Came here to buy a part. Parts guy was great and good to talk to. Service dept seemed to guess when I asked for a price on part installation, and then when I asked on how much for a 100k mile service, didn't provide me one.

So I then walked around the entire lot browsing new and used cars for probably 20-30 minutes. Not a single person engaged me. Not one. No one came out, asked anything, nothing.

Come on guys, I know no one wants to get badgered by sales constantly but this was really unexpected.

I would like to say that my representative (Mr. Jonathon Johnson) was very respectful, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me. I will not only recommend that someone comes to your establishment, I will probably drive them there myself. Again, Thank you for your service.

I've had great interactions with Jacob Leckich, who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He is the only one here I dealt with, but I would absolutely deal with him again, and recommend this place highly because of his help

Chris Gomez was super helpful and made my first car-buying experience simple and relaxing! Even when I couldn't fully make my decision, they let me test drive it overnight!

I went there to sell my SUV; the gentlemen who handled the purchase were helpful, polite, and I would work with them again. Since I sold the car on a weekend I was told that a check would be mailed. When it didn't arrive for 2 weeks I spoke with the comptroller, she was helpful at first and we agreed to wait a few more days. When it still didn't arrive I called back. This time, the comptroller was very defensive and nasty when I questioned why they didn't send the check certified, or with a tracking number.ultimately the dealership is responsible for paying me for the SUV and I expected a bit more courtesy when they don't deliver in a timely manner.

Takes a while to get your car back not very time efficient

They were very quick and courteous! I love that they check everything when I m in for an oil change and don t try to tell me I need something that I don t need.

Paid cash for a truck, the next day the engine light comes on, I address the issue, but was told thats my problem . I should have cancelled the check, bad business, do not shop here!

I needed a new truck very quickly, because my family was down to one vehicle. They worked with me, and got me in a truck that same day, and didn t try to push me into doing anything I didn t want to. They made me aware of all the rebates offered to me unlike some dealerships also!

Excellent! I wasn't feeling well, the salesman went out of his way to get me pepto bisbol. Sometimes it's not always about an immediate sale of a car. Personal touch goes a long way!. If I or someone else is looking for a Ford, I will definitely give you a high 5! Thank you oh the salesman also was very attentive to my mother who is on home oxygen and will be 94 in a couple of weeks! .

We had an awesome experience purchasing our new truck from Astro Ford. The salesperson Kris Shaulis listened to our needs and found a car that matched us perfectly. We never felt pressured into buying. We even checked/test drove multiple vehicles (my wife and I test drive each vehicle). Kris was very pleasant and patient with us. The entire Astro Team is very professional and outstanding at what they do. I would recommend this dealer to everyone, you will not regret it.

Found myself buying a new vehicle and really appreciated Brittany Wheelers sincere interest in my finding the right car at the right price in-spite of the many rounds I took her through. She is a new sales person, but very kind and thoughtful and was very thorough to insure my questions got answered.

The sales manager Roger was honest, did not play the car dealer games you always get and we were able to cut a great deal for me in a short time frame. No regrets or buyers remorse!

My experience was good, at the end of the day I left with a key in my hand and a car to my name. Provided information when asked and had my documentation ready when needed. Really loving the '14 Rio LX, it's better than most used cars in the $7k or less range. They worked with me and I worked with them to get the deal completed.

As far as I know they did the service right on my Ford. The office guy was nice but didn't seem to know much and the Ford point system was down.

Taylor was excellent and very helpful. In the search for a car to replace my wife's car, we stopped by several dealerships and didn't get much response from salesmen. Taylor was right there and answered all of our questions. The dealership was very attentive and fast when we returned to buy the car. Thank you all especially Taylor Terry!

I would recommend Astro Ford to any one looking for a new vehicle. They made sure I got all the rebates available. They gave me extra options on the car that usually didn't come with the standard vehicle all at the lowest rate among all other dealerships that I checked with. My sales person, Grady, stayed in contact with me for over two months keeping me posted on what they had on the lot. He didn't bug me, just kept me posted. Then when I was ready, they had the perfect car on the lot and he made it happen. Thanks to Grady, the car got shined and a full tank before I left. He also gave some good pointers on how to deal with love bugs, so they wouldn't harm the paint job. Kevin did a good job also as sales manager showing me all the numbers. I give the whole team at Astro Ford an outstanding rating, "5."

