Would most certainly recommend Arpi s, especially the tech why came to fix the furnace. Adi, the Tech, arrived on the appointed time. Adi was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. A pleasure to talk to and I felt very comfortable with his presence. He is definitely an asset to Arpi s.

Vanessa came to do a scheduled furnace repair. She was punctual, very knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. She offered some great maintenance tips to help extend our furnace life. We are very happy with our service.

Arpi's has been a great company to deal with. Our builder installed a furnace from them years ago, so when we recently had issues we called them right away. They were nothing but professional from the beginning. On both occasions our technicians arrived on time and were informative throughout the process. Our experience with Arpi's is nothing but positive.

This year we decided on getting air conditioning for our home. Arpi's is who we went with. From our first meeting with Kevin who provided the quote to Bill who did the install they were nothing but professional. We appreciated that they took the time to explain everything to us. They stayed til the unit was installed which was well into the evening and that made me happy because they did not have to come back to finish the job. Bill is a perfectionist and made sure that the job was perfect - the best it could be. I would use Arpi's again in a heartbeat!

So far any concerns I ve had have been addressed in a timely fashion. Kirk was very helpful in getting our installation done in a timely fashion. Installation is very professional and the on call service technician Vanessa has been exceptional between troubleshooting an issue on the phone as well as extensive service in our home. Overall the house is cool, the price was competitive and the service quality has been above our expectations and we felt more comfortable with them than the other companies we had quite the project.

I had a wonderful experience dealing with the friendly, professional, competent & accommodating staff of Arpi's industries from requesting a quote till the installation of whole unit - Furnace , A/C & associated equipment. Thanks to Robert Forseth who provided me very detailed quote, took the time to explained me every aspect of the quote and selected models for my home. I am really impressed by the knowledge and workmanship of Wesley and Ryan who came to installed the newly purchased Lennox equipment. Kudos to Arpi's and their staff for exceeding my expectations and definitely will use them in future and will refer to family and friends as well

Great after-hours response from technician Robert and the rest of the on-call group (dispatch and Robert's compatriot whose name I missed). Gave me an honest answer when asked about time-line for attendance but managed to get ahead of schedule enough by about 3 hours, which was great for my sleep and peace of mind. Quick diagnosis and repair and lots of good advice for ways to avoid future problems of similar nature.

The Arpis dispatchers Jeff and Chad excel at customer service. At peak season they went out of their way to ensure our furnace was fixed this frigid February day. Vanessa was paged from north Calgary later in the day and she drove to DeWinton to address our problem. She was friendly, knew her stuff and had the right parts on hand to make the right fix. I have always called Arpis for my furnace issues and this just cemented my loyalty!

Service technician was absolutely fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and professional the entire time and was punctual upon arrival. Took his time to go through and explain everything to me as well made notes to me of inefficiencies he's spotted and providing what Arpi's can offer re: solutions.

Overall experience was excellent from logging the call after hours to Leon the technician returning my call at 1230am and arranging an appointment for 0900am the next day.

Issue: dead fan/blower motor occurring at 1200am. Had to contact 24 HR support and arrange time the next day to have service technician arrive, evaluate and repair the issue. This was Sunday August 2, 2020 prior to the Civic holiday. +29c weather the next day with a southern Alberta heat advisory in effect.

Top quality workmanship and an excellent 2-man work crew to do the actual install. Very satisfied and highly recommended.

I use Arpis every year for annual maintenance on my furnace and air conditioner. Always receive good service, technicians are friendly and professional. They only complete the work required and recommend when to leave items until next year. Provide advise on system settings and show me how the system is running. I will continue to use Arpis for annual maintenance and any issues that may arise.

