I have used Astro Ford for many many years.I am very pleased with there Quick lube.They always greet me and i never have a long wait to get my truck serviced .They NEVER try to sell me a filter or something else i dont need.That means alot to me, I have a trust in this dealership.You can see them working on your truck thru there big glass windows .Just a good place to go if you want good work a a fair price..

I was looking to trade in my 2014 VW Jetta Tdi for a truck. Adam was wonderful in getting the best value for our trade that we were upside down in. They gave us $2000 more toward a trade-in allowance than VW of South Mississippi was willing to give! I love my 2010 Ford F-150. My only drawback is that there were a few things that needed to be completed and I was told I would get a call on the following Monday to schedule them as our transaction took place just before the new year. I have not received a call as of yet, but it is only Tuesday :)

Do NOT go here if you aren't sure of the proper questions to ask or are a first-time buyer! They will screw you over completely! Bring someone with you who knows what to look for and what to say! I can say this now after having a vehicle for two years and just now coming to discover I'm paying $12,000.00 extra than the regular value of the car! ($6,000.00 in services/programs I didn't ask for or want! and $6,000.00 in addition to the normal price just because!) They are terrible, sneaky crooks! They'll act as if they are making a great deal, or doing you a huge favor when in actuality, they are screwing you! I am appalled. At the time, I was excited and didn't know much about the car buying process! My car had broken down, and was junked, so I had to have a car stat! And boy! did they take advantage of that! I now know through explanation of my contract and fees that I was charged way more than I should have been and am stuck with something I didn't even ask for in the first place! Deal my ass! I wasn't looking to get ripped off! Do not go here people, because they aren't looking to help you out in anyway. They take forever, act as if they're servicing YOU, and in the end, you're the one getting screwed over. Worst experience of my life so far. Just watch out, they don't care about you, just your money!

I had a very difficult repair that had to be done it was a ford F-450 . I brought it to Astro Ford and they didn't stop till they got my truck repaired . I would recommend them to anyone . No other Ford place from Arizona to Texas could fix it right but Astro Ford did it. . A Big Shout Out to the boys that worked on my truck thanks for making sure it was right

I had an amazing experience with Astro Ford. I own a 2015 Honda Accord that had body damage to the rear quarter panel. The service was amazing, my car was fixed on time and the bodyshop was able to handle all of the paperwork for me. My car isn t a Ford but the work that was done was beautifuly done. Terrible! Drove 70 miles to drive a truck listed in three places for the same price after spending 3 hours waiting and test driving the truck they came to me with a price $6000 over what was listed. They said they couldn't fit everything online or on the sticker. I had called before coming and asked the price as well. When I arrived they also talked transparency before trying to jack the price up. Buyer Beware.

Brought in my 2006 Escape for a couple of repairs that I knew a dealership could take care of easily. After picking up my vehicle, the Check Engine light showed the same code, which was related to an oxygen sensor. So I had to bring it back down only to be told it was a different sensor and it would be an additional $201, and I didn't feel as if it was that major. I received another call stating they wanted to do the repair for just $75 if I was interested. I decided to go ahead and have the repair done. Desiree in service was a delight! If you bring your vehicle here, go through her. I appreciate someone who was willing to make things right, overall!

My husband and I bought a truck here, got a really good deal on it and were very pleased, seeing as the few things that were wrong with the truck, they added into the price and told us they would fix it when we came back the following day. However, when we drove back the next day, we were not able to get anything done with the truck as the parts were not in and no service guys were there anyways. We returned 3 different times, only for the same thing to happen every single time. Their upholstery guy (who was outsourced) didnt show up all 3 times. The salesman who we dealt with was very nice and tried his best, especially since he knew we were on a tight schedule with us moving in a few weeks. However, we only ended up getting one thing fixed on the truck out of four things, and it was only because they gave us the part in a box and my husband put it on himself. Very unimpessed with this dealership.

