Chris Gomez was very helpful and incredibly personable. He made our first car buying expirence very painstaking and enjoyable. He went the extra mile and gave my wife and I, who are expecting soon, a baby on board window sign and a behind the seat organizer to store baby goods. He didn't have to do that, and just goes to show how well he listened to us and our needs then went the extra mile to get us a little something extra with our purchase.

Was very reluctant to go because of my experience at the Ford dealership in Gulfport.. Same thing just a different place..Took the car there AC worked fine..A day after going there AC started blowing hot ... Looked under the hood where you put the refrigerant in cap was loose and it was all over the inside of my hood.. Thanks but no thanks..Nice try in forcing me to come back... Started out my day at a dealership in Louisiana. Long story short they fed me a bunch of b/s. Just so happened me and my brother found this gem of a ford dealership in Mississippi. Talked about bottom line prices with Brandon through text and by phone. It was worth my time and money. Grateful Brandon made this process so quick and easy. Would recommend Brandon and Astro Ford to friends and family. John in finance was also helpful beings though I have never bought a vehicle out of state before.

Based on Astro Ford s diagnosis of the issue, I had work done to repair what they said the problem was. As it turns out, they misdiagnosed the problem and would not acknowledge their mistake even after the misdiagnosis was confirmed. Not only will I never return to this dealership, I will never purchase a Ford again.

Original Review: After expressing my initial dissatisfaction with the service department, the service manager David called me promptly to apologize for the miscommunication and to assure me that he would personally work with a master technician to take care of my vehicle. He gave me his cell phone number to reach him directly, and he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt in his communication. David resolved all of my concerns and provided excellent customer service while doing so. I would be happy to work with David at Astro Ford again.

Best car buying experience! I purchased a brand new 2016 Ford Fusion from Bud, my salesman, and it was a wonderful experience. I told him what I wanted, down to the color, and he went out and found exactly what I was asking for. Financing was a breeze, no harsh "selling", Rob made me feel welcome in his office and explained all my paperwork and options. Thank you so much Astro Ford for the professional attitude and atmosphere!

I had to have some work done on my Edge due to complications associated with a recall. Randy in service was extremely professional, helpful and one of the friendliest people I've dealt with. With the Edge being our only car, they were very helpful with giving me a ride to and from the dealership while my car was being serviced. The driver, Corey, was very amiable and easy to talk to. The staff that I dealt with at Astro Ford exhibited the highest standards of professionalism and customer service, strengthening Ford's image and further entrenching Ford as a household name. I will absolutely be taking my business to Astro Ford in the future.

Absolutely awesome service! Rose Monzingo took really good care of me. She was personable and professional, I really felt valued. Enjoyed watching tv and drinking fresh brewed coffee while I waited. Mrs. Monzingo kept me up to date on what was going on in the process of servicing my car, made sure I was doing alright and if I needed anything. I use Astro Ford because every time I have taken my 2001 Lincoln LS in for work I have always been met to quality customer service. Mr. Brad Bowman and his team have shown me nothing less than 100% professionalism each and every time I have walked in the door. And they have always answer my question and concerns. That type of customer service would be an asset to any company. Their oil change service is top notch, so much so I let them work on my 2015 Chevrolet. Keep up the good work.

My husband and I went in the front door and were promptly greeted by our salesman Mr. Bobby Thaxton. Mr. Bobby was friendly and knowledgeable. He took us right to the car I wanted to see. A little while later, after working out a great deal, we were signing the paperwork. I traded in my 2013 Explorer and left there driving my shinny new white 2016 Explorer (same color and everything)! As my husband and I were driving back to the dealership after picking up the check, he mentioned that no one would even notice I have a new car because it was so similar. So 10 minutes later we were back at the dealership changing explorers for a different color! The guys there were so cooperative and helpful about the whole swap! I got my new shinny RED Explorer and I absolutely love it!! Thanks Mr Bobby and Mr John for all of the hard work you did to get me in my new ride!

