Being in real estate, it was awesome to find a company that took over the process from me once I expected a contract. "We promise to close you" is their motto and you can really see that thru action. When it comes to closing deals they do everything possible to get it done.. Vicky and her team are amazing. Anyone looking for escrow or title work in the Orlando, FL area I would definitely suggest Artesian Title. They also celebrate every closing with food and wine. I thought that was awesome!
