I bought a house through them, terrible experience. The sellers chose these people. To start, they required I come in person to sign a paper that stated I paid the initial escrow. I drove across Orlando 5pm traffic just to do it, and they didn't have the courtesy to talk to me in person, but sent the front desk assistant and a medium. When it came time to close, I wanted to read some of the documents I was essentially signing most of my money away to, and the representative said there wasn't time for me to read and she had other things to do. I'm making a huge financial decision and signing my name to paper that binds my hands, yeah you can bet I'm going to read those papers. She kept pushing and sighing. If this is how they do business, I hope they get closed down.