My experience at Astro Ford was nothing short of outstanding. My son, Ryan found me the perfect vehicle at an almost unbelievable price and financing for someone like me with limited credit. Joe and John were very friendly and helpful with explaining things to me in a way I was able to understand. On Sun. Mar. 24 we left Houston for Biloxi. Near Biloxi we ran over a piece of retread tire. After we heard a thumping noise underneath. Mon. morning we drove to Astro Ford. From the time we drove into the dealership everyone was pleasant and helpful. Someone was there to direct us to service dept. When we talked to service manager he called Christian, the service tech. He found a broken clip which holds the undercover in place. He replaced it with a new one in less than 5 min. We were really surprised there was no charge. FANTASTIC SERVICE! Thank you.

Personal attention by the staff (Miles and Chad) made me feel very comfortable and unhurried. The truck I bought was a low mileage F150 in outstanding condition and very reasonably priced. The paperwork for the sale was done quickly and correctly. I had an outstanding experience is every aspect and would buy for this dealership again. I recommend them highly.

I originally went in for an oil change through the quicklane service they provide. Great people and they gave me the option to pick my truck up after hours which was amazing. A few days later my truck alerted me that it was running hot as I pulled up to work. My radiator was empty and it worried me that when they did the oil change they might ve left the radiator cap off but have no idea where that is. Had someone put water in it and drive it back to the dealership so they could check it. They ran a diagnostic and said it was a minor leak in the water pump but I have a warranty through another dealership so it had to be brought there. My only complaint is that they must not check fluids in their quicklane when anywhere else I ve brought it does this. Personnel were great and handled me well when I was freaking out stuck at a job site. They squeezed me in and took care of everything perfectly.

Is there a better place?? I think not! Warranty Forever!! Come see it for yourself.

Terrible when you call and say your sunroof is stuck open and they offer an apr 2nd appointment on mar 18th... service is terrible

I came in today at a spur of the moment kinda deal. I pulled up, I was very nervous because this is was my first time buying a car myself. I was lost. Donald greeted me first thing. If I could give 0 stars I would. They gave me a quote to fix my vehicle of $4500 for fixes that were not even the problem! And when I told him I could buy another car for that he asked if I wanted to trade it in and purchase a new vehicle through them. I wasted $110 on a bs inspection from a company who was clearly taking advantage of me because I'm a female and wanted to make some commission by freaking me out with an incorrect inspection report. My car was fixed for $909! Thanks Astro Ford for wasting my time and money and causing a lot of unnecessary stress!!

I had work done on a 1 year old car with 12k miles last year and from start to finish I was treated like garbage. They sent me a text asking if I was satisfied when I got my car back and I said no and nobody bothered to follow up. They were supposed to fix my car and they didn't.

Sale person was not knowledgable in his job. Could not even figure out how to get a payoff or explain how tagging a vehicle worked. Finance person was rude and didnt really want to explain much as well. Once I secured my own financing, the employees became rude and not helpful at all.

We have two Fords and purchased a Taurus from them. We paid cash for one and you would think you would be out fast. NOT! I also thought about trading my truck in and decided not to and they continue to try and pressure me to buy. I like Ford product but when I am ready for a new vehicle. I don't think it will be from Astro.
I have watched the service department go down hill in the last two years. Our most recent experience has required us to return three time. We dropped off the car the night before and filled out the service ticket and none of the service was done and the only thing done was a part was ordered which took several days. We were unable to get back during normal service hours and arrived at 6pm . We went to the sales department. They said they new nothing about it and the department was closed and stated they were not going to call anyone and we would have to come back the next day

Bud Stringer and John Partain were phenomenal. From the first email with John, he was was quick to answer any questions and address any concerns. Bud took me step-by-step through the buying process and made sure I understood everything. They found me the exact Escape I wanted at the best price around. I will recommend these guys to everyone.

Service Department is the greatest. Also, sales department allowed me to drive a vehicle I was interested in home for the night. Allowing me to have a trial run with the vehicle made me realize it was not the vehicle for me but when I do find the right Ford for me, I will be going back to Astro for my purchase.

