Dropped my vehicle off at 730 when they opened. Received a quick quote and added my name to be alerted via text message when my vehicle was finished. Friendly staff explained all the work that was done and gave hassle free recommendations on future maintenance.

Wouldn t honor ford service maintenance plan. Didn t even look it up by VIN. Said they would only give a loaner vehicle if you purchased at their location but my national service plan states that I get a loaner for any service needing to be done

I was passing by the other day and wanted to check out the Focus St. James greeted me outside and was very helpful. I have always wanted one, but I live in Atlanta, Ga. I was honest with him and said I would buy in my hometown. That didn't change on how he helped me. You don't see this to often. This was the absolute best experience ive ever had buying a vehicle. No four hours sitting around waiting. We did everything electronically, they even drove four hours to bring our new F150 to us and took our trade back. An amazing experience, Great Salesman and highly recommend them.

Bought 2014 f-150 didn't have any floor mats, owners manual, our spare key.They said they would order it and I could pick it up on a few days.well 3 months later I went up to the dealership and they didn't order it, so had to wait another month for it.still no call had to call them

Body shop does great work. Sales and service not so much but the body shop is awesome. Service department is crooked. I told them exactly what I wanted them to do. They did exactly what I told them to do. They charged me $110 diagnosis charge. I asked what they diagnosed and they said everybody pays that. Crooks.

I have to say, I just came in to test drive an SUV. I was pre-approved for financing and ready to buy by the end of the month. They really went to work for me and did much more than another dealer was willing to do. I like the vehicle and I really appreciate that when I was upfront with what I needed they were upfront and they made it happen. Blake has a really hands off approach that I needed. It really let me experience the vehicle before I decided to purchase. Don't expect miracles, it's still a car dealership, but I had a reasonably good experience.

The service team was on top of the repairs, most importantly they kept in continual contact throughout the process . It is a welcome experience to have a great service when your car goes in the shop.

My experience with Astro Ford was a God sent. Randy who helped me was so professional and he took the time to explain everything to me. Randy is one of a kind and I feel you should give him a big raise for his courtesy and professional work. Highly recommend this dealership to anybody looking to buy a car (new or used)! My mom and I went in to purchase a 2013 Mustang, and were assisted mostly by Brad. He was very friendly, and willing to work with us! Brad and the other associates that we worked with made sure that our purchase went smoothly! Didn't need to make an appointment or call ahead , simply parked in the appropriate bay and tell them what your there for.
Serviced engine and replaced the break pads in just over a hour. Reasonable price and good techs.

I drove about 80 miles to Astro Ford to look at a truck, the truck was exactly how they described in their online post no surprises. Although we were not able to settle on a deal I would still rate this dealership a five star, Brittany (salesperson) was very polite, professional and knowledgeable of the vehicle. She was able to give me their bottom line cash price on the truck with no uncomfortable back and forth haggling which was a fair price but unfortunately slightly higher than what I could afford. I do appreciate their time and would recommend Brittany and Astro Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle. I will definitely consider driving back over to see what they have to offer when I am ready to buy another vehicle in the future.

Can I give negative stars? Called them out on their false misleading and advertising pricing. Even got Ford doing a formal investigation into them after THEIR OWN WEBSITE shows. Most vehicles are over the MSRP listed and then discounted. Click on the window sticker popup. You'll see. I got lucky and caught it. Now I'm filing a formal suit as well as filing a BBB complaint. Hopefully others will step out and share their stories. Never. Again. Veteran. Disrespected.

Used car mentality basically no better than a dirt lot in the sticks

I took my company 2015 F150 to ASTRO Ford on August 10, 2016 at 8:15pm on a Wednesday morning. Sevvice Advisor Jonathan Johnson was Awesome, he told me not to worry he will take care of it. At 11:00am my vehicle was ready with know change. Employees like Jonathan at Astros Ford is why I keeping coming back to do business.

Service was good, Guy in SERVICE DEPARTMENT Wonderful... The rest of the staff were Rude... At least 9 Staff walked past me and not one smiled or said a word. A few looked me in the eye, held the my gaze and then passed right on by... Customer Service and a smile goes a long long way... Just Sayin..

Astro Ford delivered excellent service in a very timely manner for my ford transit RV. I am very pleased with their service department and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Ask for the price upfront if you re getting any work done, so there is no confusion later . They use a book for pricing regardless how much actual time it may take , so a better estimate is possible . Waited two weeks for the appointment but the service department did a great job , truck was in and out within 5 hours. Mrs Linda was able to get 10 percent taken off because of the miscommunication which was appreciated. Would of been 4 stars but one of the employees says to me well if the estimate said ten dollars would you expect to pay that! The price I signed at beginning that I was told meant nothing , it was 4 times less than final amount ,so I questioned it .

Brad Carter was excellent to deal with on my selection. I called the dealership and asked if they still had the 2014 certified Pre-Owned Ford F150 in their inventory. When told yes, I said I will be down in a few minutes. I was surprised to see that they had placed a placard with my name on the dash. Brad explained every step of the process through completion and if he didn't know the answer t.o a question he followed up with an answer later. I would recommend Astro Ford to others.

I needed new tires on my truck for a trip. I called Quick Lane @ Astro Ford in D'Iberville MS. The tires were in Mobile AL. Astro's Quick Lane Moved Mountains to get the tires in the next day. The Next morning the tires were mounted, balanced, and placed on my truck. The Alinement was checked and the oil was changed. All this was done so that I could get on the road.

NO ONE and I mean NO ONE has ever worked on any of my cars or trucks but Astro Ford. The Service Department has sold 10 cars to my wife and I over 20 years. Oh, the scheduled preventative maintenance they perform has saved us time, energy and MONEY.

The Service department is #1 in my book.

Body Shop. We were visiting the area from out of state and had a fender bender in our 2018 Escape. Eddie in the body shop took great care of us and went well above and beyond the level of service we expected. They did a very good job on the repairs and our car looks and drives just like it did before the accident. Great to work with someone as friendly, helpful and honest as Eddie.

Very unprofessional, not experienced in lending practices, rude on the phone, and oh yeah the sales lady we had wore flip flops. This purchase was done over 3 months ago and we are still getting calls about what they "need". I have never been treated so poorly at any Ford dealership.

By far my worst car buying experience ever. By the time everything was done I was $200.00 in the negative and without a car. I was constantly receiving empty promises and false hope. I had my vehicle for 3 weeks before the loan "wasn't accepted" and this was after I already made an insurance payment and had a tag for the vehicle. They can't guarantee your credit approval. Just take your money somewhere else. If you do decide to to use this dealership, don't make business with Shawn, at least Jim was courteous.

This is the second vehicle I have driven from Pensacola, FL to buy (2010 used F150 and 2017 new Explorer ). Astro Ford both times have made the experience pleasant and stress free. I have saved so much money and stress by not buying in Florida or the Mobile area. Great, caring, and honest people! Will buy again from them in the future and only them. A two hour drive is.well worth the time to it takes to save money and be treated wonderfully

I've had a great experience with Astro! I brought my car into the service department and I was greeted by Rose! She is amazing! She has kept me up to date with my car, and had everything fixed in no time! So far, it's been better than previous ford dealerships I've been to for sure!
