We have two Fords and purchased a Taurus from them. We paid cash for one and you would think you would be out fast. NOT! I also thought about trading my truck in and decided not to and they continue to try and pressure me to buy. I like Ford product but when I am ready for a new vehicle. I don't think it will be from Astro.
I have watched the service department go down hill in the last two years. Our most recent experience has required us to return three time. We dropped off the car the night before and filled out the service ticket and none of the service was done and the only thing done was a part was ordered which took several days. We were unable to get back during normal service hours and arrived at 6pm . We went to the sales department. They said they new nothing about it and the department was closed and stated they were not going to call anyone and we would have to come back the next day