Our furnace was relatively new (4 years old) and all of a sudden it started shutting off and the indoor temp remained around 17. Way too cold. We had Adi come by to diagnose and he was extremely helpful and found a problem that only happens once in a blue moon. He had only seen it once before in his career and we are super thankful for his knowledge. He spoke with the manager Damien who was also extremely helpful. They called Lennox and Steve came to save the day for us once the part was available. Great experience from everyone we dealt with and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My insurance company's policy required that I needed to have a new water heater installed, within 24 hrs. Darryl arrived with a new tank. The installation was quick, efficient and I was instructed on how to maintain it. Now I look forward to the arrival of my furnace. Thanks to everyone for their 5-star service.

We have had problems with air quality and contacted Arpi's. John from Arpi's came out and gave us a quote, came by on a monday morning and installed an air purifying system and hepa filter on our furnace. He spent time with me explaining how the system worked, any required maintenance, suggestions and recommendations. He also offered information on where to buy filters and UV light should I wish to do the maintenance myself. John confirmed that our humidifier was no longer working as I suspected and gave me an estimate for a replacement. Arpi's was on time, quick, thorough, and I am pleased with the install. Within 24 hours after John installed the air purifying system we noticed a significant difference in the air quality. I did not think that we would see anything that quick. No one in the house has been complaining about air quality since. Special thanks to Damien who read through my email which I had sent on Sunday night the day before the install. Damien made sure that my last minute request to have a Lennox smart thermostat E30 installed was filled so John could come out and service the request the same day. I will be asking Arpi's to come and install a new humidifier and when we are ready an air-conditioning system too in the future.

Very happy with Arpi's after sales service! Our furnace stopped working on one of the coldest days of the year, and after calling Arpi's, they managed to send someone out within 2 hours to repair. Great job!

Leon was the service guy, and he was awesome. The first thing he notice as he walked right by them, was the carbon detectors were expired. He asked If I wanted it replaced and I said yes there is 2. He checked a number of things and repaired them all. The condenser on the furnace had leaked and was rusted, he replaced it and combined the drain and humidifier hose as well. He fixed the Lifebreath, and fixed a small leak on the pilot light. What is really bad is 2 other companies have been here in the last couple of years and never once asked about the Condenser or the carbon detectors. They all had to notice them. I
Will use ARPIs next year, and ask for Leon too!!

Our hot water tank split first thing in the morning. Spoke with Michelle at Arpi s and were told we could have service between 10-12 that day. Daryl was at our house at 10 after us phoning at 830. Pleasant, respectful and very knowledgeable. Fixed the tank and addressed some concerns and explained what maintenance was needed to keep system running to its best. We are very happy with both how fast they were able to help and how their staff treated us in a stressful time.

I just had A/C installed by Arpi s and was extremely impressed with the entire process. The initial consultation and quote with the Project Manager (Kevin G.) was quick, thorough in terms of scope of work required, informative on all product options, with no pressure. Time given to review and answer all my questions. The installation itself went very well. The two Technicians/Installers (Jason T. and Matt N.) showed up on time, calling in advance, introduced themselves, reviewed the work order and got straight to business! It was a more challenging install with a fully finished basement and needing to run the electrical from one side of the house to the other. But the team was prepared and executed the work as planned. Floor runners were used throughout the indoor work area from the entry door. The quality, care and craftsmanship of the finished install, both inside and out is top notch! Best part was at the end of the job, after the team started the system up and completed their testing/checklist, they conducted a walk around with me, reviewing all of the completed work, answering all my questions and ensuring that I was 100% satisfied.

We woke up Thursday morning and discovered that while our furnace fan was still humming nicely along, there was no heat. We called Arpi's and were swiftly taken care of on the phone by Avery, who managed to arrange for a technician to be at our house within a couple of hours. Jacob arrived within 2 hours of our initial call, diagnosed the problem, fixed it with a replacement part from his truck, and got the heat back on for is. Excellent efficient pleasant customer service and very able tech service with parts on hand, it just doesn't get better than that!

