We've used other title companies to handle closing...

We've used other title companies to handle closings on other houses, and none were anywhere near as good as these guys. My experience of the others is that in general they pay attention and are responsive at the beginning, when they're trying to land you as a customer and then for a brief period after that, but then their attention starts to wander and their responsiveness goes way down. You end up having to manage a lot of the process yourself. Not so with Robert and the Artesian Team -- they take full charge of everything and are equally responsive on Day 60 as Day 1 -- usually a return email would come within ten or fifteen minutes, if we asked a question! And Robert s acumen is excellent: he knew how to build into the signing documents the kinds of protections we thought were important, quickly and succinctly. I only give Google reviews if I get service I really like or really hate; in this case (our closing just took place today), Robert Patterson and Artesian Title were absolutely terrific. Ten out of ten.
