I had my car serviced here by Randy, and had a really great experience! They were quick to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle and fixed it accordingly! I highly recommend the service department at astro ford! They were so helpful and have excellent customer service!

The people at Astro Ford were great with me. I worked with Bud (salesman) who helped me find a vehicle right away. Then during the negotiating I asked to speak with the sales manager to speed things up, after speaking with Jim and Bud, I had a signed agreement (which was extremely reasonable) within 5 minutes.
Now I did have multiple issues with the vehicle (bought it used). I had an issue with a spark plug and with some hidden bumper damage (behind an aftermarket bumper guard). Both were found over the weekend when I was home with the purchased vehicle. I went back to Jim Monday, and long story short it was fixed. Not only did I leave with a good deal, but they also didn't try to screw me when I had issues after the contract. You don't get to say this very often about car sales personnel, but the're a bunch of stand up guys (and gals).

Quick Lane. They left my vehicle sitting outside the gate for an hour and a half, unlocked. Service writer did not know his technician had taken the key, placed it on his toolbox and went to lunch. Astro has been the only garage to service my vehicle for as long as I've owned it. Very disappointed today.

On June 18th 2018, I went to Astro Ford, in D Iberville, MS., to inquire about a 2018 F150 that had a max towing capability of 13,200 lbs. I explained to the salesperson that I had an 8080 lbs. travel trailer, which would weigh about 9000 lbs. loaded with gear. I was also adamant that I did not want to buy a truck that I would have to modify with after-market add-ons to make this truck capable of safely towing my travel trailer. The salesperson assured me that the information on this truck was correct, and backed it up with numbers and facts, based on his thorough knowledge of the product, he said he has studied and sold for years. This truck is equipped with a towing package, hill assist, factory anti-sway control, a tow-mode on the transmission, basically ready-to-go. The salesperson seemed honest sincere and very informed about the 2018 F150 and his information seemed undeniable. During our conversation I realized this salesperson sold me an auto some years earlier, at a different dealership, and I was very happy with it. This was reassuring, and made me trust his knowledge. With the salespersons assurance that this truck was more than capable of meeting my needs, I made the purchase.
I also told my salesperson I was planning a trip with my travel trailer starting June 28th, for the Fourth of July holiday. On the first trip out, on the 28th of June, I began my trip, in the truck, with my trailer in tow. I drove toward the Interstate, approximately 5.5 miles, at an average speed of 45 mph, with no issues whatsoever. As I began entering the Interstate and merging into traffic at a speed of about 60 mph, a semi-truck passed me and I nearly lost control, and flipped. I immediately slowed down to 45 mph, regained control, and exited the Interstate as soon as possible.
As I grew more frustrated by the lack of concern for my safety and the misinformation this deal was based on, I decided to contact the General Manager (GM) on July 10th, thinking this would get results. The GM told me she would get right back to me, which she did not. I contacted her late the next day and asked her what I need to do, to resolve this issue. She told me she would contact Topper World and ask them if they knew why this truck could not tow my trailer safely. A few days later I called to find out what she learned, and she replied, Why don t you go figure it out .
Next, on July 13th, I decided to go straight to the owner. I left a message for the owner to call me, and about an hour later the GM called me and cussed me out for going over her head. Her rant was so foul and vulgar, it didn t take long to realize this was a personal attack, and I told her to never call me again, and hung up the phone. Later that day I was introduced, over the phone, to one of the owners . I explained to him the lack of concern for my issue, the lack of service I ve received, the mishandling of the sale, how dissatisfied I was with the truck, and the verbal assault by his GM. He actually did address the phone call I received from the GM, and tried to equate the assault as two children arguing, and neither were telling the truth, rather just trying to get the other in trouble. Wow!
Later in the conversation the owner did admit his salesperson was wrong for making false claims about the F150 to make the sale to me. Also, the owner admitted the travel trailer I owned far exceeded the GCWR (Gross Combined Weight Rating) of the F150 I purchased, and that it could not tow my travel trailer safely. He said he would get back to me with some form of resolution that we could work out. I have not heard back from anyone to date and Astro Ford has not returned my calls.
So, after many calls to Astro Ford, countless messages left, I still have not received a single word from the salesperson, GM, or any owner with any kind of relief from this issue. No one has offered me a way to negotiate a deal into a larger vehicle, a way out of this useless vehicle, or any concern for my safety, much less my well-being.