David and his helper did a wonderful job and were very professional at installing my new Lennox furnace. He answered any concerns i had and even called to follow up. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Rob came out on an emergency call out after our furnace stopped working a few days ago. With the cold weather and a newborn in the house, we were very appreciative of Rob's quick response and ability to repair the furnace and get the heat on again. Thanks!

Nothing but good things to say about the crew that came in and replaced the old furnaces and hot water heaters. They were professional, clean, and efficient. All the work was done on time and to very high standards. I would use Arpi's again for any plumbing and heating needs.

I was very disappointed with the service technician came out to service my thermostat today. His first question for me was, "what is your problem?"
And I explained to him the touch screen issue I experienced with the thermostat and he told me "touch screen" isn't the functionality of the thermostat and the main function of heating and cooling are working. Unfortunately he was unable to see my point and claiming there's no problem and he can not answer it and asked me to contact the manufacturer instead. I am totally okay with contacting the manufacturer and have them tell me "yes this is a defective device".
I understand there's a procedure they have to follow for a warranty claim, but the attitude I received from him was rude and unprofessional.
I also mentioned I am the affected user on this device 24/7 a week and 365 a year. He mocked me by saying, "you are going to use this device all time 365 days?"
*Update*: manufacturer told me, upon my description of the issue, they concluded the device is defective and the contractor should have contacted manufacturer instead of homeowner for troubleshooting of the device.

Aug. 7,2019 edit: Arpi sent another technician, Kent, to follow up with the thermostat issue. Surprisingly, the new thermostat replacing today has a defective screen. However, Kent's reaction was 180 degree different than the last technician. He noted the issue and immediately went back to the shop to get another one. No question was asked. Arpi also offered a tune up on my furnace as a token of apology for my last experience. The new thermostat has been working well and I will change my review to 5 stars given that they are willing to address the issue with customer. However, I will not change the story about the poor customer service I received last time and hope they will address the issue internally.

Id like to thank Fikreyesus Habte the technician from Arpi's industries. I bought an ac unit, a furnace , Added some return air vents and vent cleaning. They have always treated me right.

The fellas were onetime. Efficient, friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company and these technicians.

Called this am and in short notice Arpi's (Lorie) was able to have a tech (Robert) to my door with a new thermostat I requested specifically. Robert was able to diagnose quickly, explain the issues with our furnace with proven diagnostics for our make and model, replaced parts, gave helpful suggestions, replaced thermostat, proved it's working, help linking to app on phone. Perfect! Recommend for sure.

Only way it could have been better is if they did it for free,office coordinator had a sense of humour and Kelly the tech was a pleasure to have in the house .thank you!

To say that I highly recommend Arpi s is an understatement! The team that helped us out this past Saturday was absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and so very professional! They were thorough and made sure to show us how everything works and gave us a run down of the services they provided. I have been dealing with arpis for 29 years and I am once again very happy with all the work done. We called to have air conditioning installed. Our salesman Kirk came out and gave us a quote and what other services we would benefit from. I decided to also get a quote for a hot water tank as well as once we were having the work done we might as well have the tank at the same time. The quote was very competitive with others we received and went with air conditioning, hot water tank, humidifier, UV light, and duct cleaning. They came out and cleaned the ducts and then the rest of the work was done. The install went very smoothly. The crew that was sent did a great job and were very clean, friendly and did an excellent job. Great job arpis. I highly recommend them. We are very satisfied

I have used Arpis before and for that reason would not consider using anyone else. I called them at midnight and when they told me the symptom did not indicate a safety issue I asked them to schedule a call in the morning. They called me first thing this morning and were at my house before 11:00am.
As usual the service was extremely professional and efficient. Jacob Serrano was the technician and immediately knew what the problem was from the video clip I showed him. In less than an hour he had fixed the problem, tuned my furnace and effected some preventative maintenance which will prevent me calling them out again in the middle of winter in a few month's time. Jacob was extremely friendly and polite and a real pleasure to deal with. In addition, Jacob was extremely knowledgeable and competent as well as reflecting the same honesty and integrity that I've experienced from Arpis technicians in the past.
On two other occasions I had some thieving, lying varmints from two different companies advising emphatically that I needed a new furnace. Fortunately I never listened to them as now 6 or 7 years later the same furnace is still going strong. In my experience furnaces generally bomb out in the middle of a cold winter's night and when that happens is not the best time to be shopping for a furnace company. For that reason, finding a consistently honest and competent company is of paramount importance. Thank you Arpis and Jacob Serrano for excellent service as always.

