From last 1.5 months I've been dealing with the No...

From last 1.5 months I've been dealing with the North Austin dealership. I just took the car in for a simple Oil change. They found some issues wrt front and rear bushings, oil leak and a vacuum pump leak. After my warranty company started working with them ( they did send an inspector to validate), the dealership just wanted to change the bushings. I was told there is no Oil leak. Surprisingly, how did the Oil leak stop after the inspector got there.. It's a mystery.
Secondly, the labor rate this dealership charges is approx $30 in addition to the comparable dealerships ( VW, BMW etc in the vicinity.
The rates are one part but then there is no justification to the total number of hrs required for the job to be completed. It's way bloated. I called up another dealership to check on the hrs taken for a specific job and it was at least 30% lesser

After we settled on fixing the above issues they delivered the car ( Yes they did deliver the car to my residence due to Covid 19 and hence the 1 star. I am totally awed by this customer friendly service). On delivery, I cleaned up and disinfected the car and let it sit out in the sun for few hrs. Later in the day, found out that my AC had stopped blowing. It wasn't blowing any air. I immediately called up the service advisor. He started ignoring and acknowledging that there was an issue.. On the contrary he specifically told me that the AC was working perfectly fine when the driver dropped it off:). Honestly, I can't imagine how could the driver be so specific to just know that the AC was working when it was 50 degrees. I only came to know because I let the car to sit out in sun for few hrs and it got to a point where I had to put the AC On realizing it's not working..
In addition, they had forgotten to reset the service light.

Finally, they took the car back after a week and gave me a bill of $1200 to fix a motor. Again warranty got involved and I had to shelve a big amount from my pocket as Warranty company said there is something fishy about this dealership and they won't pay the 100% coverage.

This is the second time, I have taken my car to this dealership and they gave it back with another issue. This has created a trust issue.

Today, the Service advisor calls me to confirm all the issues have been taken care of and the driver will drop off the car.. I requested if they can check if everything that was supposed to be fixed is fixed. He confirmed yes.. When the driver got to my place, Fortunately this time, I checked before making the payment while the driver was still here. He was instructed to took the car back to the shop.. lol..This is invite of the service advisor confirming that everything has been checked on the car.

I owned 2 Audi's. After I got an issue with my other car, I switched brands. The dealings with this dealership was one of the main factors. I'd not buy an Audi again in my life.

I called up the service manager in this location and provided him an input about customer satisfaction and the trust issues they are creating. He heard me and asked about suggestions to improve. At the end, I asked him about a link to submit feedback and he said Audi has stopped gathering feedbacks due to CoVoid-19:).. Really?

And that is why this review.. I hope people see it and take a right decision

Apologies for the length review but since last 1.5 months the time taken to resolve these issues with the dealership has taken far many hours. Hopefully someone reading this can save on the lengthy conversations and pick a dealership that is more trustworthy and customer friendly..
