I literally am never this person but I am so disappointed in this dealership from start to finish. I have worked in customer service and I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone we know.
Maybe its because we purchased a used vehicle and not brand new? Not sure but the service has been absolutely horrible.
My husband went and traded my Chevy Suburban for a Yukon Denali. He noticed there was a chip in the winshield as he drove off the lot. Called the Salesman that we bought it from. Salesman said "I don't think there is a chip but if there is we will take care of it." Husband sent in pictures and sure enough he was right, there was a chip. Salesman then said "We will take care of it but have to make an appt for you at a different time." -Great. We were fine with that.

Month goes by. Not only have we not been contacted about the window.. but now the air conditioner has issues. After calling our salesmsan numerous times, a month later and we finally get our car in on a Thursday, to be serviced for the winshield and now the ac issues. We get a call Friday morning saying it's ready to be picked up. - Great, so we think.

We ask our salesmen what was wrong with the air conditioner and he round about told us that it blew cold for him, so he never got it into service. -WHAT? We tell him we need it serviced. It is hot here in Texas and this is our family car that we just bought a month ago. It blows cold for 20 minutes then blows hot air.
He says he has to speak to his boss to try and get it serviced?
Day goes by... crickets. IT is now Saturday. No call still. We call in. Takes us about 5 times to get ahold of someone who can locate my car. My car still hasn't been put into service to be fixed 3 days later.
Few more days go by, no calls or messages. WE are the ones calling the dealership to find out whats happening with this car we just bought. We finally get ahold of a used car manager who was unaware of all of this.... even though our salesman said he was going to "talk to his boss" about it.

One week goes by, finally get a call saying the car has been serviced and needs to be checked one last time before it leaves. It is now Friday of the following week.
We live an hour away with three kids, and they are wanting their loaner car back NOW at their convienence. Apparently although the stickers on the loaner car say in multiple places "CAR NOT FOR SALE", there is someone who wants to purchase it. - Great.
A completely different salesman now from the dealership who we have never met or dealt with texts my husband rudely and says "I know it's not your business but I'm losing a deal." -(because they want to sell the loner car they gave us to drive.)
If this dealership would have been on top of my car from the get go, fixed the issues we brought in in for initially, we wouldn't have this problem, or have a loaner car for over a week.
If you "lose a deal", talk to your fellow co workers or management, do not text a customer rudely blaming us for your loss.
Whether it's our salesman or management -not sure where the lack of communication is. We have been treated terrible. The only positive thing I have to say, is that there is a really nice woman who answers the main customer service phone.