Tim ,Vanessa and Cameron did a great job installing a new furnace.. The outside temperature is -12 and they got the job done in no time. Pleasant and informative... a pleasure to have in your home when you are stressed out with a furnace breakdown.

I purchased a tank less water heater through Costco & had the pleasure of doing business with your employees Wes & Matt. Their professionalism and pleasant manners made me feel at ease and happy to have used Arpi s plumbing. Wes was able to fix the problem with my furnace, the exhaust vent had come loose and was leaking CO2 into the furnace area next to my bedroom. Such a scare for me what an asset to your company to have someone on the ball to notice this.

As for the company, I am very satisfied with the service and communication between booking the appointment.

Overall, fantastic experience with late season new A/C unit install. Requested an online quote and was contacted within a few days. I had some questions prior to scheduling a detail in-home quote and a project manager called me back the same day dispatch called about my quote. Kirk was very professional and fast- provided me various cost and efficiency options to choose from. After choosing the unit, he had a crew scheduled for install within a few days. Brock and Will showed up right on time and had the A/C unit installed with 4 hours; they were very courteous and professional.

My only dissatisfying aspect was discovering that an incorrect winter cover was provided - about 6 inches too short for my cabinet. After some back and forth with Res Admin3 at Arpis regarding the correct winter cover for my model, they left me hanging without a follow-up call to correct the oversight. I still haven't heard back after my last inquiry about the cover. I ended up calling the winter cover manufacturer Brinmar directly to determine the correct winter cover model and ordered a new premium winter cover on my own nickle (pictures below). Fits perfectly.

Overall, I highly recommend Arpis. Great (mostly) service and value!

Arpis sorted out the issue with my cover by compensating me fully for acquiring the correct cover for my submodel ... no questions asked. They get full five stars!

James C went way beyond what he had to do and fixed little oddities. Extremely pleased with service and detailed work. He explained everything he had done and what I should be doing during winter in order to keep the furnace and humidifier working at peak performance.

Furnace motor started making an odd noise. Peggy (at Arpi's office) was able to book me in the next day for a cleaning and inspection. Erwin, the technician, was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable. Did a good job replacing the parts needed and did a thorough inspection. Very good service overall from Arpi's.
Not liking this high efficiency furnace though.....third time in 8 years that something's been replaced on the bloody thing!

I've been using Arpi's since the 1980's. All my experiences with them have been positive. That's why I keep calling them when I need work done. Today was no different, Basil and Jordan were knowledgeable and professional. Thanks for going the extra mile guys. I appreciate it.

Have used Arpi s a handful of times and have always been happy with the service. They are always on time and professional. I also feel like they are honest and trustworthy. I have an older furnace and they have been honest about what parts to replace and maintenance and have never pressured me to replace the entire furnace before it s time which is much more than I can say for other furnace companies I have used. Arpi s is my go to for my furnace needs.

Nothing worse than a furnace that quits working in the wintertime. Phoned Arpi's and was advised that a service technician could be to the house between 3-5pm today so I booked the appointment. Got a phone call a little later in the morning from Arpi's advising they could have a technician at the house just after noon time which I accepted. The technician arrived promptly on time and within a half hour the furnace was up and running after replacing two parts. The technician was
d a health report on the furnace before leaving. Thank you Arpri's for your quick response time and for sending a qualified technician who was able to resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner!

