I can honestly say, I ve dealt with some very good title companies and one in particular I would never use. But I ve used artesian once before as a buyer agent, and their customer service was top notch. They kept us up to date on what was done and what would be done. It s awesome and it made me want to use them on one of my listings. From the beginning, everything was awesome! The transaction had no hiccups, and went smooth! Awesome team and awesome communication! Glad I was able to use them! I recommend 100%
