Brought in my 2006 Escape for a couple of repairs that I knew a dealership could take care of easily. After picking up my vehicle, the Check Engine light showed the same code, which was related to an oxygen sensor. So I had to bring it back down only to be told it was a different sensor and it would be an additional $201, and I didn't feel as if it was that major. I received another call stating they wanted to do the repair for just $75 if I was interested. I decided to go ahead and have the repair done. Desiree in service was a delight! If you bring your vehicle here, go through her. I appreciate someone who was willing to make things right, overall!
