We needed a new roof and gutters for our home. I did an online search and got estimates from four other roofing companies. Just before the last estimate came in I saw one of Arocon's work trucks at a neighbors home installing windows and what I guess was a roof check. On a whim, I gave them a call and set up an estimate.

Adam was very thorough with his inspection and also very professional. No sales pitch, just pointed out his recommendations and explained the process and products. Their quote came in under a thousand less than the next highest roofing company and many thousand less than the highest priced estimate.

Once we accepted the work, Katy was with us 100 percent of the way. She scheduled the work within two weeks of our deposit. The night before the scheduled date the materials arrived at our home and the large crew arrived early the next morning. They were completely finished, including thoroughly cleaning the lawn and patio by 1:00 in the afternoon.

The gutter crew arrived on the next day (Friday) and were done in just over an hour. Unfortunately, that night my wife and I noticed a couple of scratches and small dents on our rear gutter. I sent an email and photo to Katy who responded immediately that they will schedule a repair. Today, (Wednesday) the crew arrived and replaced the dented gutter with a brand new one.

I am completely satisfied with Arocon roofing and their staff. They were very professional, fast, reasonably priced, and stood behind their product and installation. I would happily recommend them to anyone!
