Great after-hours response from technician Robert and the rest of the on-call group (dispatch and Robert's compatriot whose name I missed). Gave me an honest answer when asked about time-line for attendance but managed to get ahead of schedule enough by about 3 hours, which was great for my sleep and peace of mind.