The escape SEL caught my attention and they did everything possible to make sure that I left the dealership with a vehicle that was a perfect fit for me. The service was awesome everyone was helpful and was just as excited as me about my new purchase but it was really the The forever Warranty that made me feel the most comfortable and secure with my choice.

We drove an hour and a half after verifying certain terms. Sales man was the stereotypical nightmare smug and rude. Asked to see the vin info on my car we walked out and my husband asked if we should get our stuff out. I said no I want to see the car before we hand ours over no deal yet. Next thing we know a service truck is driving off with our car with my husbands backpack and our personal items still in it withou permission. Salesman had the nerve to ask my husband why I was upset and went running out to stop then, then insisted he didn nothing wrong after I said you never asked if you could move it or take it and if you wanted to you should have given us an opportunity to get our stuff out. We haven t even test driven the car we came to see yet and your trying to dive off in mine! Then we get the car advertised as non smoker...my husband reaches into the door bin and pulls out a handful of cigarette pack wrappers. Salesman meanwhile still never apologizes. Then they tried to bump the price back to the original sticker price after we had been given a discount via text and email. Worst dealership experience. Zero respect given to the customer and acted like they were doing us a favor. Do not recommend!

I wanted to trade in my vehicle. Someone I knew worked there. He helped me, but then wasn't able to finish my deal. I had to go up there 6 times just to finish all paperwork. I've had a few concerns with my car and a couple of questions about when they were going to pay off my trade in. I've called for a week straight. I've asked for 3 people by name and keep getting put on hold or it goes to voicemail. The customer service is terrible. Customers come first. And since I've gotten my vehicle it seems like I'm getting the run around. So I guess I just need to show up to get answers to questions. Wish I would have went somewhere else.

He understands what your problem is even if you cannot put it into words that pro's use . Always smiling and caring to every detail. I have now said, he is my adopted son . You at Astro also have a serviceman by the name of Tanner, wow! Talk about knowing his stuff about cars and fixing the problem to perfection. Excellence from first contact via phone with Beth. Greetings start at the door; everyone had all smiles. We were looking at another vehicle make/model with another dealer. Astro Ford Dana said she was going to do her best to get the car we wanted from the other dealer brought to their lot (we messed that up by contacting the other dealer first with an inquiry). Astro Ford Dana told the salesman Brandon to find us a comparable vehicle on their lot that matches our requirements. They really exceeded our expectations; minus the exterior black color and Rim size; but we have so many other options that made up for those and the dark lead color is really close. Brandon in sales was very courteous and excellent in providing some customization tips and information about the car and great in helping time pass as we waited for the process to move forward. The Finance Director John with Dana's insistence, worked a better deal to get to us a lower APR than what we were offered...WoW, I won't tell...but I will say, we can't find a better rate. The experience ended with a tour of our vehicle, a walkthrough of all features, use, additional Google apps that increase the capabilities of our vehicle, and programming the apps in the car...We are not first time new car buyers, and no one has ever given us a walkthrough like this before. That was an added touch of class. Astro Ford is the epitome of customer service regarding car purchasing. Acura, Nissan, Mercedes Benz, has not done it better; however, Astro Ford compares well to Land Rover when it comes to customer service. I would give more stars of I could.

