I originally went in for an oil change through the quicklane service they provide. Great people and they gave me the option to pick my truck up after hours which was amazing. A few days later my truck alerted me that it was running hot as I pulled up to work. My radiator was empty and it worried me that when they did the oil change they might ve left the radiator cap off but have no idea where that is. Had someone put water in it and drive it back to the dealership so they could check it. They ran a diagnostic and said it was a minor leak in the water pump but I have a warranty through another dealership so it had to be brought there. My only complaint is that they must not check fluids in their quicklane when anywhere else I ve brought it does this. Personnel were great and handled me well when I was freaking out stuck at a job site. They squeezed me in and took care of everything perfectly.