I had my furnace and hot water tank replaced by Arpis through COSTCO. From the initial meeting with Robert Forseth to the installation today with Matthew Nelson and his colleague I am impressed with the their professionalism and transparency. The quote I was provided was exactly what the job cost. The installers worked all day installing the new furnace and hot water tank, and had to retro fit the high energy furnace to adapt to an older home. They showed me and explained everything they did during the installation. They brought their own covers with them to lay along the carpeting to keep it clean, they also removed my old furnace and hot water tank, and cleaned up after themselves. The installers were hard workers, and did a great job. Everyone was knowledgeable about the products they were installing. I hope Arpis is aware of the great customer service their staff provide clients. Thank you guys for a job well done.

Arpi s recently replaced our furnace and hot water tank, and installed a humidifier. The service was excellent! John McLaughlin and William did the installation for us on a Saturday. They arrived before 8 am and worked straight through until after 6 pm without any breaks. They took exceptional care of our home and covered almost our entire basement and stairs with blankets to protect everything. They kept us apprised of their status regularly and consulted with us throughout the day. They easily answered all of our questions and were a pleasure to work with. Super friendly! They gave us a run through of everything at the end and helped us install the various apps and program everything to our liking. They were excellent!! It was Kirk T. that originally came to our home to provide us with a quote and helped us coordinate everything. He even came by on the Saturday to check in on everything. I have been with Arpi s for quite sometime, furnaces repairs, maintenances, new boiler and recently new thermostats. I wanted to mention their technician Vanessa was great for installing the new wireless thermostats. She was very thorough of checking all the things needed to make sure they would work properly. Hot water pilot not working properly. The tech dis-assembled and, using my air compressor, cleaned everything in combustion chamber including the pilot gas feed line. Final result was cleaner flame on main burner and smother gas flow to the pilot. Also discussed future possibilities with the tech (Aaron). It was very informative and he was a pleasure to deal with. The whole thing rates 8-9 out of 10. Definitely recommend Arpi's to anyone needing service work done in Calgary Alberta.

Two nights ago, -28C, furnace was quitting on me and the house temp was going down, Seth called me back at 11:30pm, guiding me through a few checks and I was able to fix it myself, THANK YOU. Very personable, and also called me back to make sure everything was still OK. Highly recommend these guys!

very let down. waiting 5 years for them to repair the venting from my furnace built by Jayman homes. they have no problem coming out at -40 weather to cut the pipe as it's frozen with ice, but can not keep their word and doing the proper repair. They did my next-door neighbor's home but when asked if they were doing my place as well, shoulder shrugs were given. I have no faith in Arpi's or Jayman homes. Think twice before investing over 300k buying from Jayman.

Arpi's has installed our a/c and replaced the blower/fan in our furnace over the past three years. They are prompt, friendly and up front with pricing. Never had a problem with them.

The in house service is fantastic. I think it s important to understand the difference between the duct cleaning and the furnace tune up. Two different services.

Think of the tune up like getting your vehicle serviced and the duct cleaning like a car wash. They are THAT different.

The booking service is not ideal over the phone. An online booking tool would be an excellent opportunity for improvements as it would increase transparency and allow the client further flexibility.

Arpi's has serviced our furnaces for years and they installed new furnaces about 5 years ago. Always professional and high quality work from them. And they are punctual when arriving for appointments. A+++ company in my opinion.

Had our furnace maintenance done by Jeremy Zhang from Arpi s today. Jeremy called to say he was on his way and arrived on schedule. He was extremely courteous at all times and thoroughly explained in detail as to what he did and the results of his inspection. Darryl and Scott were great tech's, super helpful and early for the appointment. Wendy in the Call Centre was also very helpful. Thanks for getting us back on our feet during the holidays!

We have used Arpi s for many years and recently had them do a major upgrade on our heating system, including new boiler and hot water tank. As usual, they were exceptional from start to finish. David Dacey was my go to from the beginning, Paul Barrett worked the four day install/revamp with him. Great job guys!