This place could use some more professional people. I went there to purchase a new truck, and because I took longer than they wanted me to take, the salesman said he didn't think I wanted to buy a vehicle. So I left after that remark, and returned another day and dealt with a different salesman. I purchased a brand new truck from him because he was very courteous understanding patient and kind. If the other guy would have kept his mouth shut, he would have made the sale.

It was a 2 hour drive for me to get to the dealership. Brandon worked with me before heading in and I was able to walk away that day with the keys. Vehicle was in the promised condition and they fairly assessed my trade-in. Overall a respectful group and not too pushy. Would recommend to any of my friends/family.

My husbands car broke down and had finally had it (it s over 20 years old) so we unexpectedly found our selfs looking for a new car. We went to Astro ford and talked with Bud. We told him roughly what we were looking for and our price range. He was on it! The first car he suggested was perfect for what we needed and in our price range. He listened to what we wanted and catered to that. No pushy sales pitch about other options just straight to it with what we wanted and I appreciate that so very much. Alex was our finance guy and did great explaining everything and answering questions. Over all we spent 2 hours from walking in to leaving in a new car. The fastest car buying experience ever! Cars are expensive so when you buy one you want to love it and they make sure to get the best fit possible for you. The staff is great! Super friendly people and they really excel in what they do!

It was a great Experience!! James Collette helped us with our 2015 CPO Explorer with the 100,000 mile warranty on the transmission and engine. He explained how the warranty works and what covered he said it helps with car rental, reimbursement if I have to bring it in for a recall. The dealership down In FWB, Fl a Ford dealer, couldn't explain anything, about any of their vehicles. James was friendly and was accommendating. He also had set up our syic my ride account. Very personable and out going! Great Job! Again.

I would not even give Astro Ford any stars after my experience i had with them and will not recommend anybody from buying or doing any service with them. My time have been wasted and the process has not been close to being smooth. They are quick to sale a care and really not tell you what is really going on with the vehicle.I bought a Audi Q7 initially, and before even driving off the lot, the engine line was one. I asked about it and told the sales rep Travis about it and he then told me to take the car to autozone to figure out what was going on. The sad part is, they knew the vehicle had issues before selling the car and didn't offer to fix the issue because they didn't want to pay for it and just wanted to get rid of the car. They gave some excuse to say it was still drive-able and that nothing should be effected by it. It was just bad business all around. Then a week later, i received a call back saying that something was wrong with the contract and i had to come in and talk to them about it. I had to drive over 1hr and 45 min for them to tell me a issue in person that could had been told in person. Then on top of that, the sales manager, Justin Cook, stood me up to drop off the vehicle and said his phone was dead and its hard to believe because i left a message letting him know that i was driving back up to Mississippi to drop off the car and i can get my Volkswagen back. Not once did he try to respond or reach out and again, wasted my time and mainly only concern about himself instead of the customer. The communication is horrible and when Justin told me he was going to call back at a certain time to give me status of getting things right, he was never on time, nor did he even care about reaching back but only worry about the vehicle. I was told that i had to wait to get my refund for the money i put down before they can give it back. I still haven't heard back from him yet and he probably don't intend to call back and this is poor and unprofessional business practice and i recommend NOBODY buy from Astro Ford. Nobody shouldn't have to deal what i did and its a shame that they would do this to someone.

Dropped my truck off this morning at 8am they called me back at 4pm and told me that the truck is took apart they would call us when it was ready here it is 7pm they're closed still no call we can't pick up the vehicle up until tomorrow so if you want to use them make sure you have another car so u can go to work the next day. In my case that's the only truck I have.

Randy with the Astro in D'IBERVILLE MS has been amazing, I own two vehicles and both are Ford, I have always taken my vehicles for maintaining and always great service. However, on this visit i had diagnostic run and found multiple things that needed attention due to safety. Not only had Randy gone above and beyond with his communication to me about what's going on, he is so sincere in ensuring that my family gets out vehicle back and knows that the technicians have looked at everything and have ensured my family will drive our 2008 Ford Fusion out of their shop and have peace that we have been taken care of. Randy has worked so hard with all that is needed to be fixed on our vehicle I cannot say enough in words how much I feel in the service he has provided me. Thank you so much and many of my family members will be new customers of Astro as well.