I came here to get my Mustang serviced when the transmission light came on, they found the problem and also other problems that were serious problems with my car. they did me right!! most dealerships have some shady things they do, but Astro ford has some honest people working there..sherry in service will help you out the most and Walt was the mechanic that worked on my car.

I had a great purchase experience buying my new Mustang GT Premium. I LOVE my new car. Donald was great and answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car. This was my first car purchase that was stress free. I felt no pressure through the whole process and the entire staff was great and got me exactly what I needed. *Please note that my only experience with Astro Ford is with the service department (getting a recall repaired) and does necessarily reflect the quality of the dealership as a whole.

I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with Astro Ford's lack of organization, lack of communication with employees concerning service procedures, and lack of providing customers with correct and relevant information in regards to matters of vehicle repair and safety. If there was a rating lower than "poor," I would select it.

I received a letter from Ford in the mail informing me of a recall on my vehicle's airbags. The letter said I should contact my local Ford dealership to schedule a service appointment. The first time I called Astro Ford, I spoke with two different employees. Both were clearly unaware of any kind of appointment process. They said they had the part I needed in stock and that I could bring my vehicle the following morning.

When I took my vehicle in, I spoke directly with an employee in the service department. He made a call to the parts department, then informed me that they currently did not have my part in stock. He gave me his card and told me to call back the following week before I came in to ensure that my part was in stock.

A week or two later I called Astro Ford again and spoke with a woman about the recall on my vehicle. She said my part was in stock. I asked when it was best for me to bring my vehicle in, and she told me any time that day would be fine. Shortly after, I drove to Astro Ford and went into the service department. The service advisor asked some questions and made a call to the parts department. He then informed me that my part was in fact in stock, but that all the technicians that would be able to perform the service had just left for lunch, and that I would have to return when the dealership opened the next morning.

I drove to Astro Ford the following morning, and finally, after two phone and three trips, my recall was fixed.

The service team at Astro Ford did a wonderful job with our 2015 Ford Explorer that would not start. Vehicle was brought in late Friday afternoon and ready for pick-up on Saturday. Doug and the others in the service area did everything possible to make the experience great.

Service was really nice! Great clean environment with friendly service. Randy was super helpful and had great attitude. Randy was also really prompt in getting my questions answered and gave great results. I will be recommending Astro Ford to friends and family!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I wasn't really sure what I wanted and they worked with me until I made up my mind and went above and beyond to help me get it. I love my CMAX. I've come back in to the service shop a few times for my oil changes and tire rotations. Those guys are rockstars out there. I've never had to wait long. I would definitely buy again

Ordered my 2020 Ford Explorer Hybrid through Astro. Was happy with the service and Brittany was great.

Had a very great experience with Peyton and Brandon. I couldn t ask for a better sales and finance staff.

Very helpful salesman, however he didn't seem to be able to help us at all. We went to test drive a vehicle 2 days in a row and they couldn't seem to find the keys or willing to help us any further. So we went else where.

I can say with great Candor that my experience with the service department at Astro Ford was simply fantastic. I originally showed up to talk to them about what I thought was a problem in the drivetrain or something felt like it was slipping and the service department took it in took a quick look at it and they came back to me with a candid assessment of what needed to be done but that it would not be covered under the warranty. Since the truck was still quite drivable I'd elected not to go with the service and the drivetrain in my way home I was called by the young lady in the service department and she told me that they had found a way to get this fixed under warranty and asked me to schedule an appointment. I showed up at my appointment and vehicle was taken in fixed all within the amount of time that they said it would take. I'm extremely happy with how I was treated and the overall experience at Astro Ford. The truck is driving nice and smooth now so I couldn't be any happier

Bought a 2013 F150 with low mileage for a great price. Was very satisfied with this deal. I would definitely recommend these folks, especially Ryan.

Ok recently bought my used 2016 LTZ Silverado here. Super laid back environment. I've worked in auto sales before and it was nice that no one was pushy. Everyone was professional and helpful.

