Do NOT go here if you aren't sure of the proper questions to ask or are a first-time buyer! They will screw you over completely! Bring someone with you who knows what to look for and what to say! I can say this now after having a vehicle for two years and just now coming to discover I'm paying $12,000.00 extra than the regular value of the car! ($6,000.00 in services/programs I didn't ask for or want! and $6,000.00 in addition to the normal price just because!) They are terrible, sneaky crooks! They'll act as if they are making a great deal, or doing you a huge favor when in actuality, they are screwing you! I am appalled. At the time, I was excited and didn't know much about the car buying process! My car had broken down, and was junked, so I had to have a car stat! And boy! did they take advantage of that! I now know through explanation of my contract and fees that I was charged way more than I should have been and am stuck with something I didn't even ask for in the first place! Deal my ass! I wasn't looking to get ripped off! Do not go here people, because they aren't looking to help you out in anyway. They take forever, act as if they're servicing YOU, and in the end, you're the one getting screwed over. Worst experience of my life so far. Just watch out, they don't care about you, just your money!
