Greeted by a young and fairly new salesman named Donald Crowder. Very personable and made the process quite painless and very friendly. For being so new and quite young, Donald was one of the best salesman I ve dealt with amongst many car buying experiences I ve had. The sales manager was also great and very informative as well. Very little haggling as they met me at my pricing goal. Did take a bit longer than wished, but this was due to multiple sales deals going at once and they still worked expeditiously and well past closing time to get folks taken care of. Thank you Donald, Dana and Astro Ford team for getting us into our new vehicle and making the process as stress free and painless as possible. See you again down the road!