Picked up my vehicle and the problem is still there! Had it for 4 days and still not fixed. I have wasted my time attempting to retrieve the vehicle and was never offered a loaner even though the vehicle was under warranty. All this will be taken into consideration on our next vehicle purchase! Never offered a loaner! Why is it that the dealer can never recreate the problem?
****Update 22 January 2019 I just got done installing my headlights, I was told by Bridget at Astro Ford (the same time my turbo was being replaced under warranty at 50k miles or so) that it would be about $181 to change my passenger side bulb because the battery has to be removed and since it has corrosion on it that it costs more! Well I challenge anyone who has time to look up a 2015 Expedition headlight replacement, it is 2 bolts per side it literally took me 20 minutes to change all 4! I will never go back to Astro and it is truly unfortunate because as I have stated to other people that Brian may be their saving grace but not with his two service writers now!

After verifying the PRICE and AVAILABILITY on the phone and via email, I went to the dealership. Met with Ryan Titus. He sat me down in the showroom. He re-appeared from his 30 minutes after having left me at the table in the showroom is, and I m paraphrasing: I think you may not have read the fine print indicating that we have a certain amount of coupons for $2,000 we issue each day, and so your price for the truck is $27,000 (Ford 2017 F-150XLT) instead of the advertised $25,000 price. I told him I verified the price with Christine, and she verified it as being the advertised $25,000 (I saved down the advertised info from Astro. See attached), and what he is pulling on me may be illegal, but it is most certainly unethical, and I would not stand for it. I briefly, in a perturbed voice, inquired about this coupon scheme, and how many coupons are available each day, and how they keep tally of these $2,000 coupons. Ryan Titus' retort was I don t know when we run out of the coupons on a daily basis. I argued with him about their little coupon rip-off scheme, and I told him as long as he finds the $2,000 in my car or somewhere else (after he mentioned we might be able to find the $2,000 somewhere...maybe in your car (my trade)), and I get the truck for the advertised price, I am OK with that.
After that dialogue, Ryan disappeared, purportedly to go see his manager, for 7 minutes, and returned to inform me they found $1,500 but was not able to find the other $500.

Apparently this place has new leadership or something. Went in to buy a car for my wife recently based on some prices listed on their website. After talking about some prices for awhile I came to realize that the prices they list on their website are not even possible because they say if you want a certain interest rate you lose all the rebates. They said this was Ford not them, but I called around and every other ford dealer within a couple hours was willing to deal much more and said what Astro said was not true and provided much better prices and interest rates as well as much better customer service. I bought my truck at astro 3 years ago with a great experience unfortunately they have lost my business after the recent experience. All the cars I was interested in are still sitting there as well so I guess they can make money by not selling cars.

I conducted extensive research online for a new F-150 including requests for quotes on a specific vehicle from 5 dealers. Jennifer responded with information that was very professional and specific to my request. I made appts to visit the 5 dealers and chose Astro Ford first due to Jennifer's responses on both trucar and Edmunds and from emails and phone contacts. Jennifer and Chuck were very professional and did not use the usual high pressure sales tactics, which I very much appreciated. They had the exact vehicle I was looking for and gave me a very competitive price for the new vehicle and my trade in.

Terrible service with warranty work!!!!!! I have been given the run around at every turn, no answers unless I ask and every time I call about my vehicle they know nothing. I have been treated very badly for no reason, its not my fault the transmission broke with the car only having a little over 40,000 miles. Oh but yet if you buy a car from them they have no problem taking care of you or giving you quick service. If i could afford a brand new car i would most definitely go to the Ford dealership in Gulf-port, I would not use Astro ford in Diberville.