Did not honor the I owe you agreement when I purchased. Beware they gave me the runaround and did not fix the scratch on the hood they promised to fix when I bought the car then said the dealership could not afford to fix it! If they promise something to make a sale make them fix it first then buy but be careful it doesn t end there. Have had horrible service issues there as well! Everything from didn t get to it today when I had an appointment to the only person who can work on it is on vacation for 2 weeks to we had to call a locksmith to we can t check it out unless you pay a 110 dollar diagnosis fee and the list goes on all without any care or consideration for the customer after the sale or who is without a car while they make up excuses on why they can t provide good service. I made a formal complaint to Ford Motor Company they said that the individual dealership can pretty much do what ever they want even when it reflects poorly on Ford! Such a shame! Won t buy another Ford due to this experience when so many other dealers offer impeccable service! Sorry Ford:-(.

Had a battery go bad in my 2013 f150 battery that was a motocraft battery put in when I bought the truck from another ford dealership in February of 2015 they told me that the warranty was out on battery even when I showed them documents of the battery being changed and had proof my recommendation is never bring your vehicle to them

I tried to purchase a vehicle but we could not agree on the number i was wanting so i left without the vehicle however i must say that ROBERT HUGHEY did an exceptional job he has a ton of knowledge on these vehicles and is very customer service oriented. I went to Astro Ford of Mississippi (D'Iberville) last Friday because I was having trouble with my car's windshield wipers going off by itself. Also, my windshield wiper fluid wasn't coming out of both the front and rear wipers. Anyways, to make a long story short. I called Astro Ford and spoke with one of their maintenance reps and they told me to come right away after work. My warranty had just expired for my car but Astro Ford was able to order the part that I needed for free and also have it installed on my vehicle that following Monday. I had to wait until Monday to get the part installed because Astro Ford had to order the part. I just would like to give Astro Ford a HUGE Thank You for ordering the part for me and installing it for me for free when my warranty had just expired. Astro Ford really cares about their customers.

I m military and not from this state, I am actually in the middle of change of stations and my vehicle broke down almost 20 minutes away from them and I was calling dealerships to see which one will fix it the fastest because it was a big fix and parts needed to be ordered. Every other dealership wasn t not willing to make it quick , and considering my situation I needed this fix ASAP. I pulled up to their dealership and the black guy in service (idk his name) was very understanding of my situation. He called me every time he got an update on the situation and he was quick about it. I really appreciated his service.

I bought a car from Astro Ford this past month and has some horrible customer experience. The whole process seemed rushed like they couldnt wait to get us out of there. Upon purchase of the vehicle we had an agreement that they would fully detail and wash the car, as well as fix a scrape on the front bumper. When we took the car in to get the work done, they had it for 3 days. They did not detail the car one bit, in fact it was missing a rubber peice from the door panel (which when asked about before we left, they were able to find somewhere in the building. Dont ask why/how it got removed in the first place). And for the scrape they just slabbed some touch up paint over it, and its not even the same color! It doesn't match!! Not to mention the 50 miles that were put on the car during the 3 days they had it. The only good thing that came out of the ordeal is that I got a car that I love, and they left me with a full tank of gas when they had it. I will never go back to Astro Ford.

Miles was extremely helpful in not only making sure the repairs went fast and without issues, but also ensured that I was well-informed on what was happening during the entire process. Hope the car doesn't get hit again in the future, but if it does I would definitely go there again for repairs.

Went to buy a car from Astro Ford and it got sold as I got there. Robert Hughey then called me a few days later with news of a car that was just traded in that might interest me. So I came down to look and it was great. To be honest from start to finish the process was easy and fast. Mr Jim helped me get the financial assistants that I needed to purchase my new Ford GT 5.0. This was special to me as this was the first new car I have gotten in 16 years. So once again thx to Robert Hughey and Mr. Jim. Would highly recommend Astro Ford to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