I recently bought a used 2018 GT350 from Astro Ford. The car itself was great and found no issues. However my experience wasn't the greatest. i was bounced between 3 people and the salesman I ended up with was decent but lacked experience.
I initially contacted the dealer through cargurus and received and email from the used car sales manager, John Binkley. I let him know i was driving from Pensacola, Fl which is about a little over an hour drive. He said he would be waiting. I show up and spoke to Robbie who was helpful and went to tell John I had arrived. I waited while John was with another customer and spoke to Robbie. Once John was done he came and introduced himself but he seeemed to have a bad vibe towards me and didn't seem interested in helping me and told Robbie to deal with me.
The car was in the showroom and I asked to test drive it and the salesman went to ask John who then said in order to test drive they had to run my credit, agree on a price. I had already told them and showed that I had a preapproved loan which was much higher than asking price. Then the salesman I was dealing with had to leave and I was put on with a younger salesman, Taylor, who had very little experience but someone I could work with. He seemed hesitant to ask his sales manager questions when I was trying to negotiate price and sort out the whole test drive ordeal.
I expressed how I will not have them run my credit since I have a loan with my bank waiting and have the proof. I then also asked how can I agree on a price before test driving the car. Finally they took proof of loan and my license and agreed to let me test drive without talking numbers. I told them had I known this ahead of time, I wouldn't have bothered taking the 1+ hour drive.
I test drove it and then came back and wanted to see if they would give me a better price on car. At first the sales manager didn't want to budge and then eventually lowered a few hundred, but I wasn't pleased with it. I told them what I wanted to pay out the door and the salesman was hesitant to go ask. He finally asked and after a while they agreed on a price that I was also comfortable with. Once I started the paperwork with my bank and they started getting the car ready, now the sales manager's attitude towards me changed. I personally wanted nothing to do with him and had told the salesman that.
Overall the experience wasn't to bad. The good was getting the price down and them offering to deliver it that day free of charge. My only issue is the salesman was very friendly but inexperienced. He definitely needs to learn more about the products he is selling. Lola if i remember correctly who works in the back doing paperwork was very helpful. She made sure to call me about the title paperwork and understood my situation with me leaving overseas soon, so she overnighted the paperwork so I can register the vehicle. John Binkley on the other hand was the person that I just had a bad experience with. He was the person who initially reached out to me and then wanted nothing to do with me. Very unprofessional. I suggest anyone going there to not deal with him.

Once again, ASTRO sets itself apart from the average dealership. Never, never, have I had to double check anything that I've had done for, EITHER, of my two ford's. In addition, and this is of vital importance, the Warfighters I send to Astro are treated with the respect and professionalism, that are owed to our brave military members. Beth at front desk ready for us when we got there to buy Shelby Cobra 350GT yesterday. Bud Stringer was a great and down to earth salesman with no pushy tactics. The finance dept had us in and out in less than an hour! There is a young man who knows all there is about this car, he was so helpful. Everyone was great!

Kris Shaulis was my salesman and he did nothing but help me out with everything I need. He got me into the truck I wanted with and did it in a very professional manner.

The Astro Ford representative, Brad Carter, was of great assistance in the purchase of my new Transit Connect . He was knowledgeable of the product, and eager to answer any and all questions I had. My intention was to further my research of comparing Ford, Chevrolet, Dodge, and Nissan light duty vans. After the assistance of Brad Carter, I purchased. Additionally, the financing process was relatively simple. I gave my terms as to down payment, monthly payment and length of contract. Using his expertise, the finance person was able to meet my terms and a deal was struck. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Astro Ford, but not the last.

Greeted by a young and fairly new salesman named Donald Crowder. Very personable and made the process quite painless and very friendly. For being so new and quite young, Donald was one of the best salesman I ve dealt with amongst many car buying experiences I ve had. The sales manager was also great and very informative as well. Very little haggling as they met me at my pricing goal. Did take a bit longer than wished, but this was due to multiple sales deals going at once and they still worked expeditiously and well past closing time to get folks taken care of. Thank you Donald, Dana and Astro Ford team for getting us into our new vehicle and making the process as stress free and painless as possible. See you again down the road!

I took my car there for a recall on my gas tank. Randy Adams at the service department was so helpful and took care of it right away. He order the part and when it came in, he call me to bring my SUV first thing in the morning and told me it will be ready that afternoon, and sure enough it was ready. He got a very awesome personality and good customer service. I'll definitely will come back to see him if I need anything done again.
