We were serviced by Robert Patterson, Director of Operations for Artesian Title and needless to say we were very impressed. We purchased our home and due to my husband leaving town unexpectedly for business, we had to sign our closing documents earlier. Our mortgage agents basically contacted Robert at 4:45 pm on a Friday night. By the time we arrived at their office(after 5pm), we were greeted with warm smiles and waters by Erica Stephens who also followed up with us throughout the process. During the signing the staff stayed late and never once rushed us. Robert made sure he walked us through all the documents until we felt comfortable. We give these guys 2 thumbs up!
