I was happy when I arrived, I felt welcome and was professional. After quite some time I saw my car was outside and seemed it was ready. I waited probably 15-20 minutes but then I asked about my car. I was told my service advisor has left and it was nobody that seems taking over. It is not good feeling when you experience being forgotten because it raises questions about the job
