be disappointed!!

My wife and I just finished purchasing a used A4 from Audi Plano yesterday and our sales rep was Lee Castro. Lee took my wife and I out individually on separate occasions and went over the specifics of the car with us. We were both very comfortable with Lee and enjoyed working with him. He was the epitome of professionalism and was very personable. This was highlighted after we returned the vehicle this evening after an inexplicable buyer's remorse settled over us. Lee met us at the door and was more accommodating and understanding than we expected. Absolutely no pressure, just an honest apology though he had done nothing wrong. The purchase and return processes were quick, painless and positively hassle free. We both can't speak highly enough of Lee Castro and the team at Audi Plano. We fully expect to see Lee running his own dealership one day.

The sales management team at this dealership is horrible. My sales rep, Crockett, & worked all afternoon on a deal for a new Q7. Crockett did a great job & initially got the deal approved & we signed the paperwork. Then we had to make a change & he comes back & says sorry that we can't honor the deal & management says your trade in will be $1000 less than we agreed too. Stay away from them! They are a bait & switch dealership.

David Murphy and Seth were great to work with, and Audi Plano made my purchase very streamlined. I liked that David was willing to do plenty of research based on my preferences on trims and packages for my Audi Q7, and Seth did a fantastic job selling me what I needed, and not just everything under the sun.

I'll definitely be coming to Audi Plano for future service and purchases.

Bought my Audi Q3 back in October at Audi Plano and the sales experience was exceptional as well as dealing with the F&I department.

Where Audi Plano really excels is at their service department. I've been dealing with James Merriman since my first time at their service department for replacing my OEM emblems for black ones, since then James has always shown to be a knowledgeable and professional service advisor, never trying to get you to perform any unnecessary things on my vehicle. Just went through my 20K oil change along with the usual full vehicle inspection.

Glad I decided to do business with Audi Plano when I was on the market for a new vehicle.

The easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Marcio was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Audi Plano. I had to drive from Tulsa to Plano to pick up my new vehicle, but it was well worth it. They were willing to negotiate and I got a great deal on my new Audi A3.

The dealership is nice and the people are friendly. I feel they offer a fair price for the products. In my case I purchased a pre-owned vehicle. Everything went pretty smooth until after the purchasing process. The We Owe items agreed upon took two weeks and in my opinion should have been a few days. They tried to deliver the vehicle when the We Owe was not complete. Once I had the car a few days I noticed the windows were not tinted but I was charged for tinting. I am told I have a refund coming, but it's been over a week and no refund has arrived. Then when I took my car for service I used the 2nd key which I learned did not function. The car's inspection report said the keys had been tested, the people at the dealership said it would come with two keys, and I was presented with two keys when I picked up the car. The service person said the second key appeared to be from a different model. Now I am told that the keys must have gotten mixed up. I don't think I should have to spend over $600 for a new key due to the poor processes and quality control at the dealership. Still awaiting and answer on this, but was recently told they would not provide a second key.

We were treated like kings from the time we walked in the door of the dealership. The dealership itself is spacious and beautiful and they had many cars for us to look at. Our sales associate, Michael Aman, was the BEST. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. We got exactly what we wanted thanks to him. We couldn't be happier.

I recently purchased a 2013 Audi A5 from Audi Boardwalk in Plano and absolutely love it. Just switched from a 5 series BMW. I had a rough start with Joe Peer. I contacted the manager, Neil, who turned everything around for me and paired me with Bret (internet sales) and Chris (finance) to make this an exceptionally easy transaction. They gave me a fair trade value over email, sight unseen and a healthy discount on the car I was looking to buy without me asking. I work a lot and have a pretty stressful job. Spoke to Yomi about purchasing a car. Drove from Austin to Plano to make purchase on agreed upon time. Car was sold from under me. Said they couldn't do anything to help. Waste of time. Could have been a lot more clear on communication.

We had the best experience with Audi of Plano, the team over there is great specially Marcio (the sells man), who work none stop until he found (nationwide) the best deal and the perfect car for us and Evelyn at Finance that did the best to gave us the best rate possible. Both of them with great attitude and just looking for a win win situation. The attitude and attention to detail was great at all the times! Customer service at is best! We will be back!
