If I could give zero stars, I would. I will never do business with this dealership ever again! I bought a 2010 ford edge from Astro. Shortly after my brakes went bad. I thought it was just getting time for new break pads and brought it in to a local shop where they informed me my booster brake was bad and they could fix it for about 500 dollars, but that my model and year vehicle was under an extended warranty for up to 150,000 miles (which I'm under) and if I brought it back to the dealership they would have to fix it for free. I called Astro and they said it does apply to my model and year but not my vin number. That my car already had it replaced with that part,with one that was good. It obviously wasn't because it went bad shortly after I bought the vehicle. I spoke with a lady named "Rose" Who was very unhelpful and extremely rude by the end of the call. All she basically said is they're not responsible and It's my fault for not bringing it in sooner... Very disappointed with Astro Ford in D'Iberville, MS. My advice to any, DON'T GO TO ASTRO! Unless you're into buying faulty cars...

Awesome experience purchasing a 2020 F150 Platinum yesterday. Robert my sales person was fantastic. We did most of the negotiations via phone and text and agreed to terms before I arrived at the dealership. I was greeted professionally and had little time in the office. Finance paperwork and the vehicle was ready to go . Robert walked me through the trucks features and functions, set up Ford pass, and had me on the road in no time. Astro Ford has a great team.
Found someone's drink and wrapper in my mustang. No manager available to talk, left a message with general manager, never called me back. The floor had mud because they don't use floor mats here. Won't go back.

Never bought a truck before. They presented a wide range of price points. They were helpful with the whole process. They have a credit union on site that provided me a good rate. I am very disappointed/dissatisfied with the attitude, lack of compassion/concern, and professionalism that Astro Ford displayed during my recent servicing of my F250.
I brought my vehicle in because the axle, hub assembly, and rotor had issues. I was quoted a price of around 2K. I was then informed that the brake caliber had issues and I needed a new one and that was an additional 250$. I dropped it off on a Thursday evening and picked it up on Friday. On Monday, I decided to do the other hub assembly and called Ford for a quote. I was told that it would be an additional 1800$. I thought that was kind of costly so I was told by a friend that PK Diesel was another option. I called them and got a lower quote. Long story short I took my vehicle to PK Diesel and before touching my vehicle and trying to change out the hub assembly he informed me that it was already locked up (2 days after just spending over 2300$) and that the original issue I had was definitely going to happen again in the near future. PK Diesel tried to do the right thing and called Ford requesting the parts (that were under warranty) so that he could change them out himself while he was working on my vehicle. Ford refused to send the parts and said that I needed to take my vehicle back to them. I picked up my vehicle from PK Diesel that afternoon and drove it straight to Astro Ford. They seemed to act like they knew nothing of the issue that PK Diesel had told them about. They said they would talk to their supervisor Matt and get back to us. The next day they called me to say that PK Diesel had left several missing bolts and forgot to tighten some bolts on my vehicle. I asked for proof and they sent a picture of ONE loose bolt (which I believe the loosened themselves). They also stated that it looked as if someone beat on the hub yet they could never produce a picture of that. It was at that point that they told us that they would not change out the hub assembly nor cover it with their 2-year warranty. They said the part was damaged and they do not cover damaged parts. They had no proof that their service department did not cause said damage, they only thing they could say was that the parts are verified before giving vehicle back to owners. Never explaining what the verification process was. I spoke to John Johnson over the phone and he said that his supervisor Matt would get back to me, that still has never happened. My wife also spoke to John Johnson and she asked to speak to the Manager or someone over him and he took her phone number and said that Dave Bertone would call her back, that has yet to happen. The last thing I heard is that after talking to the owner Miles they would cover the parts with the warranty IF this happens again. They acknowledged that the parts were damaged (even after I paid 2300$) and that they fixed the seal which in my opinion was a band-aid fix. I almost crashed on the highway going 80 miles an hour when this initially happened and they are basically waiting for it to happen again before they actually take the time to replace the part. All in all, the whole staff from the top down lack professionalism, do not care about myself or my vehicles safety, and their attitude about the whole situation was non-chalant. I do not recommend anyone bring their vehicle to this Ford dealership. If you want compassion and professionalism when it comes to your vehicle I highly recommend PK Diesel. After Astro Ford bad-mouthed them they still went there and towed my truck back to their shop FOR FREE, fixed the parts that Astro Ford messed up, and did not charge us anything extra. I realize this is not always how things will turn out but this local shop cared more about my safety and making things right than charging me an arm and a leg for their service. They never once bad-mouthed Astro Ford. Astro Ford has lost all future business with me and PK Diesel has gained it.
We bought our car from astro ford and our sales man was DAVID KING he is a great guy no pressure and gets you what you need. We defiantly will be back in january 2014 to buy another car from here and from David because it was fast and easy. If your in the market looking for a car David King is your guy!! I am so happy.

