I found Artesian Title s info through Google and was impressed to see all the positive reviews at first. I hadn't dealt with any real estate attorneys or Title Companies in the Orlando area so was a bit skeptical to just work with anyone. I'm glad I picked Robert Patterson and Artesian Title to handle my closings (now for two transactions). Robert is extremely knowledgeable about the real estate market/transactions and makes the process seem extremely smooth. He is always on top of everything. He is very easy to work with and I would highly encourage him/his team.
