On Sun. Mar. 24 we left Houston for Biloxi. Near Biloxi we ran over a piece of retread tire. After we heard a thumping noise underneath. Mon. morning we drove to Astro Ford. From the time we drove into the dealership everyone was pleasant and helpful. Someone was there to direct us to service dept. When we talked to service manager he called Christian, the service tech. He found a broken clip which holds the undercover in place. He replaced it with a new one in less than 5 min. We were really surprised there was no charge. FANTASTIC SERVICE! Thank you.