On Quick Lane: Brian is the sales guy there. Really down to Earth and friendly. I took my Fusion in for rotate/balance/oil change and it cost me about $100. $60 was from the rotate and balance. You can easily skip balancing and save a chunk. Also synthetic oil is a bit more. Obviously cheaper to do yourself if you have the time, but I'm happy! They've got a nice room with Wi-Fi to hang out. You can watch your car get worked on. Also, military discount.
On service department: They're hit and miss. My experience with them was a bit negative as they told me to come in without an appointment, and then a gentleman was annoyed with me when I didn't have one and asked me who I spoke with. Bridgette I think it was? She wasn't particularly friendly either but she did take care of me promptly and professionally once she remembered who I was.
Side note... Sales guys are always outside and one gentleman even walked me over to the Quick Lane area and talked a bit. Real friendly and didn't care that I wasn't buying a vehicle. Lots of good folks here overall. Maybe the two above were having a bad day? Lol.
I highly recommend Astro Ford. I worked with Rob and recently purchased a 2019 Escape. I m very busy with work usually and he was very accommodating as most of our conversation was through text. The whole experience at the dealership was great too. They had everything ready and I was in and out rather quickly as I was on break from work. But every detail was covered. I got a fair price on my trade and a price on my Escape that other local dealers would not match! I will be back in the future.
If you want quick and competent service this is the place to go I would not take my F150 anywhere else. Kudos to Astro Ford....they are even open on Saturdays for maintenance work!!!

Just purchased my 3rd truck from Astro Ford and had another great purchase/service experience. Robert, Alex, Roger and the rest of the sales and finance team were great to work with and very fair with us. On my second day of ownership, my panoramic sunroof went out on a Saturday while service was closed. Robert and Roger quickly took a look at it and gave me a service vehicle while we waited for Service to open on Monday. Dave, the service manager along with Roger and Robert stayed on top of it and kept me in the loop. I purchased the extended warranty and it initially didn t appear that the sunroof would be covered, however, the service team diligently looked further into it and found that the main cause for the sunroof failure was indeed a covered part saving me thousands... The guys were easy and fun to work with and I look forward to my fourth purchase with these guys in the next couple years. Also, Mrs. Lola in the services cashier department is a sweetheart. Great experience all around and I will continue to refer my friends and family here. You have a customer for life with me. Great job guys!
Service department was fabulous. Rose was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in handling warranty repairs on my wife's Ford Explorer. Communication, speed of work, and quality of work were excellent. I will definitely return for future service requirements.
They are unrealistic on their pricing compared to most other dealerships within 300 miles for the exact same vehicle year , package ,and close to the same millage .I even showed them four other vehicles just trying to get them to come off the price at least reasonably , they would not.So i used 100 in gas to save almost 2000 .Look hard and do your research people.
Absolutely terrible service! In the last week of April 2015, we bought a brand new 2014 Ford Focus. In the beginning there were a few hassles with them tinting my windows, getting floor mats, and detailing the car as promised. Now, only 8 months later, my car has been shuddering as if it is going to die out. When we brought it in to be serviced, they claimed it was the transmission that needed to be updated. They kept it one day, did the "updates", and I picked it back up. Needless to say, when I picked it up, it was shuddering just as bad if not worse. So, the next day, this past Monday, I brought it back for them to relook at. In the meantime, we called several times to check on the status and see what they found out. They continually gave us the run around and wouldn't call us back. They claimed everyday they drove it for 20 minutes and couldn't find anything wrong with it. Today, Friday the 18th, we picked it up, and it had the maybe 10 miles more than it did when we dropped it off. As I drove away, it acted and shuddered exactly the same! We dealt with Craig several times and he would hardly call us back or tell us anything. Also, there was another man working the service department when I dropped my keys off and he told me to my face, "I'm not going to lie to you, the transmissions in those cars are junk." Needless to say, our experience has been horrible and my car is still messed up! Terrible customer service.
The service was lacking and I feel like the cars were overpriced I definitely think I would shop around and check out some more dealerships before I go back there and buy something.

Tell you that they guarantee credit approval to get you to come into this place, run you around, jack the price of the vehicle you are looking at and severally lowball your tade in and then they can t even get you approved! Nothing but liars and cheats in this place. When they get called out on their review that s when the not so nice phones calls start coming in from the General Manager that likes to taunt the customers and demand they take their reviews down. They waste your time and lie to your face. You wanna buy a new vehicle then go somewhere else. This place is nothing but a joke.

Typical shady dealership not upfront with cost or any numbers at all. Instead, gave me the go around for 3 hours, all but 15 min actually working a deal on a car that was somewhat what I wanted. Was still 20,000 over budget. So frustrating and disappointing. Then tried to show a vehicle that wasn t close to what was wanted. Went to Estabrook Ford that evening and went home with the car I wanted. Astro was a disappointment, especially as a former ford dealership employee. Astro Was never up front with any part of the negotiation process. Nice soda machine though.
Going to Astro Ford was the best decision I ever made. I went in with a 2014 Nissan Maxima and it was worth $16,000 and I went to two dealerships and one of those only offered me 16k and the other 18k. Well Astro offered me 18k and I told them no and my salesman Brandon Hursell worked his butt off and got the dealer to give me 20k for my maxima. I wanted the f150 out the door at 40k and they got me down to exactly what I asked them. I thought about leaving several times and they did everything to get it to the price I wanted. I love my truck and they showed me how to operate everything. Brandon told me he had only been there a week but he was better than any salesman I ever went to so ask for him and I garantee that he will work with you to get you the best deal.
