James was extremely professional. He texted before arrival, set an expectation for the time he was going to spend here, found a few things that were unexpected. He completed a replacement of 2 additional parts once he explained what and why during his work session. He gave us some more tips to keep the furnace running cleaner and longer. Then He cleaned up his work area and was on his way. We are both pleased and would recommend Arpi s (James) again.
