Wish I could give no stars.... James was our so called "saleman". He was rude, disrespectful, and acted like he knew more than anyone else in the world. Turns out majority of his rambling was false. Can't believe this guy has a job in sales. We took our + $100,000 of business to San Antonio. Purchasing two vehicles there now. Highly recommend you do the same! I will not go back to N Austin for
anything for our new cars!