Other than wanting $90 for an oil change great parts department.

ASTRO FORD SELLS LEMONS
I bought a supposedly certified pre-owned vehicle from here exactly 1 month ago as soon as the vehicle hit its 1 month the car started acting up I took it to the dealer and they are telling me it's not covered under the warranty because the vehicle has rodent damage to the engine so they are trying to tell me that a rat got into the engine in 1 months time being I drive this vehicle every day but a rat got in there built a nest a chewed up the wires now they want to charge almost $4000 to fix this car the only helpful person in this whole ordeal has been the service team but the sales man Chris Gomez and his boss Jeff Nunn have not been helpful in any form shape or way they insist that they did not sell the car with the damage and that it happened in the 1 month time lapse that I had it while driving it every single day cmonnnn

what is with people or companies getting over on people.....just got a car from there with a extended warranty....my car breaks down and needs a new engine...they claim the motor went bad due to fan....but my fan worked before I brought it to them...long story short...I'm getting screwed over saying warranty won't cover it...very nice job with customer service....sarcasm

Update: I went in for more service work and started talking to one of the sales consultants there named Bill Wyman, had a great conversation and he never once tried to pressure me into buying a vehicle. I've bought a few cars over the past few years and I can appreciate a pleasant experience from any dealership. I would recommend Bill to anyone who wants to purchase a car.These guys do great service work, vehicle had steering issues. They ordered the part and fixed my vehicle in a couple days great service department.

Friendly people and a quick turnaround. Hassle-free car buying experience

First of all, we went there with a plan... trade in one great car with the hopes of obtaining two great cars... well it worked out perfectly! We got there early so we could look around without being bothered, Jade got there early too and to our surprise she ended up being perfect for us! She didnt walk in to put her things down or sit in her car until it opened, but walked and talked with us, laughing, not pushing and it all seemed natural. I knew it wasnt going to be the quickest transaction being we were on the hunt for two cars, but not only was Jade fantastic, the rest of the team was as well. They all seemed to work well together, different gears all working to help make sure everything went smooth and we saw it, we appreciated it! I could write all day about how awesome Jade was, but want to also acknowledge the used car manager and the finance manager - they too made our experience a great one.... made us realize when it is time to buy our forever cars.... that we will be back! Thanks to all of you, we left feeling like we accomplished great things for our family's current needs! To the owners, you should be proud of your team, they are doing great things at Astro Ford!

I don't think they take care of their customers I have a brand new car and it's been broken down twice in a vacation up north and only had my car three months not one bit of help from them only I will get back to you so 5 days of my time up north was staying in hotels waiting not good on a brand new 2017 car sad in my eyes and greedy

It was decent. Started off rough but Randy got it taken care of. I understand things happen outside of your control but appreciated Randy stepping up and taken care of the issue.

This dealer (141 miles from me) has been more helpful then the ford dealer 4 miles from me. Spoke to John, and he was very helpful. They gave me options that no other dealer offered. I planned to drive here to purchase two vehicles soon. Will update after transaction.

I actually found a vehicle that matched my criteria on Autotrader, this vehicle was at Astro Ford in DeIberville, i messaged ahead and spoke with Beth (who was very helpful & professional) to set an appointment, I arrived at 11:00 AM on Saturday and was greeted by a young man ho was to be my salesman , Peyton.
Peyton showed me around, accompanied me on my test drive, fed me Popeyes chicken, readied my initial paperwork, and all in all was really cool!
I can honestly say, I never felt pressured or deceived in any way.
John, the finance guy proved to be equally affable, and moe importantly, provided the numbers that I was looking for!
In summary, I was in at 11:00 & out by 3:00, with the car I wanted, for the price & payment I wanted!
Truly a great way to buy a car!
I would recommend Astro Ford, and in particular, Peyton without reservation to anyone in the market for a car.

We were having car troubles on our way home from Florida and after calling numerous Ford dealerships close on our route, Astro was the only one who told us they would make time to help us so we could be safe and get back on the road quickly. They looked at our car right away and were able to tell us what was wrong and got us back on the road safely and in time for us to make it home that night. We really appreciated the service and kindness we experienced in our unfortunate situation and would definitely go back if we're ever in the area!
